Had a wonderful stay, could not fault the cottage. Perfectly clean with everything you could need plus a few extras like dressing gowns and shampoo/conditioner etc in the bathrooms. Beautiful views, comfy beds and a large clean hot tub made the stay stand out. The location is ideal for exploring north Devon, would not hesitate to recommend staying at Kam's cottage.

We were a group of 12, and every one of us agreed this is the best holiday house we've ever stayed in. We loved the location, right by the beach and a short walk into town, but at the end of a cul-de-sac, so quiet and safe. We loved all the many books and musical instruments in the house - we felt very at home! We loved the beautiful sea views from 3 bedrooms, and the comfy beds, and the well-equipped kitchen. Our children loved the wide range of toys and the games console. The host made us feel very welcome. We felt it was very good value for money, and we would really like to come back and stay here again.

A hidden gem! Home away from home. We wanted or needed for nothing, and the hosts were incredibly accommodating and responsive. The photos of the clifftop Lodge are lovely, but they do not do Justice . There was a warm, homely feeling as soon as we entered the property, and the views out the living room window are simply stunning. The garden was perfectly closed in so our dog could wander freely, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of teas and coffees to choose from. These hosts have thought of absolutely everything. The location is peaceful, and there are lots of wonderful things to do in the local area. We will absolutely be back in the near future, and would happily recommend to our friends and family. Thank you Su and Mike for a truly wonderful stay

the house in Shaldon was so cosey, clean and easily accessible with modern furnishings. Shaldon is a pretty coastal village. We had 2 sunny days and walked along the coast to Maidencombe one day. would recommend London Inn, Shaldon bakery and the Ness. we took the train to Exeter everything was nearby and manageable without a car.

We loved our stay over an extended weekend. As a retired group of five we enjoyed local walking, scenery. The hot tub was a great extra that was enjoyed. Lovely place to visit, it’s an area we know well, we enjoyed our time in this lovely location. The accommodation was excellent, lovely and clean and homely with great views. Sue is a great host and focused on making our stay enjoyable. On our list of return destinations.

We have just got back from a 2 night stay- it is a beautiful place. The views outside were amazing and we spent the first night star gazing in the hot tub! The area is peaceful and a village with amenities are 5 mins away. Definitely recommend a visit here. The space itself has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Had a booking cancelled at short notice and had to find an alternative sharpish.. found this one and the host was back to us straight away and remained in regular contact. Directions and getting in were easy and we even got notification that the accommodation was ready early. Very clean and comfortable inside - nice and cozy Great job by the host.

We stayed at Tristan’s beautiful house for 3 nights - 3 generations to celebrate a 85th birthday! It was perfect for us, the garage was a godsend for 1 car & to keep my father-in-law’s mobility scooter in! The location was amazing, a couple of pubs literally on the doorstep, the beach a 1 min stroll. Tristan was great at communicating - there was a little hiccup (nothing serious) and he sorted it immediately. Would we go back - in a heartbeat. Thanks for a great stay.
