Lovely secluded spot, within easy driving distance to everything Sag Harbor has to offer. Nicholas is a friendly host, and even helped carry up our luggage!

Great spot! Very walkable. It's also a great layout if traveling with small children - there is a separate meditation room upstairs that was perfect for setting up our travel cribs. Would stay again!

This place was a gem! Roomy and spotless, just perfect for a long weekend in the Hamptons. Have stayed in several other airbnbs in the area over the past few years, this one was the best by far. Very accurate description and photos, comfy, super responsive host, well equipped, easy to get to town. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed at Isabel’s for a mother daughter bonding weekend. We absolutely loved her place. It was extremely clean and quaint with just the right amenities. The pictures were exactly as shown!! Her kitchen is lovely. Isabel was super responsive when we needed some assistance. She gave us great recommendations and was super helpful! This location is extremely walkable to the town, we hardly used our car. We would definitely stay here again!! Greenport is amazing and Isabel’s place made it even more enjoyable!!

This was my second time staying here, and probably won’t be the last. A perfectly wonderful Hamptons home, with a beachy, rustic charm. It’s close to all, yet on a quiet street with a great backyard. David is a fantastic host, everything was spelled out clearly and the home was spotless.

Location was perfect for us- easy to find and close to things that are important to us (family in area, beach, shopping). Fenced yard made bringing our little dog that much easier- especially during the rainy day! Kitchen was well stocked thankfully as we were cooking Thanksgiving dinner (but not well stocked in the casserole dish, baking tin department-- which is usually not an issue for most people!). Decent coffee was supplied with a Keurig. Beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. I liked that he didn't leave a long list of what we needed to do before leaving as that is often a hardship when trying to leave a house with kids before a long drive. I would definitely stay here again.

Our only regret is that we only had one night at Joanne’s beautiful home! My husband, son, and I, my parents, and my brother all stayed here for one night after a wedding at Canoe Place Inn. It was perfectly situated between the church and the reception. While we didn’t spend much time, we found it spotless and so comfortable. I wish the bed I slept in was my bed every night! The house smelled so good and was so thoughtfully decorated and clean. We truly hope to come back for a longer stay sometime. Thank you, Joanne!

This was the perfect last-minute getaway for my always on-the-go family in need of some quiet bonding time. The condo was simple and clean, the beach beautiful (even in the winter), and Alice and Gasper were very responsive. Would highly recommend!

Lovely stay in greenport! Short drive from major north fork activities. Can imagine its even better during the busy season!

If we don't give a good review, can we keep this to ourselves?! Patti was a perfect host; the views were fantastic, whether from the outdoor porch or inside through the French doors looking out on the water. Access to the small beach and pool were excellent and we were close to several good restaurants (many of which Patti suggested, including some on the water) for take-out during the pandemic. Wifi was great and everything was very clean and as advertised. We generally fly for vacations and long weekends but had to stay closer to home this year and this was a perfect choice.

We really enjoyed staying at Lynn’s place! Very clean and had a great view of the ocean from the deck. Lynn was very responsive and made the experience seamless. We would definitely stay with Lynn again.

Overall relaxing stay and trip to Greenport. Sherri is very communicative and her instructions and listing is clear and accurate. The condo is well decorated and clean and has everything you need for a nice weekend. One thing to note- we were aware check in is between 3 and 5 pm based on the listing (wound up being around 4) but it would be nice for it to be earlier. Still 5 stars though!

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was just enough space for my husband and I and our two daughters. Having a kitchen to prepare quick breakfasts in the morning before heading out for the day and having the pool and beach in the late afternoons gave us everything we needed to start and end busy days at the Hamptons Classic or visiting family. We are hopeful to visit again!

Just had a wonderful stay at Robert’s place! The place was impeccably clean, and Robert was incredibly responsive and friendly throughout our visit. While the manor has a charmingly vintage vibe and could use a bit of modernization, we truly enjoyed our time there. The warmth of the atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. We recommend for anyone looking for a cozy getaway!
