Fantastic place, great host! This is the go-to spot if you'd like to stay by Sunset Cliffs! So close to the beach and it's a quiet neighborhood. Well definitely stay there again in San Diego.

My husband, daughter and I had a very nice stay. Location is great, reserved parking is a huge plus, and since I was traveling with my 7 month old, it was great to have the pack n play at the Airbnb so we didn’t need to travel with one. Doug was incredibly detailed in his instructions for check in and parking which made it a breeze and responded quickly to any questions we had during our stay. Would definitely stay here again

Had a wonderful stay in Pacific Beach. The location is great- it was nice to have a dedicated parking spot and street parking was easy to find in the area. We loved walking around the neighborhood and down to the boardwalk/beach area, and also sitting on the porch in the afternoon enjoying our privacy. Also very convenient to have a Sprouts Market located so close for quick grocery needs. Hector was very prompt and detailed in his communication- couldn't ask for a better host!

Our stay was fantastic -- the home had everything we needed for our family of four (baby+toddler), and the pool/beach/hot tub were fantastic. We were able to travel to Legoland, San Diego, and nearby beaches very easily. The people around the community were also extremely friendly and helpful. We would definitely return and stay here in the future!

I stayed at Kam's place with 5 other adults and there was plenty of space for all of us. Great ratio of private indoor and outdoor spaces. Everything was neat and tidy. Check in was super easy. It was nice to have a private parking spot, but also street parking was an option. The place is a 25 minute walk to lots of nice shops and the ocean. There is a Trader Joe's a hop-skip away. I would book again with a group in the future.

The place was exactly what we were looking for while visiting family nearby. It was clean and had everything we needed. We didn’t spend that much time there because it was in such a great spot - walking distance to the beach and downtown Carlsbad, and super close to the freeway for going anywhere further. Will definitely look to stay here again when returning to Carlsbad!

I truly appreciate the communication and accommodations that were provided by the host. If you want to be within minutes to all locations this is your place.

The townhouse was perfect! It was very clean! Benjamin communicated fast and was helpful. The area was safe. I recommend it.

Kristen’s place was awesome - San Diego / pacific beach area is super fun, beautiful weather. Kristen was responsive and kind.

*Stairs* Lots of stairs! This details is mentioned in the pictures but I think it should be high lighted a little more. This place is a tri-level with the two bed rooms being on the very bottom and very top, so be aware. Stairs are also a little steep and you have to climb stairs to get to the middle entry level which is the kitchen/ living room. That wasn’t an issue for us and our stay, luckily. We loved the home and the location. It was walking distance to many bars and restaurants, which we loved. But it’s also just off the main drag, so we didn’t get the loud bar music or drunk kids walking around. There was a concert going on at Petco on Saturday- so check the schedule! It was loud until about 11. Ultimately great location and cute home for stair-climbing abled people! :)

one of the best houses i have stayed in. If you can't do stairs it's not the place for you, but other than that it was clean and well stocked! Great area if you are doing Mission beach or Seaworld too!

Spent a wonderful week with the kids and grandparents here. Great spot all around - we enjoyed the access to the pools, pickleball, common area to watch sunset and easy walk for coffee. Thanks for a great week.

We stayed at Jacob’s house for our daughter’s graduation. It was a good location and plenty of space to spread out. The apartment/condo was as advertised in the listing

We had a great stay here! We appreciated the alley parking and walkability of the neighborhood. Found some great restaurants in the neighborhood and walked to Balboa Park. Despite being in an urban neighborhood, it was quiet at night and the beds were very comfortable. Thanks!

This is a great home with 2 large bedrooms each with their own private bathrooms on 2nd floor. Very spacious and open main level and great kitchen, plenty of space to work. It is a great locations very walkable to Harbor Dr, Convention Center, Gaslamp area and Little Italy and the Harbor area. Jordan is a great host, was superb with all communication before and during the stay, and highly responsive to any issues or questions. We did not have any issues with the train noise and slept totally fine. Would definitely stay here again for work or tourist visit.

We had such an amazing stay! The location was great being a few minutes walk to the beach, restaurants, and bars! The space did not feel crammed and the bathroom setup was perfect for having multiple people getting ready/doing makeup! There were televisions in every bedroom, something I did not notice in the photos beforehand, so this was a great surprise! We wish the parking out front was not only 2 hour parking as this caused us to park and walk 4 blocks away so we wouldn’t get tickets. Other than that we had a wonderful time and would definitely return to this property!

Lovely, clean, and spacious condo in a great location near beaches and restaurants. We particularly loved the rooftop patio! It was the perfect place to sip hot coffee in the morning and relax in the evening after a day at the beach. We also really appreciated the secure, underground parking on site. Brian had a great local restaurant guide and we appreciated the suggestions. Next time we are in town, we would totally be happy to stay here again!

Overall a great place to stay. Private and clean. I was using crutches so the single level, driveway right infront of the front door and no steps was perfect. Some things that were not to big of a deal for me but might be for others is the hot water runs out quick, and the bottom bed on the bunk bed was a little weird. The top bunk needs to be higher up. You are not able to sit up at all if you are on the bottom bunk.
