Catherine and Bob were wonderful hosts and we had a lovely few days in their beautiful apartment. The garden deck with a view of the sea and bush path was gorgeous and we fell asleep and woke up to the sound of crashing waves. Catherine and Bob were also very kind and generous when we had a medical issue and went out of their way to offer help. Not to mention offering home grown treats from the glorious garden. The beach is steps away and the cafe and tavern were a walk along the beach or quick drive. We would love to stay again next time we are in the area!

The unit was far better than expected with large bedrooms and an (unexpected) ensuite as well as main bathroom. We had everything we needed and it was all clean and in working order. Easy 40min return walk to Woolies - with a coffee stop and great views. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay at this perfect starting point on our adventures to see wild koalas & kangaroos (Raymond Island), wild seals (Lakes Entrance) and many more. Thank you for providing such a calm and wonderful place!

The Metung Pearl was a great place to explore Metung from. Matching the description, the apartment is small but cosy and full of natural light with views out to the lake. The apartment is in a quiet location, but only a couple of minutes walk to cafes and the pub. The best part is the private jetty. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast there, watching the swans and pelicans do their thing. Yu was a proactive host, with clear instructions and information in the lead up to the stay. Highly recommend the Metung Pearl to anyone wanting a fuss-free home base from which to explore Metung!

Lovely comfortable place and walking distance to town. Was a perfect peaceful getaway for a family of four and pet dog.

The location was fantastic, with most places like restaurants, cafes, the lake, and the supermarket within walking distance. The easy access to the ferry for Raymond Island was a bonus. I would definitely stay here again!

We planned the Easter trip pretty late, however we are lucky to stay in Ingrid and Richard’s place with a group of friends. The house is big, clean and well decorated with great aesthetic taste. The big deck is really impressive, which provides a Great Lake view! Ingrid and Richard are very considerate and have been trying to accommodate all of our needs. While during our stay, the nearby water is affected by algae toxin, Richard and his neighbor John really make sure us are aware of this and not going to the water - we really appreciate your timely warning! I’m sure other visitors will also have a quality time with their family and friends here. All the best! Naomi

Absolutely lovely home with fascinating views and thoughtful & quality interior. Very clean, smartly designed and decorated, quality top range appliances. Fully stocked kitchen, spotless and spacious bathroom, comfortable beds and quality linen, lots of books, board games & puzzles. We especially welcomed complimentary kayaks, fishing rods and fresh veggies from hosts garden. Already planning when to come back and will recommend to everyone. This home is a truly gem!!!

The Mariner offers a truly delightful experience. Its cosy atmosphere is enhanced by charming marine décor, creating a relaxing and inviting ambience. Spotlessly clean and surprisingly spacious, the property boasts a fantastic kitchen perfect for preparing meals. With multiple decking areas and balconies, guests can enjoy the outdoors and soak up the surrounding views. Being super dog-friendly makes it an ideal choice for those travelling with furry companions.

This is a secluded, clean unit with a beautiful sunroom looking out over a narrow area of the lake. Rhonda left us a cheese platter, wine and little touches which were very much appreciated.

Our stay at Walker’s was perfect. Beautiful house with everything you could possibly need and enough lovely room for two teenagers to have their own space. Loved going to sleep with the sound of the sea and the gentle sea breeze though the windows. Unbelievable location right across from the main beach and a short walk to the heavenly Pambula river mouth. Great tips from Colleen on places to eat and drink. Did not want to leave this place!

A very enjoyable stay in a beautiful part of Victoria which allowed me to explore the area and see a few waterfalls. Loved the house and the amenities. It had a wonderful wood heater which kept us warm at night. Extremely satisfied with the stay. It was peaceful and relaxing.

Sharna & Alistair are great hosts, really thankful to them for letting us stay in their sweet home. Every moment felt very relaxing with such a breathtaking view. Definitely recommend to anyone looking at this place, i think it was much above our expectations.
