Annie ist ein tolle Gastgeberin gewesen, die uns vorab und kurz vor der Abreise mit allen notwendigen Informationen versorgt und während des Aufenthalts bei Fragen schnell geantwortet hat. Das Appartement hat uns sehr sehr gut gefallen, Lage im 14. Stock war super! Sehr geschmackvolle Inneneinrichtung. Das Condo ist sehr zu empfehlen, tolle Möglichkeiten zum Relaxen mit Fitnessraum, Sauna und vor allem dem mega Roof-Top-Pool!!! Der war der Hammer! Sehr freundiches Personal, direkt gegenüber ist ein 7eleven - falls man mal was braucht. In der Umgebung befinden sich einige nette Lokale, der Nachtmarkt ist bequem in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, die Altstadt in ca. 30 Minuten zu Fuß - einfach Top Lage! Wir freuen uns auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt bei Dir Annie!

The place is great. The location is good and the amenities provided are really good. The staff is available 24/7 and are very helpful. Every required amenity was available. It is really recommended for long term stays.

The apartment is in a new development area of Hanoi; it is more quiet than staying in the old square. And the community are easy to have: local food restaurants, supermarket/convenience stores and coffee shops. If you need a long stay or try to experience a young Vietnamese family's life, this apartment is a good place to try.

I recently stayed at this airbnb in the city, and overall, it was a great experience. The location was perfect, very close to metro station and Pari chowk, so getting around was super easy. The host was responsive and friendly, and he made check-in and check-out hassle-free. Definitely would stay here again for its convenience and comfort!

Wonderful month long stay! comfortable beds and sofas, little extras that we might need like tape and soap, and plenty of stocked essentials. Host was responsive and helpful when needed. Location is near a nighmarket and bus lines. Metro is only about a 20 minute walk.

I booked this about midnight before checkin due to another Airbnb not working out. The host quickly accepted and responded to my questions. I was allowed to check in slightly before the indicated time. The place was clean and looks like the pictures, if not better. I appreciated the place also had necessary things stocked and available to use (soap, toilet paper, detergent, trash bags etc.) The 2 in 1 washer/dryer actually dried my clothes. Nothing the host can control…but the noise from the cicadas is loud and can be faintly heard from inside. It can be overwhelming when you leave if you don’t know what it is. Overall, I was very pleased and would recommend this place.

Мы прожили месяц в этой квартире и очень довольны тем, как все прошло. В квартире было чисто, был отличный интернет. Наличие стиральной машины было большим плюсом для нас. В целом, в квартире есть все для комфортного проживания. Нам не хватило полотенца для рук в ванной и коврика на выходе из душа (докупали сами). В остальном все прекрасно. Расположение нам понравилось, поскольку мы много работали дома и в коворкинге кондоминиума. Рядом огромный торговый центр со всеми магазинами и развлечениями, что так же было очень удобно. Сам кондоминиум очень чистый, спокойный, с хорошим бассейном (хоть и прохладным) и отличным спортивным залом. Хозяин своевременно отвечал на вопросы и был на связи. С удовольствием вернулись бы снова 😌

The best place we have ever stayed at. Dimpi is the best host. Very helpful, responsive and respectful. She offered us tea and snacks when we arrived. We very very touched by the gesture. I would always live at her property when in town.

Dao’s place was so homey. We didn’t want to leave!! He was very communicative and gave us very clear instructions on what to do to get in. Loved every minute of our stay.

We stayed here for more then 2 weeks and it felt like a mini home. The appartment is cozy decorated. It has everything you need (lot of towels, hairdryer, cooking gear etc). The communication with the host was excellent. He reply's quick and is considerate. The complex had a nice pool with view, a decent gym with sauna. It has an coffee place downstairs and the complex is near the night markets (and a good massage salon). Bonuspoint for the bed, its big and not to hard. Would come back.

Amazing place to stay in Chiang Rai, host was very lovely and always responded. Do not miss out on this place! It is situated in a very modern area. Public pool, gym, and playground for the housing complex, able to use. Provided comfy slippers, and a great amount of bottled water. Walkable distance to 7-eleven and nearby food stalls.

it is spacious and peaceful. I booked for my relatives attending a wedding nearby. they stayed for few hours, but enjoyed their stay. This place value for money.

This place is very close to RN Tagore and a few other major hospitals. Shankhdeep is very responsive and helpful. Though a bit old, kitchen has all utensils necessary for cooking. Ample space for parking a car on road. There is a grocery shop just below the house for minor day to day needs. This place is on 1st Floor and does not have lift so people who have any issue with climbing stairs might want to stay away. If that is not an issue, go for this place without hesitation especially those looking for a stay near RN Tahore, Aditya Shankar Netralay, peerless Hospital, etc.

Vindeep was an exceptional host—kind, humble, and incredibly friendly. He provided us with a well-planned itinerary for our entire stay, and his restaurant recommendations were spot on. What truly stood out was his understanding nature. I had an important interview on the day we checked out, and he graciously allowed me to use his place to ensure everything went smoothly. He even extended our stay slightly to align with our train schedule, which was a thoughtful gesture. Additionally, Sam and Bella were absolutely adorable! This is by far the best place we've stayed at during our 8 months in Southeast Asia. The place is absolutely beautiful - more beautiful than in the photos. Stunning sunsets every day, bana trees everywhere, so many birds to watch from the terrace. It simply doesn't get better than this. The house is more spacious than we expected and it had everything you might need. The bed is comfy and internet is very fast and stable - over 500mbps in testing. Perfect for remote workers - we could work on the terrace by the entrance, terrace on the sunset side and either of the rooms. The common kitchen is big, spacious and has everything you might need. Hosts are extremely helpful and nice - we had some joint dinners and celebrations for the lantern festival and new years. It takes about 30 min on the bike to get to the city center, but there are local restaurants and you have Grab here too. We're definitely coming back. It's the perfect place if you want some peace and nature.
