My wife and her best friend had stayed here previously and recommended it. It was a very nice, clean and quiet. We would certainly recommend and stay again. Host was very responsive and proactive with communication.

Walking distance to all downtown Austin has to offer! Stayed here for a convention, and enjoyed being able to have our team together!

I stayed at "The Silver Screen Cinema Suite" Labor Day 2024. The complex was very easy to find, and the directions Ryan provided were well detailed. Check in/Check out process for gated parking was an extra step that I'm not used to (gaining access), BUT once we got in it was WELL WORTH THE miniscule hassle. The free secured parking spot was certainly a plus overall. The location of this apartment is unbeatable; walkable to explore downtown Austin (across the st from Residence Inn/Courtyard Marriott). There is a small balcony off the living room which was nice for late evening relaxation. Home was very clean. It was extremely spacious for my 2 adult/4 teen group and loft was the perfect spot for the teens to relax indoors. Bedrooms- spacious, linens-extremely comfortable, cloud-like comforters, bath shower soap provide- full size. Pool did not look well kept. The only thing we had an issue with was limited hot water in main bath. Great communication with Ryan overall. TYVM!!

We enjoyed our stay at the Aria loft! Ryan was a very responsive host and provided very clear instructions on how to enter the unit as well as simple check out instructions. The loft was in a great location and walkable to almost everywhere we went while in Austin!

I had an amazing experience at Paul’s Airbnb! The place was exactly as described, and the location was perfect for us to visit our UT student daughter. Paul was incredibly accommodating, providing local tips and making sure everything was perfect throughout the stay. I felt very welcome and at home.

Great East Austin location, perfect for our long weekend stay.

Ryan was very responsive and agreed to a last minute booking when another booking cancelled on us last minute. He was accommodating with our needs for check-in and check-out times. The place was very clean and nice, and as described in the listing. Only negative thought is that it is very expensive for a small rental (but this is common in Austin). Overall, highly recommend this host and this property!

Loved our time at Bashar's place. Quiet neighborhood but very close to freeways. I appreciated walking my pup through St. Edward campus, and we loved our evening down the street at Cosmic Pickle. Design of the small footprint is immaculate: great decor, well organized, warm lighting, great tech features with the google home+nest and smart TV. Made the space feel much larger than it was. Minor warning for fellow dog owners if this sounds familiar to you and your dog's fears: the stairs to the loft are floating – which are beautiful but freaked my dog out. He would go up but wouldn't come back down, so small issue for us of trying to keep him downstairs to avoid carrying our 65 lb dog down super-steep stairs haha! Over all, Bashar and Jonathan were both very welcoming to us and our pup, and the townhouse was a perfect pad for few days we were there. Hope to stay in another of Bashar's properties!

Location! If you’re planning on venturing around East Austin, then this is the perfect location. Close to great bars, food, and coffee. Trent was responsive throughout our time and was easy to get a hold of.
