This place exceeded our expectations! It looks even better in person and is remarkably spacious. The entire townhouse was super clean with comfy beds and a fully equipped kitchen. The quiet neighborhood felt safe for my morning walks. The location is perfect - very close to Hermann Park which has tons of activities for kids, including an amazing playground. Our family loved it! Being in the Museum District put us close to everything we wanted to visit. The three-story layout gave everyone plenty of space and privacy. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and ideally located place in Houston, we highly recommend this townhouse. It truly felt like a home away from home!

William place was perfect for our quick trip into Houston for the Rodeo (2 adult sons and my husband and myself all met there)- Loved that everyone had privacy and their own bathroom. Loved that there were ALL the basics and plenty of great coffee!

This was an absolutely wonderful place to stay - in a great area with lots of fun restaurants close by. We stayed here for a wedding - it was a great location being close to the venue. The house was very clean, very neat and tidy, and provided everything we needed. The only challenge was parking. We had 3 vehicles - 2 fit very tightly in the garage but we had to find parking for the 3rd vehicle. There are a few spots at the front of the condo - but these were almost always full. We finally got an opening and were able to park - then left that car in place until we left. This should not be a detraction for anyone - it is manageable. The house is worth it!

clean comfortable and convenient. bk was super responsive and flexible. he also gave us great food rec's. the neighborhood was also great and even had a lot of places we could walk to which I was not expecting from a city like Houston.

Wonderful home! Mark’s home is a great place to stay in the city. Extremely comfortable and spacious! The neighborhood is very quiet. It’s easy to get to and perfectly located. I really could move in permanently! The teens enjoyed having their own space as the home is very spacious. Mark is a wonderful host, very responsive and accommodating. Nima's home was as it is advertised. It is in a great location less than a mile away from downtown. There are also restaurants and bars within walking distance. I will definitely stay again.

Her space was very peaceful and relaxing! Clean, spacious, and it looked just like the pictures. I will be staying here again, she was a very good host!

Great place, the host is so kind. She even left us a bottle of wine. The house was clean and every room had their own bathroom. Lots of stairs so if you’re not able bodied you shouldn’t stay here. They had towels, toothbrushes, wash cloths and utensils, plates, and nice glass cups for us. There are a few seasonings in the cupboard, you have what you need to cook. The fridge has cold filtered water which is a plus, one less thing to buy. The bed was so comfortable. Nice thick sheets and heating and ac worked very well throughout the whole house. 10/10 best airbnb host I’ve had so far.

We had an amazing stay and loved everyone having their own bedroom and en suite bathroom. The washer and dryer, alarm system, and garage were also a plus. The townhome is in an up and coming neighborhood. If you mind your business just like the residents mind theirs, you’ll be fine. It’s great to learn about the history of the city as well. We will definitely be returning for another girls weekend. The host was so kind and helpful and we loved every bit of this multi-level beauty.

Great place! Very clean and had a lot of extra cleaning supplies, which we needed. It was in a great spot as well - walkable to coffee, restaurants, bars, etc. Would recommend!

Great place to stay when wanting to do downtown Houston activities. We were watching a concert at the Toyota Center, and the Uber ride was less than 10 minutes. Also, lots of restaurants in walking distance. The home had its own garage and lots of space to spread out. The view of the city was nice.

Great spot. Close to everything. Anything I popped in the GPS worth going to was 8 - 10 minutes away max and usuay around 5 minutes. Comfortable beds and all the creature comforts you'd need. Garage was clutch for us. We had an issue with the front door that was taken care of the same day. We would definitely return.

I’m not sure how popular this particular house is, but it should be a premier house to stay in when visiting Houston! It’s close to everything! And the hosts were very easy to work with!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The townhouse was in a great location—close to the wedding we attended at the botanic garden. The host is genuinely pet-friendly. The townhouse had an EV charger for my car, which was extremely helpful. My family and I plan to stay here again.

This Airbnb exceeded our expectations! The house was immaculately clean, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the rooftop patio was truly amazing. The location was perfect for exploring the area.
