The annex is clean, comfortable, warm and well equipped. Nice area, really peaceful. Sliding patio doors overlook the garden, with lots of trees and bird song. Very little other sound which is amazing for somewhere so close to Dorchester. Clear instructions for everything, lots of parking and the hosts are friendly and helpful.

We had a really lovely stay at Marsha’s place ☺️. Marsha and Dave were both really helpful and friendly and gave us lots of local recommendations - our cockapoo loved the woodland walk into town! The studio itself had everything you need and provided a great little base for a weekend break. It’s perfectly situated for so many lovely walks or a trip into Bath for shopping/more exploring. Thank you so much for everything - we would definitely recommend!

Simply incredible property! The location could not be more perfect. I booked as it’s my husband and son’s dream sort of place, a little apprehensive about having little space myself, but there was an abundance of space! It’s so cleverly designed and it didn’t feel cramped at all, and watching the stars through the skylight on the mezzanine with the ocean sounds was just idyllic. Lovely little touches like tea/coffee/sugar and biscuits, and even in early Spring we only needed to pop the heater on for an hour or so in the night. Simply perfect and I can’t recommend it more (although I want to be able to return already)! Wonderful location for visiting the Ammonite Pavement and very easily walkable to the seafront with restaurants/shops etc (even with a toddler). Thank you Sarah and co-hosts :)

We had a fantastic time staying at James and Emma’s. Whilst the location is tucked away off the normal path, their clear instructions made it easy to find. Their restaurant recommendations were also great and meant we found some real gems that we wouldn’t have otherwise known about. We would love to stay again if we were ever back in the area.

A lovely spacious accommodation near to lovely seaside towns. The beach within walking distance is beautiful. A great base to explore the Devon coast.

Lovely stay at David’s place. The property is wonderful, the grounds incredible and the views stunning. David and his family made us feel incredibly welcome and were available if we needed anything. Lots of information provided by David and in the house and we would highly recommend the walks in the local area. The Ring O Bells pub is a beautiful 30 minute walk and does brilliant food. Bath is an easy 15 minute drive. Would highly recommend this place.

I have visited Alison's lodges now several times as the location is just absolutely stunning, it's dog friendly and the lodges themselves are beautiful, cosy and well equipped. The sound of the babbling brook at Brook Lodge as I fell asleep at night was so peaceful. It's so easy to access beautiful walks very close, including within the grounds themselves, and you can also hop in the car and go a bit further afield. Alison is very thoughtful and flexible and I could not recommend this stay more. It is a little bit of peace!

First time staying here, but we visit the area usually twice a year for family living in Llantwit Major. We loved the apartment, great facilities and very clean. We would definitely stay again. Short walk to town centre and a few nice pubs and a lovely new italian / portuguese restaurant

Was a really lovely area with lovely local pubs full of sweet people that we met around. The accommodation was also lovely with a really big jacuzzi and games room that was great fun. All in all we really enjoyed it and would recommend it to anyone.

Wat een prachtig huisje! We verbleven hier 4 nachten met onze 2 kleine kindjes. Het huisje is gelegen in een super rustige omgeving, toch dicht genoeg om vanalles te bezoeken en mooie wandelingen te maken. We hadden alles wat we nodig hadden. Alles was super proper en functioneel ingericht. De communicatie verloopt super vlot. Kortom we hebben écht genoten van ons verblijf en zouden het zeker aanraden.

Was perfect for a Valentines getaway! We are so grateful to Sam and Adrian for extending their hospitality, they truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and to make sure we had plenty of information about the surrounding area! We have to give our thanks also to William who provided lots of snacks and drinks through his tuck shop :) The barn itself was cosy yet spacious, the bed was super comfortable and water pressure in the shower was decent. The kitchen was fully-equipped for us to make a beef wellington on Valentines night!! Even the temperatures were near freezing - that didn’t stop us from taking full advantage of the fire place out on the patio! Overall we had a wonderful stay and would love to come and stay again! Perfect place for a relaxing weekend. Beautiful garden with fire pit and hot tub. Amazing pub across the road. Close to the Jurassic coast for nice long walks 👍 Would highly recommend to everyone!

One of, if not the best Air bnb we have had to date. Everything was perfect and every little detail was thought about. Location was great, interior was lovely and homely and furniture was 5/5 comfort! Lovely hosts, made you feel welcome immediately. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

We had a wonderful weekend at The Stables. Nancy was an amazing host—great communication from the moment we booked, and very helpful with check-in details. The location was ideal: just a 10-minute drive from central Bath, with Ubers readily available, plus rentable e-scooters and bikes nearby. The property was private and peaceful, with its own driveway, entrance, outdoor seating, and a beautiful hot tub at the perfect temperature. Inside, it was spotless, stylish, and incredibly well-equipped—everything we could have needed was there. The attention to detail was exceptional, and we were welcomed with a chilled bottle of Prosecco, which was such a thoughtful touch. This trip was a surprise for my wife, and she absolutely loved it. We couldn’t fault a thing and would stay again in a heartbeat. Hopefully the stables is available to book next time we visit, though with a place this special it might be booked. Thank you, Nancy, for making our weekend so special—The Stables is a real gem!

This was my second visit to Rebecca's. Rebecca is extremely helpful and responsive to any queries. The flat is spotless and well equipped. Will no doubt stay again!

We had a fantastic stay in Gerties House in Glastonbury! We were so happy with house clean and spacious it was! The amenities were great too! Kim was a great host who knocked to check everything was good and directed us on where the local sites were. It is a literal stones throw from Glastonbury Tor which was a beautiful site with spiritual significance 🫶🏻 there were lots of friendly locals up at the Tor too! It was roughly 20 minutes to the High Street which was full of quaint little shops that were full of goodies such as books, tarot cards, crystals, instruments etc. The abbey is also in the town which is a great visit! We will definitely be back to Glastonbury and to Gerties House! Thank you Kim and Edd 🙏🏼

Perfect stay in such a tranquil spot. Beautiful straw bale barn beside a babbling stream. Jam is as delicious as everyone says. Great for walkers, cyclists and those looking for a quiet retreat. Thank you for your generosity.

Lynsey’s property is a real gem, it is well located for Bideford. The decor was lovely and very homely. We loved the extra touches to remind us of the local area and the added treats of the fudge and crisps on arrival, and milk kindly left in the fridge. Lynsey was a joy to communicate with, very responsive and nothing was too much trouble. The coach house has been renovated beautifully and was a perfect size for the 4 of us. It was perfectly clean and in a lovely quiet residential area. In summary Lynsey was an amazing host and the coach house an incredible property. We look forward to hopefully booking again soon.

Just had a lovely weekend away, the beach hut was more spacious than I was expecting, we were there in winter and it was lovely and warm. Tina was lovely and helpful. A beautiful spot for peace and quiet but with a short drive to the local seaside towns or the moors. Will definitely be revisiting.
