Jennifer is an exceptional host. She responds promptly to any questions you may have. She is considerate and easygoing. She even leaves snacks and drinks that her guests may have while there. The house is stocked with anything and everything you may need, down to paper plates, headache meds, stem toys for neurodivergent children, every game imaginable, household items like scissors, tape, zip lock bags, and so much more. Well equipped with pots and pans, utensils, dishware, and a spice rack! The bathrooms are stocked with body wash, shampoo and conditioner, blow dryer, and other toiletries you may have forgotten. This place is actually one of those where you could just pack your clothes and go. We only used one bed and it was so comfortable we didn’t want to get up. Great job Jennifer. You have thought of everything. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future.

Beautiful space, easy travel distance to many great areas of Austin plus quick drive to highway to make day trips.

John and Lynn-Marie went above and beyond to accommodate me and my family. We needed additional help in order to attend our grandson‘s first birthday. John and Lynn-Marie graciously provided the assistance we needed. We are beyond grateful.

A little piece of heaven. The property was just as described but even better in person. The house was super clean. Stocked with board games, outdoor games, essentials like paper towels, garbage bags, etc. Furnishings were modern and comfortable. Our dogs loved the yard. The dock was a perfect place to people watch on the lake. The neighborhood was lovely, lots of people out walking their pups. A convenient drive to restaurants and grocery stores. Such a special place to celebrate Thanksgiving with friends and family.

Emil and Arnelle were great hosts. We just relocated to Austin and they were so informative and supportive. The house was in a great location between school and work. It had everything everything we needed to help us transition into life here in the US. Easy driving to downtown Austin and surrounds. Good food places nearby.

We loved our stay at this gem in Zilker, Austin's best neighborhood! The location is unbeatable - steps from Barton Springs, Zilker Park, and S. Lamar, and just a 10-minute drive to downtown hotspots like 6th Street and Rainey Street. The house is stunning, recently remodeled with high-quality finishes and a thoughtful, open layout. It’s perfect for both relaxing and hosting, with a well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms. The backyard is a highlight, featuring a large table, Weber gas grill, and a kids' fort for hours of entertainment. The fenced-in front yard is ideal for morning coffee with friends, family, or pets. The host's communication was prompt and welcoming, and check-in was seamless. If you’re planning an Austin getaway, this place has it all. Highly recommend!

We had an absolute pleasant stay at Tarek's Lake House. Tarek is very friendly and responsive. Smooth arrival and check out. Listing is very accurate. Clean, comfortable, with an amazing lake view! Centrally located, very easy to get around the area. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you Tarek for welcoming us!

We ALWAYS stay here when we come to Austin, and like always it’s great! Johnny is very very responsive, nice private place with parking etc etc, we’ll see you again in april!

Amazing stay! Travis was incredibly responsive and proactive, regularly checking in to make sure I was comfortable. The cozy room was exactly as described, and the riverside property is stunning, full of trees and wildlife. Hope to visit again soon!

We enjoyed a lovely 4 day stay over Christmas with our adult children. We were able to go kayaking and enjoy the fire pit area, as well as take in the beautiful views and the total peace and quiet! The house was very clean and the beds were all very comfortable. Thanks so much for sharing your cottage.

Great, cozy spot! Love how it’s so close to the town of Wimberley but still secluded enough to feel as if you’re camping in the Austin hills. Bed & bedding super comfortable, clean, & spacious!

Our stay at the cabin was awesome! The hosts Rudy & Sharon were beyond kind & very hospitable. We loved Stars and Stripes who always met us at the gate when we wanted to say hi. Lacey is so sweet, she guided us down to the creek & even barged into the cabin to say bye as we were packing up. We really enjoyed the archery and bb guns & we’ll definitely be back for the pool since it was too cold during our stay. I highly recommend staying at Rudy & Sharon’s cabin in the woods!

We enjoyed our stay! The fallen leaves, the river and the tall trees made it seem like a scene out of a hallmark movie. Great place.

This cabin was absolutely beautiful. I took my girlfriend here for a surprise valentines roadtrip and she loved it! Definitely lived up to its name and is super “cozy”. Jasmin and Alex were so kind making an accommodation of a late check out and gave us such great recommendations for the weekend. If we ever come back, our stay will 100% be at the Cozy AF Cabin! ❤️

It was clean and a lot of space for big families and has everything you need and I recommend it I would like to go back.

Definitely enjoyed the small private space. It does share a property right next door however the hot tub was still very private and although both spaces were rented out we still had no issues with privacy and personal space. Will come back and stay soon.
