This house is a gem! I came to stay a week in off season with my dog, Rollo. The location is breathtaking, right on the Long Island Sound. We had a great time exploring the beach, looking for all the biodiversity in the birds and sea creatures, watching the boats, and this place is relatively close to an airport so watching the planes land and take off was awsome as well. We came for privacy, and I expected the beach to be a little more private than it was due to my dog's reactivity. But the neighbors did not seem to have issues with us, and once you are close to the water, especially in low tide, the beach is pretty open for all the locals. Walking around, the locals all waved and said hello. Not too many restaurants close by, but the Lobster Shack down the road had good food! Would stay again! The deck alone was worth it!

We had a great stay at this cottage- it was a perfect size for our family and was extremely clean, warm and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the quick walk to the beach, and proximity to town. Hosts were very friendly and responsive but never intrusive. Would highly recommend.

This is my second time staying in this beautiful home. A friend and I just wanted to get away for the week to relax and decompress, and this was the perfect place to do it. The views of the ocean are extremely beautiful. The sunrises and the sunsets on a clear night are breathtaking. The house is super clean and immaculate and we literally feel right at home. Plenty of good restaurants to eat in the area as well. Very private and very quiet which is much needed. The host is always very responsive and very helpful as far as recommending some of the best places to eat. Will definitely be returning for another stay here in the near future.

We had an amazing time staying here! The house was beautiful and looked just like the photos. Super cozy, clean, and comfortable. If we’re ever back in the area, we’d love to stay here again!

Rented this for six weeks while working in the area, was perfect. I enjoyed it very much. Lots of space everything you could possibly need even down to the toothpaste and brushes, you could seriously just show up completely unprepared and you would have an excellent stay. If I am back in the area for long term again this will be my first search.

Great little weekend getaway. House had everything you could need. TVs everywhere which was great for everyone to watch what they want/like. Kitchen was great. We did have a small inconvenience that Charlotte got back to us right away on. It did not impact us much. Instructions were clear. Truly could walk right on the beach.

Lisa’s home is incredible! Beautiful, clean, organized, and a great place to stay for families or group gatherings. Lisa is proactive with communication and shared great recommendations. Best part- watching the sun rise over the water from the patio! And great coffee shops and restaurants walking distance from the home.

It is a charming place back into the water. Love listening to the sound of the ocean and watching the sunset and the noght light on the other side of the water.

The place matched the description perfectly and much more spacious than what one usually finds for a single bed/bath apartment. I enjoyed the stay and would return again. For me it was a perfect place to accommodate overflow thanksgiving guests over the holiday.

Such a beautiful condo by the water! Too bad we stayed in November, we would have enjoyed the terrace way more! Mia was so responsive and helpful with my questions prior to the weekend at her place.

Classic charming beach house, updated with all the amenities. great views of the water and unbeatable sunrises. 2nd floor deck was very enjoyable for morning coffee made at the coffee bar owner was very responsive when a smoke detector needed a battery as extras were on site and she responded very quickly to a message for help. Family room was the hub of our activity with a generous dining table and views from the open kitchen. Heat/AC kept us comfortable on the chilly mornings. House is on quiet street a few houses from the Restaurants start a few blocks away and a short drive.

Overall relaxing stay and trip to Greenport. Sherri is very communicative and her instructions and listing is clear and accurate. The condo is well decorated and clean and has everything you need for a nice weekend. One thing to note- we were aware check in is between 3 and 5 pm based on the listing (wound up being around 4) but it would be nice for it to be earlier. Still 5 stars though!

Such a lovely home right on the water! Spent a cozy New Year’s Eve here with 6 people, great location to downtown Greenport. The home has a ton of character, one of the reasons we’d love to be back!

Julie’s condo right on the water was even better than the photos could show. Check in was super easy. I had two minor snags and Julie was instantly responsive to solve everything immediately-and even make the stay actually better. The place is spotless clean, well appointed, completely comfortable, and waking up to that expanse of water made me excited to get out of bed and see. It’s a multi million dollar view. At least in this off season this is by far the best deal in Greenport when looking at price to value to living for the moment with water for as far as the eye can see. Great apartment. Great host.

We had a great experience. The home was beautiful and very clean. The deck off the living room was a great addition to relax and take in the views. We were even able to see the Northern Lights. I highly recommend this Air BNB.

This Oceanfront Getaway has amazing views of the ocean from all over the house. We sat on the deck and watched the tide come in, we cooked dinner and watched the tide go out. My family and I took long walks down the very quite beach (right outside the back gate). This section of beach seems to only be used by the people that live in the neighborhood so it did feel almost like a private beach. My kids found so many large sea shells they had trouble picking a few favorites to bring home. There were lots of great places to eat within a short drive. I highly recommend any of the G Cafe and Bakery locations for a great coffee and/or breakfast treat. It was also fun to explore some of the smaller towns nearby like Branford and Niantic both of which offered unique shopping experiences. Marc and team were super responsive and provided many amenities like laundry soap, dish soap, coffee, and creamers. We had so much fun we look forward to a return trip in the future.

We had a wonderful time! The cottage is well located; we were able to drive back & forth to New London, Mystic, & several other towns. We did so many things on this trip: saw a movie, saw a play, went to Ocean Beach twice, Mystic Seaport, & the Yale Peabody museum. My only complaint is that we should have stayed "home" more & enjoyed our own beach more often! We took walks every day and watched for the tide to reveal the sand bar & walked out there whenever we could, which was so cool! The sound of the water changed when the sandbar was revealed. We found lots of cool shells. We really appreciated the chairs & umbrella in the well stocked shed. We did a little grocery shopping and made egg sandwiches so we only ate out once a day which saved money. I ate my sandwiches outside day & night, something I never do at home. The house was completely stocked with everything needed plus some! The only negative was not enough curtains which made it too bright to sleep & not enough privacy.

Exactly as described with super responsive and very accommodating hosts! Would love to come back here during summer as it is super relaxing. You only need to walk a few steps to the beach!

Jasons house was a perfect, comfortable stay for our group attending a wedding. It is a block from the water and gives you access to the private beach. The beds and couch were very comfortable and the space was clean.

We stayed here for a wedding at The Burr Mansion, which was extremely close to the house! The house was clean and updated. A few spots to walk to including a local bar. Just a walk to the beach. Bedrooms are all spacious and were very clean. Would definitely stay again.

The house has beautiful sunset views, quaint neighborhood, centrally located with easy access to stores, restaurants, excellent communication and response time from host.

We had a fantastic stay at the Coastal Oasis! Semir was extremely responsive, kind, and proactive; sharing tips for easy check in, and including details about the area. The house was clean and spacious...perfect for a family of 6 adults, along with an infant. We would highly recommend to anyone visiting Milford in the future!
