Mr. Didik's apartment is situated in a city center & very close to the shopping center. So restaurants & shops are very very close. It's not too far from Jakarta Airport & train stations. The price is also affordable for 2 bedrooms unit. We had a little issue but Mr. Didik is very proactive & overcame the problem quite fast. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Mr. Didik's unit and we recommend you guys to book his unit. However, for a little suggestion, he might have to install water heater considering there will be more international tourists staying at his place. Thank you.

Het moment dat we aankomen tot we het appartement verlieten was mr illy en zijn staffe vriendelijk erg behulpzaam erg aardig de plek was perfect mooi omgeving heel erg schoon met veel ruimte voor ons zoals in de advertentie staat. in gebouw zit een van de beste mall in heel Jakarta heel erg grote mall kan je als vinden winkelen of restaurant heel erg groete winkelcentrum in mall was als fantastisch vakantie. zeker als volgende keer op vakantie in Jakarta in zelfde plek aanraden voor iedereen

from the point of reservation til we checked out, Tia was very responsive and helpful. i couldn't ask for any better host! super easy, super friendly, super accommodating. the apartment was clean and had all the necessities we need for our family of 5, including an infant. this was really the best home we had away from home. the kids were telling me they wanna stay there again for all our Jakarta trips in the future.

we had a great stay here! the place is clean, they have very good amenities, packed with kitchenware that really help us during Eid Al-Fitr. The host also very responsive, helpful, and friendly it helped us a lot because we looked for a place in such a rush. definitely will come back here again!

Rumah cukup besar & di dlm perumahan, parkiran bs muat sampai dengan 3 mobil, Pak Willy jg cukup responsif walaupun kami sempat selisih paham utk singkatan hr (hari dan hour) di awal pemesanan. Sayangnya rumah ini maksimal cuma bs utk 8 (delapan) org saja, sedangkan saya bersama rombongan. Pastikan teman2 konfirmasi apakah di dlm rumah bs merokok atau tdk terlebih dahulu sblm memesan, karena di dlm rumah Pak Willy ini tdk bs merokok, shg saya dan suami tdk bs menikmati rumah ini krn suami sy dkk tdk bs merokok di dlm rumah. Over all rumahnya bersih & nyaman.

An excellent place to stay. The house has everything that we need, including good air conditioning and wifi (fast fibre, generally very reliable). The host is very good: one of the best that we know. She is quick to respond to problems and requests. We are grateful that she gave us 3 days free because of our long stay in 2022. Be aware that the house is in a residential neighbourhood so you will have the normal sorts of noises for an area like this. Note especially that the house shares walls with the houses on either side, and behind, so sometimes you may hear repairs from these houses. We had very bad luck during our long stay in 2023 because the neighbours next door did noisy renovations for more than five weeks. We had to leave the house every day (even Sunday). It was difficult because the neighbour and the workmen gave wrong information:first they said that it was one day, then one week etc! However, these renovations are finished and we have made another long booking for 2024.

I like the open space concept of this house. The place is about right for 3-4 people. Thank you; it was a nice place to stay.

Great place, Khai was very responsive. Requested for more pillows and blanket and was brought same day.

Keren banget, luas rumahnya bahkan kita cuma ber13 aja kayanya muat sampai 17 orang, tiap orang dapat peralatan mandi spt handuk odol sikat gigi, disediakan welcome snack juga, ada teh dan kopi, ada mesin cuci yang bisa langsung kering jugaa!!! pokoknya nanti bakal balik lagi kalau ada acara kesiniiiii

Dian is a brilliant host - flexible, great with communication and very friendly. The apartment has everything we needed, plenty of space and good wifi. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

The host was very responsive. Despite the bad weather and abrupt booking, he was able to accommodate to my needs and made his way to the apartment so that he can assist me with my check-in immediately. Loved the place and it felt very homey. He was also very friendly and cared about my stay here. Hopefully this place is available again the next time I come to Jakarta!

The place is clean and nice. The facility is complete. The location is very strategic. Astrid is really nice and helpful too. Very little downside, there is only 1 elevator to go to the parking lot. But this shouldn’t be a problem if you prefer walking bcs there’s pedestrians path. Overall very great stay. Thank you

I had a good experience staying at this apartment. The only complaint I have is that it wasn't clean when I arrived. However, the host resolved this promptly and had the apartment cleaned ASAP when I mentioned this. So that is good. Other than that, this apartment was comfortable to stay at, the gym is nice and spacious, and the mall is one of the better ones in Jakarta in my opinion. I will probably stay here again in the future if possible.
