Overall, a few miscues but owners did best they could to fix it and were very responsive to text/calls. We rented this location to be close to the baseball diamond and that's a 5 minute walk from there so main goal was accomplished. Second was that we could bring our dog. Was disappointed during checkout on the reservation that I had already picked the rate with pet, and then paid a separate charge - so, beware the price is without the pet fee even if you picked it.

The blue barn had everything we needed. We loved getting to use the grill and hang out by the pool. Enjoyed our nightly walks around the area as well. Stephanie and Ben were quick to respond to all of our questions and very accommodating. We will return for sure.

Second time with StayWise and another successful trip. Space was clean, with everything one needs for a short or long term stay. Great amenities on the property, as well. Conveniently located near shops and restaurants and only a relatively short 20 min drive to downtown and the surrounding neighborhoods. Currently, my go to spot for trips to the Austin area.

Absolutely beautiful place. The photos were accurate but the flat was better in person. Aseel was responsive & attentive. I would stay here again

Penny and Cannon's condo was wonderful! It was super clean, very comfortable, great view, and the pools were a lifesaver for the kids. They always respond immediately and the directions for everything were very easy to follow. I can't wait to come back!

Amazing place and peacefully getaway!

My husband and I came to celebrate Valentines and they had the bed decorated with hearts of flower petals so nice! We loved the place and the hot tub was amazing since the weather was cool, the views are relaxing and beautiful! 10/10 recommend! Can’t wait to come back !

Our family of four absolutely loved our stay! The location is private and peaceful, and while it’s a bit far from Austin and all there is to do downtown, it was the perfect escape for our Spring Break weekend. The condo was cozy, with plenty of games and activities. We enjoyed our time on the patio, played pickleball, spent a lot of time in the hot tub and pool (or reading by the pool at sunset with the most incredible view), and my animal whisperer son got to feed and interact with the deer on site- a real highlight for him! Thank you, Cheri for a wonderful stay! We hope to be back one day!

We stayed at Emily's place in Lago Vista and had a great experience. If you are looking for a quiet place to relax and unwind this is the perfect place for you. Not a lot of people around at any given time and very scenic. With the rules, access codes, and property being so large, it does take a bit to acquaint yourself. After reading all the regulations and experiencing just how quiet the property was, I did get a little nervous at first having my kids with me, but I never had any issues at all. There was complete transparency about the distance from eateries from the location, so we brought a lot of food to prepare there so we could take in all the accomodations that this place did have to offer. But it was no issue for me to go 10-15 minutes to eat somewhere. This place has everything you need, it is very accommodating. I would highly recommend staying.

Had a great stay. We set out to rest and relax after a stressful time, and this condo really had everything we needed to relax, watch the sunset, stargaze, swim and enjoy Austin. great stay and we would definitely come back again. The island is kind of magical with deer, raccoons and birds that are very friendly towards the local humans. staff at the condo building were welcoming and friendly. some places aren't always that nice to sort term renters but all staff and neighbors were friendly and helpful when we interacted.

We recently had the pleasure of spending an entire month at this wonderful Airbnb in Austin, and we can’t say enough good things about the experience. From the moment we booked, the hosts went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and well taken care of. When we fell ill during our stay, they genuinely surprised us by sending over chicken soup—talk about Southern hospitality! The home itself is spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully furnished. We had more than enough room to spread out and work or relax, and the layout made it easy to settle in as if it were our own. Being in Austin for a longer stay, we appreciated the quiet comfort of the neighborhood, but also how close we were to everything—fantastic restaurants, great coffee shops, and all the must-see sights were just minutes away. I hosted my friend’s bachelorette party at Julie and Saul’s home this weekend, and it was absolutely perfect. They were incredibly accommodating and always quick to respond. We were welcomed with a thoughtful surprise gift basket filled with goodies for all of us, which was such a special touch. Their home is beautiful, with plenty of beach towels, clear instructions for everything, and exceptionally comfortable beds. And the backyard? Even more stunning than the pictures! We couldn’t have asked for a better stay—thank you, Julie and Saul!

5 Stars – Perfect Getaway Spot! This place was absolutely perfect. Spotless, stylish, and even better than expected. The cold plunge was a total game changer—so refreshing and such a unique touch. Rachel was a fantastic host—super friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. We all really loved our stay here! The house had so many amazing amenities that we didn’t even get to use them all. The place was fully stocked with everything we could’ve possibly needed and my favorite was the speakers in the walls so that we could play music throughout the entire house!!! Host was very proactive and overall we had an amazing stay. Would stay again!

We had the absolute best stay in Austin during this visit l! We come every year for our extende family get together and we are glad we found this. This home is described modestly, it's got a great pool, hot tub and pool deck, lots of room for the kiddos to play, in the pool and the fenced back yard. The pool was clean and well supplied with chairs all around. We selected the Heated optional amenity to enjoy the pool in winter season and heated pool was awesome and it was worth. Truly our group spent most of the afternoons outside playing and swimming. The kitchen was nicely laid out, great appliances and all the surfaces were clean and in good shape. The bedrooms were all very nicely decorated, well appointed bathrooms and all the towels and bedding we needed. The playroom was a great place for the kids to go and hang out, there is a Pool table, Ping pong table, foosball table and board games for everyone to enjoy. Located in South Austin area close to shops and restaurants.

Anthony's home was comfortable, clean, and safe. My family enjoyed our stay for a week and had all the amenities we needed. The home was easy to find in a quite, safe neighborhood. It was easy to enter the home and the host communicated very well and checked with me to make sure my stay was going well. The home is very spacious and comfortable. My little one had plenty of room to explore and the home was very clean. I would highly recommend anyone or family to stay at this home, because it exceeded my expectations. The furniture was very comfortable and the kitchen was beautiful with all the right essentials to be able to cook a meal. I would book this home again on the future. Thank you Anthony for allowing my family to stay in your home.

If you love Austin and tacos and queso, and want to be right where the action is at, Noah’s place is such a pleasant getaway. Private and clean, and comfortable all around.

Margeaux is a great host, always responded quickly and was super helpful. Her home is the perfect family space and location wise Zilker was a great spot to get to know Austin.
