Highly recommend this location! Super close to sleeping bear dunes and Glen Arbor, easy drive to Traverse City. Would stay here again!

Great place to stay as we had an event there. The waitress for the party was very attentive. We had breakfast in the restaurant downstairs which was phenomenal and the waiter was wonderful!

Perfect getaway cabin close to the Manistee National Forest and some famous fishing spots. I will definitely come back if the host will have me again!

It was a nice place to stay! The bed was a little squeaky😅 but other than that, it felt clean and homey! We would def stay again. It was nice to be connected to a restaurant and bar-you could drink and not have to worry about driving. The food was also delish.

Pam and her husband were great hosts , always trying to please and make things better . They have a beautiful spot on the lake , we would love to come back soon.

Alicia communicated very well whenever I had any questions or requests. The space is nicely laid out with plenty of space to store gear during the stay. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, and pans for cooking. It felt very "at home". The entire stay was very comfortable and nice. This is a great place to stay while doing activities in the area. We really enjoyed our steelhead fishing trip as normal.

Very convenient to skiing at Boyne Mountain. Comfortable and clean.

It was a great weekend getaway with my husband and son. One thing to note is there is no oven. Not a big deal but I didn’t realize that and brought food to cook in an oven but we made the stovetop work and still had a fabulous time!

Great location near the mountain! Shuttle service available, but we didn’t use it. We got a lot of snow while there and the property manager was quick to clear our sidewalks. Loved the entry way closet for our gear before entering our unit. Everything was super clean!

This was our 2nd year staying here. It has everything we needed for our race weekend. We love the kitchen and being able to make simple meals. Looking forward to staying here again next year!

We had a wonderful stay at the Creekside Condos! The condo was clean, beautifully appointed, and in a fantastic location. Bing was an excellent host, ensuring everything was perfect for our visit. The space was incredibly cozy, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. We especially enjoyed the hot tub after a day of skiing—it was the perfect way to relax. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we can’t wait to return!

After a horrible experience at a hotel in the area, we needed to find something else quickly. We decided to try Airbnb for the first time and Riley and Jason made the experience amazing. Quick to respond and they had very helpful answers to the questions. Also being completely pet friendly was such a huge deal for us. I would stay again anytime I travel back to Traverse City. Friendly, positive people and positive experience on top of a super clean and roomy place to stay! Amazing experience.

Our stay was great! It is challenging to find a place to stay that will accommodate our dog and the room fit our needs perfectly! It was so cozy to warm up in front of the fireplace after a cooler afternoon walking the VASA trails. Megan was very good communicating with us about our stay which was helpful. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful home nestled in tranquil setting. Living area is new, clean, and comfortable. Loved the short walk through the woods to get down to the dock/beach. Kayaks available to do a bit of exploring on the lake (great fishing too). Walt and Daphne were GREAT - friendly, responsive, and genuinely wanted you to enjoy your stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the Anchor Inn! The cottage was adorable, clean, well-equipped and a great location for all things Traverse City and Leelanau Peninnsula. George was friendly and responsive. If we'd had more time, we would have checked out the sauna. We will have to try it next time, will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved staying at Motel Bear Lake. We had to change our weekend plans last minute due to a family emergency and it was stressful to find a clean safe place to stay last minute. Let me assure anyone that is weary of the affordable price - this place was perfect! It was clean, pet accessible, convenient, comfortable and had more consideration for its guest than more expensive chain hotels. My partner and I have already planned to come back and stay here. Maybe start a family tradition! Thank you for letting us stay here!

Very cute spacious room! The only thing that would have made the experience even better was if I didn’t get trapped in the bathroom haha. The doors are old and get stuck haha. It was a great trip though we will be back!

We had a wonderful time and will likely be back. The drawer full of all the previous guestbooks was a little treasure to read through.
