Thank you so much Maria, for such a great stay. We were 2 families with 2 dogs and we all had a lovely time. Your home was spacious, very clean and had everything we could possibly need. The kitchen was a great size, perfect for gatherings and had plenty of crockery and glasses. The bathrooms were large and spotless. Bedrooms comfy. Close to Whitchurch which had some lovely walks. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. We will be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the house with our friends and family. The grounds are spectacular and very peaceful. There were so many things to do that even the busiest of us couldn't get to all of the activities available. The hosts were very responsive and always helpful, making our stay very comfortable from the moment we arrived. I would highly recommend staying here for a relaxing get-away, and we plan on returning for another stay in the future!

I can't thank Carolyn enough, after finding out I was surprising my 12 year old son to a birthday getaway birthdays banners and signs plus sweets etc all put out for when we arrived! above and beyond for us. Carolyn was very responsive, informative and so kind. wonderful localaton, amenities etc. caravan was like home to home, well equipped and very clean. thank you again! highly recommend! 5🌟😁

Bridget’s cottage was absolutely tremendous! It felt homely, warm and welcoming! It was private and out of the way without being miles away from what you needed. We stayed with our 18 month old and dog who had a lovely time too. The stair gate on the bedroom was great as it gave our son freedom to wonder about upstairs whilst we got ready. There was also plenty of room for the travel cot too. Bridget was excellent at giving local recommendations and instructions for the cottage. We tried Rye in Frome which served excellent coffee! So thank you for that too. A perfect Christmassy getaway! Felt like the holiday! Thank you so much xx

La maison de Lyn est superbe, propre, joliment décorée, confortable et, somme toute, très accueillante. Il y a beaucoup de place et la maison est située pas loin du centre ville. Lyn est une hôte accueillante et attentionnée. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le petit déjeuner et sa gentillesse en général.

Excellent stay at Steves place in Bruton - the house is perfect for a couple and had lots of nice touches such as milk in the fridge and a welcome basket. Very safe location and parking available too! Lovely restaurants and cafes in Bruton which are a short walk - i highly recommend At the Chapel for breakfast and the Newt! Our experience at Steves place with superb and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others/stay again! Thank you Steve!

Just returned from Julia's lovely home in the New Forest. The house is ideally suited for touring the New Forest with walks straight from the door. Holly Lodge is comfortable, very warm, clean and well equipped . We were a party of 4 but plenty of space for 6 people with the 3 good sized bedrooms and bathrooms. Garden is secure for dogs with trees a haven for wildlife. Would love to return. Thank you Julia for being a great host

We had a fantastic stay at the cottage. Enjoyed beautiful walks on the common. The weather wasn’t great some days but meant we were able to have relaxing afternoons by the fire. Kitchen had everything you need and the beds were very comfy. Love to come back one day.

Excellent all round. Very clean and comfortable. Well laid out rooms. Kitchen well equipped. Especially good shower room with plenty of space. The road is very quiet at night. Walking distance to local shops, and to the very pleasant park-like areas around the river by Tuckton Bridge. Kind greeting from hosts, who provided an extra chair, and adjusted the heating for me. I would stay again !

Lovely place, right in the centre of town. Exactly as described. Would recommend to anyone staying in Bournemouth.

We will definitely stay here again. From Richard's first welcoming message to the final friendly farewell, we felt thoroughly and generously cared for. Every conceivable mod con is available including for example a Nespresso machine with pods on the house and the decor is stylish. The kitchen is plentifully equipped but we didn't use it much because there are so many excellent restaurants in the area. There's a Coop store about 5 minutes walk away and an excellent cafe less than 10 minutes away by the sea on South Bourne Promenade. There are televisions in the bedrooms, the outdoor area is nicely arranged, catches the sun and is peaceful, and car parking is private and straightforward. My wife and I can't wait for our next visit and for a longer stay.

Location was great for visiting the Cathedral and Christmas markets. many stores and eateries nearby. Amenities were as stated. Liked the M&S products. It was only one set of stairs to the flat.

Stayed over the marathon weekend and it was great value for a beautiful spacious apartment. The bedrooms are large and decorated with stunning wall art. One has a large ensuite too. The kitchen is well equipped and as the weather was sunny we loved the balcony where the sun shone all day. Great to have parking as all the streets are permit or 2 hours 8-6. It is a 15-20 minute walk to central Southampton and there is also a great street with shops and cafes and bars five minutes up the road. Host was very responsive and helpful.

Perfect Airbnb. Richard was there to check me in and show me around the place. The flat is beautifully furnished: so much character and functionality even in a relatively small space. It really felt like a home and was a nice place to go back to after a long day

James is a lovely person and his home is really magical and he gave us total privacy but was ready to help or advise on anything, it was a lovely experience and definitely going back the house is fantastic really special and huge I have never slept in such a huge house even the bathroom was lovely the house is really authentic and fabulous wild garden I loved the windows beautiful location really quiet

Each summer a U.K. FAMILY holiday is planned for three generations ..ages 5 up to well quite a lot! The choice this year was to go to Simons place.and what a find for everyone. A characterful house. Inside spacious spotless , kitchen brilliant ,, bedrooms roomy , bathroom ( particularly first floor) fabulous, living room so homely with Simons personal collection of books, his piano, homeliness beyond, and with cable Tv Incorporating Sports channels , and Netflix and Prime Video . Outside the decking in the rear garden a wonderful morning sun trap , the front garden full of charm with BBQ facilities and two squirrels nicknamed Bill and Bob..there every morning … The location very peaceful , parking at front and rear of property . Local shops , and the beach within easy 5-10 minutes walk and buses same time away into Bournemouth Poole and Christchurch . A wonderful seven days

Enjoyed a memorable stay in Goretti’s peaceful and spacious home. The house is fully equipped and was extremely clean. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful garden and conservatory. Communication was seamless. Would definitely recommend this beautiful home. It was lovely to be greeted by the host with a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge.

We had a great stay, even in January, and the house was perfect for us (6 adults, a 4-year old, 2 dogs) The house was warm and spacious with lots of kids toys and extremely well equipped. The hot tub in the garden is a lovely addition, despite high winds meaning we couldn’t always use it! It’s well located near Cowes and its amenities, amidst other houses but on a quiet road, with great views because it’s on a hill and very near the sea, though not a beach as such. We would certainly return if we can.

Lovely family home in the heart of the new forest. Was perfect for a pre Christmas getaway with lovely fireplace and warm Arga in the kitchen. Ian and team were very accommodating and it was lovely to have our two cocker spaniels with us to enjoy long daily walks in the forest. Will definitely be back again
