Very attentive to needs of a traveling family with children !!! Kitchen stocked with extras if choosing to make your own meals !! Exactly as listed , would definitely stay again !!

What a fantastic stay! The property is designed perfectly for both entertainment and relaxation. We spent our days playing basketball and pickleball, then cooled off in the pool—such a great setup. The hot tub was especially beautiful at night with the soft lighting. Inside, the open concept made gathering easy, and the dining table was the perfect spot for meals and movies. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and with 7 bathrooms, no one ever had to wait to get ready. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

This house was beautiful and comfy. Looked exactly like photos and was very clean. Hosts were very communicative and helpful. Enjoyed my stay.

I had the best time celebrating my birthday with my girlfriends at this gorgeous, newly built home! The location was perfect—just 10 minutes from NRG and super close to all the great restaurants and bars in downtown Houston. The house was beautifully decorated with a fun, boho-chic vibe, and the beds were so comfy. One of the best surprises was the newly remodeled backyard—way better than we expected since the updated photos weren’t even posted yet! We loved sipping wine by the fire pit and relaxing in what felt like our own private oasis. Javier was an amazing host! He went above and beyond with a bottle of rosé, snacks, and the sweetest birthday card waiting for me. I felt so welcomed and taken care of. I’ll definitely be back and can’t wait to recommend this place to friends!

JJ place offers lots of space and the neighbor is quiet and peaceful. It's location was great for out time there being close to NRG Arena.

We felt so at home at Naseeb's place. Most of all, we loved the very well stocked kitchen and being able to easily cook meals at home when we wanted a break from going out. Would also highly recommend her place for families with kids - our son lived the books and great selection of Monster Trucks. We will definitely try to stay here on future trips to Houston to see family.

John was a great host. He was responsive to all of our messages, and he took care of all the maintenance issues that came up. The apartment was as described in the listing. The location is terrific and the price we paid was a good value for the area. The biggest drawback is that there is no laundry on site, but the listing accurately reflects this. The closest laundromat is about a half mile walk. The apartment itself is nicely renovated, and there is a Keurig in the kitchen and a Roku TV in the living room. We didn’t experience much noise from the street, but there are other tenants who live above the space, and we regularly heard footsteps from upstairs. Aside from that, we found the apartment to be very quiet and peaceful. I would highly recommend this property and would gladly stay here again.

Would do it again! Only issue I had was at check in, was sent instruction video that had problems playing and couldn’t get ahold of Jay. We figured it out pretty quickly, other than that, great stay.

Great stay at Brittany’s place. I enjoyed the area and amenities in the building and the host was quick to respond and assist whenever needed. I look forward to staying here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here! We drove from out of state for a weekend at the Houston rodeo and Mayowa was extremely communicative and accommodating with our late night/early morning check-in and check-out times. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and the apartment is clean and comfortable. The price was also well within our budget and helped make our trip affordable. Would definitely recommend!

Latrice was clear on instructions. We had a great view of the dog park, I watched people play with their dogs from the balcony. Apartment was clean and clutter free. It was a 15 min walk to the Toyota center which is why we were in Houston, perfect for what we wanted. Dave’s chicken was also a 15 min walk, highly recommend you grab lunch here. The check in was easy but I will say that she has a check in of 9 pm but extended it 11 pm because we were a 6 hrs drive from her and with Houston traffic we didn’t know what we would run into. Latrice was very nice and informative, always responding as quickly as possible. Thank you Latrice.

Quiet area with easy access to NRG area. Secure location. Parking is easy and close but tight in a full size suv.

The host and the place are both a 10/10! my group and I felt right at home and loved how close we were to many of our activities. Would 100% stay again.

Brandon was very proactive in checking in with us and making sure everything was great before we got there and before our last night as well. He’s a great host and the place was perfect.

This location is great if you want to soend time at the Vietnam Buddhist Center, as well as the local vietnamese area on Belaire.

Great location, enjoyed my stay seemed more like I was renting out someone’s house for a few days more then an actual Airbnb no complaints other then that last minute booking but Paul was communicating and the location was close to everything near downtown Houston
