Lokasinya juga cukup strategis, dekat dengan pintu tol. Pelayanan yang diberikan oleh pemilik villa sangat baik dan ramah. Mereka sangat membantu dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan kami. kebetulan kami meminta untuk early check in, dan tuan rumah menyanggupi dan membantu kami. Fasilitas yang disediakan juga sangat lengkap, ruang tamu, kamar, hingga dapur yang lengkap. Kami sangat menikmati waktu kami di villa ini. Saya sangat merekomendasikan Villa Serasa di Beji kepada siapa saja yang mencari tempat menginap yang nyaman dan indah. Tuvimos una muy buena y cómoda estadía. El lugar estuvo muy limpio y muy bien ubicado (cerca a lugares donde comer y centros comerciales). Yusuf estuvo en contacto y atento a nuestra llegada para asegurarse que sea de la mejor manera. Gracias Yusuf!

Rumahnya nyaman. Bersih. Sesuai deskripsi. We had a private and intimate event and it went smooth with the help of pak Saipul. Air di kamar mandinya kecil. Tp masi bisa di tolerate. Other than that, everything was excellent!

Flavia was the most amazing host! She made us feel right at home, bought us cake on Chinese New Year, always stocked up snacks and had an excellent cleaning team. She truely cares for the experiences of her visitors. I can’t recommend Flavia enough and she really treated us like family. One thing to note was that the showers were temperamental and just luke warm most of the time. Flavia did everything in her power to resolve the issue!

the host was very fast answering my questions online. The warung merchants downstairs are super friendly aswell. highly recommend

I really recommend this apartment, it has everything you need on your stay, the view is amazing and is located in a private area with other buildings and there are restaurants, cafe, pharmacy, market, really nice place. Communication with Rhisman was really easy and he was really nice. I would definitely come back Thank you 🙏🏼

Sudah yang kedua kali nya menginap di apartemen ini. Pak Efri sangat komunikatif. Sejauh ini kami tidur nyaman dan ternyata bisa parkir gratis. Beberapa hal bisa ditingkatkan lagi agar tambah betah menginap di sini.

Het moment dat we aankomen tot we het appartement verlieten was mr illy en zijn staffe vriendelijk erg behulpzaam erg aardig de plek was perfect mooi omgeving heel erg schoon met veel ruimte voor ons zoals in de advertentie staat. in gebouw zit een van de beste mall in heel Jakarta heel erg grote mall kan je als vinden winkelen of restaurant heel erg groete winkelcentrum in mall was als fantastisch vakantie. zeker als volgende keer op vakantie in Jakarta in zelfde plek aanraden voor iedereen

I was staying at Mr. Herman place for almost a month. Pros: - its near the LRT station and TransJakarta , you can commute everywhere using the LRT and TJ - easy to get food, you can use grab or gojek for food delivery and the place provide you with some food shelf where the delivery can put the food so you dont need to go down in rush. - the place very safe and turns out more better than on picture - Mr. Herman assistant very fast response and provide us with everything we need, including the water gallons Cons: - ex-connecting door on bedroom makes noise from next room sound very clear and if you’re light sleeper like me, it will be hard to sleep if the neighbors always talking loud. Im glad that Ms. Uyun help that to tell the other room to calm down ☺️ - the electricity sometimes went down and need to call the receptionist downstairs to fixed this issue. Overall this place is a good option for you to stay in Jakarta. Its near if you wanna go everywhere :) Thank you so much!

Una estancia de un mes, todo muy bien. El piso da la sensación de espacioso, tiene buenas vistas al norte, y una ubicación buena, pues tiene la estación de trenes, línea Bogor, justo debajo, y dos centro comerciales cerca. Cualquier duda o cosa era respondida rápidamente por la propietaria. El Internet era suficiente para poder teletrabajar y no tener problemas. Es la primera vez que me hospedó en este alojamiento, pero la segunda vez que escojo Wood Residence Park.

I really like that place, stayed here for the 3rd time. Apartment has perfect size for 1-2 persons. The building has a big rooftop area in 7 floor... and is in the city center. You have small Indomaret and a cafe for working in the condo. Only the gym is not so well equipped, but didn't stopped me from staying for couple of weeks. Jan is always responsive. btw. drinking water is provided. :)

Flexible and early check-in was offered by the host, and it was nice for us! They had inventory list on the room so we can check what we can use in every room. Spacious bedroom, nice for 8 people max. Clean bathroom and kitchen. Very strategic area. It was a nice stay!

A little complicated for the checkin (its on us tho, we did not read the instructions clearly 🤭). But the host is very responsive and easy to reach out to! The place is amazing! Me and my husband really love the balcony area!

Felix's place is the first one I always look for when I come to Jakarta. I already feel comfortable and familiar with his place.

The owner is very helpful and easy to communicate. The condo is spacious, my family and I feel very comfortable and also it is easy to commute around. I highly recommended. I will stay again next time.
