We had an amazing week at the Tropical Palm Villa!! Spencer was extremely helpful and always quick to respond to any questions we had. Mason met us and made us feel right at home while checking us into the villa. The views from villa are incredible! The place was perfect for my family of five to enjoy St. Thomas and all it has to offer. We were especially grateful for the amenities that made cooking and grilling a breeze. We also enjoyed the beach gear that was provided, including chairs, beach umbrella, and snorkel gear. The location of the house is perfect, offering easy access to the beach, or a quick drive into Red Hook for restaurants, groceries, and the ferry to St. John. Overall, we had a tremendous week and hope to make it back soon.

After being Double booked at another property, we found Jules! We are so happy we did and were thrilled! The property is beautiful! And the views are even better. We stayed in the Master Suite,the views were breathtaking as we looked on towards St John’s. The main town near by was “Red Hook” where there were so many options for restaurants and shops. Local beaches are just a short drive away. We will definitely be back.

We had a great time. Very comfortable. Relaxing. Close to red hook and beaches. We will definitely look into staying there again. TV was complicated but we opted for conversation with friends and family. Stocked up the fridge at Moes fresh market on way to condo from airport. Amazing fresh meats produce snacks and beer. Thanks for a fun week to celebrate our nieces wedding!

had a fantastic time. the restaurant next door is probably one of the better places to eat and isn't overpriced. be sure to get the code off the restaurant website for the private walkway to the beach. all roads on the island are too narrow to walk. the house was everything we were hoping it would be.

We enjoyed our stay at Kurt’s place! Walkable to Sapphire Beach and very short drive to Lindqvist beach. Pool was nice to cool off in when back at the house and Kurt also provided many beach accessories. We loved that it had a washer and dryer available if needed. We would stay here again!

Our group of 10 (4 parents, 6 kids ages 2 to 8) escaped the cold and headed to St. Thomas for a week, and Justin’s place was absolutely incredible. This is easily one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever stayed—the real-life view from the pool deck was even better than the photos! The kids had an absolute blast playing in the pool and watching the boats come in and out of Red Hook. Every bedroom had a stunning view and was super comfortable, and the house itself was spotless and well-stocked with everything two young families could need. Having a washer and dryer on-site was a great bonus as well. Justin was an amazing, responsive host, and James gave us the warmest welcome when we arrived. We felt completely safe and well taken care of the entire time. Pro tip: Grab a salt fish patty from the little stand at the bottom of the hill and don’t miss a drink at Duffy’s Love Shack down the road! 11/10—highly recommend staying with Justin!

The home and the host were amazing. We owned an AirB&B & stay in them all the time, this was by far our best experience. From the fresh flowers on the counter, to the stunning view, beautifully decorated home, to the home being very clean (and I’m Picky about cleanliness) everything was perfection. I was very nervous planning this trip as we had never been to St. Thomas, but this home made this our best trip ever. They also have a concierge that was extremely helpful. We also appreciated that the kitchen was well stocked to cook a few nights in so we didn’t have to go out to eat all the time. There is also a very organized tray of sunscreen that they leave for use if guests have leftovers. This is something that meant a lot to us, upon arrival to have some reef safe sunscreen to use right away. We replenished what we used, but so thoughtful. We watched the boats go by on the water, read by the pool and had a cozy dinners. TY for memories for our family that will last a lifetime.

We had a nice stay at Villa Colada for 2 weeks in January 2025. The house was as described and worked well for our 3 couples. It was convenient to town, the market and beaches (with jeep rental). The kitchen was well equipped and big enough to cook in. The bedrooms felt private. The pool and pool area were great. The main living area does not have AC, but it was no problem since we used the fans. The bedrooms had AC. Our group was comfortable and very happy with the accommodations.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Views from every room are amazing. Located in a nice area, conveniently located near Red Hook, where you will find restaurants & the ferry to St John. We rented a Jeep (highly recommend) and went to a different beach every day. The only concern was that the sliding doors didn’t lock which would’ve been a problem if we had younger children with us & was a little unsettling the first night but he host is aware and already has plans to fix them.

This home is absolutely amazing! The views are stunning and the location is unbeatable! We will definitely be staying here again! Hosts were very responsive and anticipated every need, we have zero complaints and had the best vacation! It’s nice being walkable for Redhook with the best restaurants minutes away.

We loved staying at the Villa. Sydnee and Tarra were both very communicative and ready to help and made our checkin super easy. The view was gorgeous, the place was clean, and all appliances were in working order. There were loads of towels to use for the pool and beach, and the kitchen had some pantry items stocked. We did lose water pressure at some points, but this might be an island-wide thing. The wifi was ubiquitous through the villa and the connection was very quick. We had a bit of a unique situation in that we had a couple older folks staying with us that wanted to get a taxi to get to the beach. Though our hosts tried their best to help, we were unable to get a taxi to locate the villa. One drove right past and didn't stop as they waved to them! Not our hosts' fault at all, but be aware if you are not going to completely rely on your own car rental. Overall we had an amazing experience and would choose these hosts and this location again!

When I begin searching for accommodations in St. Thomas, I wanted something with authentic appeal. Rose’s place offered just that! Property was centrally located. Just a short distance from the more desired beaches and restaurants. Her team was very attentive. If we had a need, it was addressed immediately. The property manager Alex was very resourceful and responsive. The maid service was exceptional and friendly. The only concern to speak of was the occasional power outage which was not a reflection of the property and fully disclosed by the property owner. We learned that it was a temporary condition affecting all three USVI islands. Once we obtained a schedule published by the utility authority (WAPA) detailing the outage rotation, we were able to plan around such and it was fine. The outages were minimal and very short-lived. It would not change my decision to vacation there. I recommend a day on a boat with Freedom Tours. Cpt. Johnathan put us on an awesome tour & snorkeling.

House perfectly accommodated our large group and had everything we needed. Looks even better than the photos in person and the views are breathtaking. The only slight mishap we had was that the water stopped working briefly one morning, but Paul arrived within minutes to troubleshoot and it was fixed right away! He was extremely responsive, helpful and friendly. While this was a work trip, I would gladly return with friends or family to explore the island more. Thanks, Paul!

I absolutely loved the home! My kids and I were celebrating my daughter’s 12th birthday Ryan was super helpful he went above and beyond to ensure our stay was more than we could’ve imagined ! He was super responsive to any request we had I honestly feel our trip was 1000 times better due to his help. We learned a lot about the island and local things to do he helped us with transportation as well ! I couldn’t have asked for a better host I travel a lot and Ryan is by far the best host I’ve encountered ! I would definitely book again ! The house was nice clean and offered everything you needed from the space to beach towels washer and dryer and awesome views!

The pictures simply cannot capture how beautiful this property is, you truly get a 360 view of the water. The house is perfectly landscaped with lush flowers all around, giving the scenery a very unique feel with the water behind it. The courtyard style setup was very cool and made it super easy to have the kitchen and entertainment broken away from the sleeping area. The location was awesome, just a short walk down to secret harbor beach where we swam, had breakfast in the mornings, and hung out at their bar in the evening. Red hook was also a relatively short walk away to meet with many of the boat charters as well as several bars and restaurants. Just be cautious of the narrow roads (no sidewalks) if you dont rent a car. Can't say enough good things about the property and location!

My family and I stayed from March 19-March 25th and had an absolute blast staying at sapphire beach. My kids 5 & 8 had a blast using the pool and loved playing on the beach, especially the beach volleyball. The place is very spacious and the updated bathrooms are very nice. Sapphire Beach resort is very convenient as there are multiple food options on site as well as this place was an easy 2 min walk to Sudi's restaurant for a change of pace. Red Hook was a 2 minute $6 cab ride to go grab other food and supplies for the week. Our host responded to every question we had and more faster than I've ever had with an Airbnb. Overall it was a great time and we would definitely stay again.

Amber was very responsive throughout our whole stay. Loved the rooftop pool area...nice furniture, clean gas grill and beautiful views!! Also great that we were able to use the amenities at Point Pleasant Resort. It is walkable but the hills are pretty steep. A shuttle service is available...remember to tip the friendly drivers:) Great food and staff at Sun and Sea Bar & Grill. You can walk the shoreline to Margaritaville Resort next door and then get on a side road to Coki Beach too. Enjoyed our stay...we'll be back!!

Our stay was heavenly. We spent 5 very comfortable nights here, and explored near and far during the day (thanks for the tip to get a rental car). The amenities provided meant our meal and margarita prep went smoothly. We even dined al fresco on the patio. Divine! The recently renovated kitchen and bathrooms have really beautiful and unique countertops and tiles. A lovely local touch. The huge TV was fun for watching the Superbowl! We discovered Coki's Beach on our first day and couldn't have been happier with the vibe. We also explored Red Hook for drinks one night, then a day-trip to St. John's. Our last night, we dined at Sun & Sea Bar & Grill, which is within walking distance. So good! We also loved the pool area, staged with lounge chairs, outdoor couches and shaded areas. Perfection! Kristen and Shannon, thank you for welcoming us so warmly. We loved every moment of our stay!

We had a wonderful time at this location! The space was comfortable and spacious, with three full bedrooms, plus a living room that has a couch that opens up, making it perfect for our group. It was so convenient being close to two markets, where we could easily find all our essentials, including fresh produce and frozen food. The property is within a quick walking distance to Coki Beach, which was great for a day by the water – don't forget to bring a beach blanket! Margaritaville is nearby, offering a fun happy hour every day and bingo on some nights. The place is peaceful, with the exception of the roosters adding to the local charm. Overall, it was a great experience, and we enjoyed our stay!

This was the perfect place for our visit to the islands. Only a few minutes walk to Sapphire Beach and a one-minute ride to Red Hook. This villa checked my top 4 boxes - quiet - comfortable bed - AC works great - Refrigerator works great - Property owner was very responsive when we had issues (swimming pool needed attention at times) We’ve stayed in many vacation rentals over the years, and this one is certainly one of the better ones overall. We would definitely rent this place again.

Amazing stay in a cute little studio. The common areas are fun and well maintained! Probably the best part of the stay was that julles was so informative and helpful!

We had an amazing time fir m husbands Birthday weekend with another couple. Perfect place with great amenities. Amber was the best hostess so helpful and responsive. We will definitely be back again.

Quiet villa on top of the hill with a beautiful view. Great location close to the beaches.
