It was actually the nicest Apartment I have ever been to. The interior was beautiful and such a nice detailed decoration. Also ist was really well-equiped and had everything we needed and even more. The Location of the apartment is perfect. Some nice places to eat reachable by foot and also the sea not far away and also to Athen about 30min which was totally fine to visit some highlights there. Norma and her husband were so kind and we felt welcomed, immediatley. Thanks for hosting us!! We can highly recommend your Airbnb.

Alles super, schöne Unterkunft, sehr sauber. Der einzig zu bemerkende Punkt ist, dass es sich um ein Haus mit ausschließlich AirBnB Wohnungen handelt, was in dem politisch aktiven Viertel nicht super gerne gesehen ist, da sich die Locals durch Gentrifizierung und steigende Mieten verdrängt fühlen.

Konstantinos is a fantastics host and his place is extremely cosy, well located in a nice, buzzy, safe area in the centre of Athens. The place feels very homely, it has all needed amenities and is located in a great area. There are so many shops, cafes, restaurants, literally just outside the building. It's located in walking distance from Athens' historical centre. The place has three working stations and great internet speed, making it ideal for people working remotely. Konstantinos was such a good host, always super communicative, thoughtful and accommodating. I would 100% recommend this place and Konstantinos as a host.

Staying at Jenny's apartment was an absolute delight. From the moment we booked, Jenny was incredibly helpful and responsive, always on hand to answer our questions. It was so reassuring to know she was there. The apartment itself was simply lovely. It's brand new and beautifully furnished, with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location on a quiet street was perfect for a peaceful getaway. And, I must say, the cleanliness was impeccable – a real treat. The terrace was a real highlight, just perfect for soaking up the Greek sunshine. We spent many happy hours out there :) The building's lobby is also rather grand, giving a real sense of arrival. It's a lovely touch, and made us feel very at home. Jenny's kindness and attention to detail truly made our stay exceptional. We felt very well looked after, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious break. Thank you, Jenny :)

Πανέμορφος ενιαίος χώρος με εξαιρετικο τζακουζι Όλα τακτοποιημένα καθαρά Πολλές παροχές έως και διάδρομο γυμναστικής για τζοκινγκ είχε αλλά και BBQ στη βεράντα αν θες να ψήσεις

Νομίζω ότι ήταν η καλύτερη επιλογή που θα μπορούσα να κάνω. Το ένιωσα από την αρχή σαν στο σπίτι μου κ το πρόσεξα αντίστοιχα το ίδιο. Αν κ η περιοχή για μένα δεν είναι και ότι καλύτερο, θα το έκανα στην άκρη αυτό και θα το επέλεγα ξανά.. αυτή τη φορά με τις παροχές που έχει διότι τώρα δεν βοήθησε και πολύ ο καιρός ίσως. Апартаменты находятся в очень хорошем, тихом, безопасном и историческом районе Афин. До главных достопримечательностей пешком 10 минут, как и до станции метро с помощью которой можно легко добраться в другие точки города. Сама квартира неплохо оборудована, находится на первом этаже, потому немного сыроватая. Рядом есть все необходимое.

Τόσο το διαμέρισμα όσο και οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν εξαιρετικοί. Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται ακριβώς δίπλα στον σταθμό υπεραστικών λεωφορείων αυτό σημαίνει πως για όσους ταξιδεύουν με λεωφορείο είναι η ιδανική περιοχή για τη διαμονή τους στη πρωτεύουσα. Επίσης η κοντινή στάση του Μετρό είναι μόλις 5-7 λεπτά περπατώντας. Ο χώρος είναι ιδανικός για όσες διανυκτερεύσεις χρειαστείτε και διαθέτει πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα. Όμως το καλύτερο είναι η βεράντα του αφού από τον 6ο όροφο μπορείς να απολαύσεις την γύρω περιοχή έως και την Ακρόπολη. Και επειδή έχω μείνει σε αρκετά διαμερίσματα στην Αθήνα σας λέω με ειλικρίνεια ότι ήταν από τα καλύτερα. Συνιστάται 100/100

I loved this stay for its privacy. The location was great for the metro and was 3 mins walk from the yoga studio. I spent 15 nights there and was really comfortable. Constantinos is responsive and extremely helpful.

The villa was absolutely beautiful and my family and I had an incredible time staying over. We especially enjoyed how clean and nice the pool provided was. We highly recommend this location to anyone looking to stay in Greece.

The house has an *amazing* view and terrace to view it, so if that's the one and only thing to book this apartment, do it! Konstantinos/Polytimi is a great host and communicative, and made us feel really comfortable. He also provided us with fruits, juice, coffee and milk, which was really thoughtful. Location is perfect, with great food options in the Monastiraki area, the station is less than 10 minutes walk away.

Regular visitor to Salamina, not used this accommodation before. I would happily use it again on a future visit. The hosts family are very friendly and very helpful.

What can I say the apartment was lovely and George our host was amazing! Our first night we were sent dinner and some Beers! A lovely welcome. Given the time of year, George kindly dressed the apartment for the Christmas festivities, which was well received by the whole family. In terms of accessibility you can’t beat it. Five minutes to the metro station which is a super efficient way to travel around Athens. We would recommend staying here to anyone you won’t be disappointed! Thanks George and Happy New Year!!

Amazing accommodation if you're looking for a place to stay especially with pets. Clean and very quiet place. The back yard is directly connected to a park. Groceries, bakery and coffee shop within a 3 minute walk. Highly recommended.

Η διαμονή μας ήταν πολύ καλή κ ο Παναγιώτης πάντα πρόθυμος να μας εξυπηρετήσει κ να μας βοηθησει ακόμη κ όταν του ζητήσαμε μια διευκόλυνση στις ώρες άφιξης κ αναχώρησης . Σίγουρα αν ξανάρθω Πειραιά θα επιλέξω αυτό το διαμέρισμα,γιατι παρέχει τα πάντα,μια τέλεια κουζίνα με ολες τις ηλεκτρικές συσκευές κ μια βεράντα με θέα τα βράχια της Πειραϊκής..Παναγιώτη κ Ναταλια σας ευχαριστουμε για όλα κ να παραμείνετε παντα ετσι ,ευγενικοί κ καλοσυνατοι άνθρωποι!!
