This lovely house is perfect for big groups! The building itself is old, but inside is nicely renovated and tastefully decorated. Everything, from the decor to the necessaries provided, are very well thought out and we were pleasantly surprised. The living room on the first floor is such a cozy and inviting space where everyone can hang around. The beds are comfy, and there is a toilet in every bathroom. The only downsides are the stairs being very steep and the location is not the easiest to get to via transport, but taxi in Tainan is pretty cheap. We also liked how the neighborhood is very quiet yet there are many restaurants nearby. It’s a truly local experience, and I would highly recommend this place.

We had a great stay at Elaine's resident while visiting Tainan. It's very centrally located and surrounded by restaurants, cafes and bars, as well as street markets. It is also walking distance to some of the key attractions in the city amd a short taxi/Uber ride from the train station. The resident was very clean and spacious, will everything you need for a short stay. Elaine was a great host and checked in via online messaging regularly to make sure we're comfortable and got everything we need. Would highly recommend this house as a base to visit Tainan & Southern Taiwan.

房東很友善，訊息和問題都及時回覆！房屋周圍安靜、空間乾淨、整潔、寬敞，騎機車的話有車庫可以停～洗澡其實不算大問題，分配好時間即可有冰箱、微波爐、咖啡機、餐具（很多）、吹風機，非常周到電視可以連接netflix跟youtube，適合大家同樂

雖然不在市區，但開車十分鐘左右就到市區，十幾分鐘到高鐵站，位置也算很好，重點是周邊很好停車。屋子很乾淨，房間內有一個木頭香，蓮蓬頭的熱水、水壓很強也不會有要等待熱水的狀況。一切都很美好，CP值很高，住了非常喜歡，唯獨小小缺點是有蚊子，但也不影響居住，然後另外一間比較小的房間會有點悶，其餘都是一百分。

Had a fantastic stay at Jeff’s place! The space is spacious, clean, and neatly maintained, making it super comfortable. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, and Jeff was always quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a hassle-free and pleasant stay. It's a lovely place for a huge group. The amenities like KTV system, dart board and arcade are fantastic for group entertainment! Never tried the MJ as not enough time and taiwan MJ is abit different. The only drawback is the 4 stories and climbing... Haha.. But it's okay if the group have strong legs

友人同士6人で滞在しました。友人は初めての台南でしたが、とても素敵な宿でとても喜んでいました。場所も神農街や市場から近く、とても便利な立地でした。何よりホストがとてもフレンドリーで、リクエストにすぐに対応して下さり、安心して滞在する事ができました。お部屋もとても素敵なノスタルジックな空間です。3部屋の寝室にそれぞれシャワールームとトイレがあるので、プライベートな空間でくつろぐ事ができます。台南へ行かれる方には是非おすすめしたい宿です！

這次到台南小旅行，住到一間超棒的民宿！房間非常乾淨整潔，廁所是乾濕分離的設計，用起來很舒服。最讓人印象深刻的是房東姐姐超級親切，在介紹住宿須知的時候，還貼心提醒我們這週有市集活動可以去逛逛，感覺像是在地朋友一樣照顧我們。整體CP值真的很高，下次來台南還會想再住一次！

剛好遇到航空演習的話早上會有點吵，早上抽水馬達希望在晚一點點開（如果水夠用的話）其他都很棒沒什麼問題地點很棒，按摩浴缸很舒服空間也很舒服

The house’s layout is wonderful especially we can overlook the park from the patio. It is very closed to the subway (3 minutes away). The host is friendly, responsive and proactive to our need. We will definitely visit again in the near future.
