staycation yg mengesankan. mendapatkan unit yg sangat istimewa. semua dalam keadaan bersih, rapi dan sangat nyaman. Netflix lancar jaya.. anak2 happy. kolam renang juga luas. sangat recommended 😍😍👍👍 bakalan datang kesini lagi sepertinya ... terimakasih 🙏🙏

Nice room in a nice new apartment building. We enjoyed our stay here for a week. Gym is well equipped and pool also clean and nice. People work in reception area are also friendly.

Fantastic apartment conveniently attached to a mall with easy access to food and shops. It was also easily accessible for gojek/grab drivers.

Tempatnya nyaman, owner fast response, easy access to mall,restaurants, fasilitas kolam renang dan gym bagus. Very recomended

We stay here for our visit to Jkt everytime. Asya is always helpful and responsive to our requests, and the location suits us as its in the centre of the citu with easy access everywhere.

this place is perfect for those who need easy access to busy sudirman area. walking distance to restaurants, cafes, and MRT station. the apartment is clean & comfortable. i will definitely come back for another stay. thank you Yona for being great host! 🤗🤗

Hello! I’ve used Adriel’s unit for 15 nights and I don’t have any regrets! Adriel is very responsive and kindly accommodating the requests that I had. The building is located in a strategic position ,walking distance from MRT that I used to go my office and department store Lotte Avenue. The building itself is brand new, clean , with very friendly staff. The apartment is very nice , great view and literally fully equipped. Overall, highly recommended and hope to use again! 😉

One of the best place to stay you could find in the heart of jakarta, would recommend it to everyone And i would personally re book it again!!

This a very honest review. Kevin has a really nice place. Clean and well design interior. You can really feel like at home. The place has a lot of facilities, and i really enjoy to stay. I really appreciate for him as the landlord, he would like to make sure all the thing properly setup before we come in. I really recommend this place. The place is a walkable to AEON Mall BSD. The place has Mini mart. For sure, i would come back if i really have a chance to visit again. Thank You Kevin for the warm welcome.

The place is as cute as the picture. Besides aesthetically pleasant, it’s also feel homey. The kitchen tools are complete, so if you are with family and want to prepare your own food it would be easy access. Also, the owner of the place is so thoughtful to leave us some beverages and snacks. Would definitely recommend this place 🥰

Saya menggunakan Villa Serasa untuk lokasi syuting MV saya. Tadinya saya ragu jika Mbak Retno dan tim keberatan, ternyata Beliau welcome dan sangat koperatif. Ketika saya sampai di lokasi, saya sangat puas karena sesuai harapan. Kamar yg nyaman, ruangan-ruangan yg luas dan ada backyard yg cukup besar-ada fasilitas BBQ-nya pula. Lokasi juga gak jauh dari pintu tol yang sangat memudahkan akses dan order taxi online. Terima kasih atas hospitality-nya ya, Bu. Sangat merekomendasikan Villa Serasa untuk trip keluarga atau grup dan juga long stay.

Thank you for the lovey stay Adit. The place was sparkling clean. And i love the decoration of the room which lifts up my mood. Everything was in good condition (or i might say best). Adit was also very responsive and nice. Will definitely stay again in Adits house.
