David was so communicative in advance of our stay and made sure that we had all of the information needed to be prepared and to have a wonderful time. The place was extremely clean, comfortable, and well stocked with essentials like hand soap, dish soap, coffee filters, etc. We did not use any of the beach/snorkel gear so I cannot comment on that. The staff at Point Pleasant were all extremely friendly and helpful. Taxis were easy to get and they did not mind dropping us off at the top near the condo at night. Overall, a wonderful apartment and David was a great host. Would rent again if I return to the island.

Tropical Sands | Elysian Beach Resort | St. Thomas

Absolutely beautiful place that was exactly as described. Brandon, our host, was fantastic and one of the most responsive hosts we have ever experienced. This is a great location close to Red Hook and many beaches. If you are looking for a resort to stay in St. Thomas this is your place. Pool, hot tub, and on site restaurant for dinner are just a few of the wonderful amenities that make this a 10/10. Thank you!

Nikola was super easy to work with from the beginning. We accidently booked our spring break on the wrong week back in September 2024 and she helped us get things corrected and although the one we originally booked was taken already she offered up her new listing immediately and we jumped at it vs cancelling. The place was in an awesome peaceful location with a tennis court, fitness center and swimming pool and a nice beach. She was super helpful with instructions and had great recommendations with restaurants and things to do. The best meal of the week was at the Caribbean Fish Market which was right next to us and the meal was unbelievable! If I was to go to St Thomas again I would contact Nikola and she will take great care of you and your family! Thank you Nikola!

Luxury Fully Remodeled Villa W Pool & Beach Access

Our stay at Cinda's villa was absolutely 5 stars, 10/10. Have stayed at nice rentals in Hawaii and Caribbean, this unit overall is my favorite so far. View is incredible, especially on balcony before sunset. Villa is top floor, quiet. Can open doors, use screen doors at night, hear the waves. Attention to detail in designing the unit is top notch. The lighting is very well done, dimmer switches really allow flexibility with how bright and dim, great for movies at night. AC units work great, both in living room and in bedroom. Mattress and pillows very comfortable (matters a lot to me). Local recommendations pdf Cinda sends helped tremendously, especially for restaurants and beaches to choose (a real time saver). We liked Ocean 180 restaurant best overall (30 second walk from the villa). Cinnamon Bay and Magens Bay beaches were our favs. I highly recommend renting the Wrangler from Crystal and Otto (and the car ferry to St John). Point Pleasant is excellent in every way.

Condo at Elysian Beach Resort East End STT

Teresa is a wonderful and extraordinarily helpful owner. She reached out to me soon after my booking and assisted me to find additional units for our large family for the same week in her resort. Having returned from the vacation in St Thomas, all I can say is that her lovely unit and the resort within it is located far exceeded my expectations in every way. It is fabulous. The sleeping capacity was about 6 and included 3 bathrooms. The unit is very spacious and the view from the 2 terraces is gorgeous, overlooking the property to the water. Teresa's suggestions for restaurants near by, activities to engage in etc were so very helpful to a group which had never been to the island before. All the adults in our group said, "we cannot wait to go back!" Thank you Teresa.

Beachside Duplex Near Sapphire Beach St. Thomas

Wow was this magical! We rented 16 & 18 which was perfect! Great amount of room. Location is to die for, right on sapphire bay, 1 minute walk to the sand and you are away snorkeling within seconds. Turtles and sting rays galore and not to mention the beautiful beach and blue blue water. The location of these units were perfect with all the amenities close if not on the property. It was fairly busy when we were there and there was a full moon party which livens up the place. Made it a little loud but also a lot of fun The units themselves were beautiful, clean, had all the resources you need. Kitchen was perfect, we cooked most meals in so it was nice to have most things. They also had plenty of towels, beach toys and even snorkeling stuff which was nice. It was very safe and felt comfortable walking in the evenings/night around the property. Loved the lanai and sitting out listening to the waves and all the birds and other sounds of peace. Thank you for a wonderful time away Justin!

Unique Gem at Sapphire Beach 1 BR 2 BA

Amy’s place was clean and comfortable. The pullout couch was a full size for our friend who stayed 4 nights out of our 8 night trip. It was a little short in length and would be fine for children, but not for anyone tall. The air mattress in the closet was only a twin so she opted for the pullout. We have stayed at sapphire for the last 4 years. It was nice to have the two level condo this year and especially nice to have laundry in the unit. The assistant Staisha was very communicative and had quick response times for the few questions we had. Would definitely stay again!

Our stay at The Thirsty Mermaid provided the perfect accommodations for a spectacular, first-time visit to St. Thomas. Our family was eager for a brief respite from the oft frigid, Springtime temperatures of the Western Great Lakes. St. Thomas was first choice and our time on the island was carefree and very comfortable. We found the ever present sea breeze, the sunny sandy beaches and friendly atmosphere exactly what we had hoped for. Amanda and her entire staff were pleasant and delightful from the very start - from online booking through departure. It’s impossible to imagine a more gracious hostess. Moreover, the property was immaculate - completely furnished and outfitted with all the comforts of home. As we geared up for departure, our family has already started planning a future visit. Castaway Cottage: Privacy, Views

We loved our quaint little cottage at Karen’s place! She was very nice, easy to communicate with, and had helpful recommendations for us. The road to get there took some getting used to, but the view off the balcony is breathtaking! We loved spending our mornings out there. St. John is definitely somewhere we will visit again, and we’ll contact Karen in the future for our stay.

From start to finish we had a wonderful time at this home. Book VI provided a link to share with our group with the list of helpful pointers and recommendations from restaurants, beaches to shopping. The place was beautiful and well appointed and had comfortable beds too. We enjoyed using the beach chairs, snorkeling gear and the SUP while there. They had coolers too which came in handy for our beach outings. This place was about 15 min or so from Cruz Bay and grocery stores were nearby too. If you are looking for a beautiful place to stay near Cruz Bay and enjoy seeing the stars, stay here. I highly recommend staying here.

This was our second time staying here, and it definitely will not be our last. We had an absolutely incredible time. The property once again exceeded all our expectations, offering every amenity you could possibly need for a relaxing getaway. The highlight is undoubtedly the deck, where we spent countless hours soaking in the breathtaking views of the island and ocean. Waking up to the sounds of the island and ending the day with stunning sunsets is incredible. The house itself is impeccably maintained, thoughtfully designed, and had everything from modern appliances to cozy touches that made it feel like a true home away from home. The location is perfect for exploring the island while also offering peace and quiet. For those like us that enjoy spending hours at the beach, they even offer beach chairs, an umbrella, and towels that we used every, single day. Such a nice touch. We can't recommend this property enough and we are already planning our next stay with them!!!

This unit is absolutely stunning inside with beautiful fixtures, high end materials, comfortable furniture, endless space and truly tasteful appointments. There isn’t a thing we can think of that needs improving! Even though it’s not directly on the beach, you’re about as close to “off beach” as it gets with great water views of Chocolate Hole from the first level patio and upstairs deck. We loved snorkeling with the turtles and tropical fish as there’s a beautiful reef and coral along the left shoreline. The availability of paddle boards and kayaks, right on the shore, was also fun and made it super easy to explore. The location is perfect, just far enough away from the action but also close enough to get to all the restaurants and shopping in Cruz Bay, as well as endless choices of beaches and hikes. Our hosts were very helpful, always responsive and made our stay truly care free and memorable. Hands down, 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ !
