This was a superb experience living for a month within a Balinese family compound. It was a great location for walking to Ubud and had a selection of restaurant/cafes closeby. A variety of Beautiful spas were also close for treatments. The accomodation had a swimming pool which we used daily and a family shop which was very convenient. All of the Balinese family members were so lovely and welcoming that we cant wait to return for another holiday.

Fantastic location right next to monkey forest! This place was a really neat experience and the staff were exceptionally kind. Highly recommend a visit and I will be staying here again 😊❤️

The Paya Paya Villa was the perfect accommodation for our adult family's annual holiday (four pairs of adults). Each couple had their own well appointed beautiful bedroom and ensuite giving them their own space within the Villa whilst the outside area and open living room allowed us all to come together for meals, card games, massages and drinks by the pool. The Villa is exactly as described and the images do not express the peaceful feel and generous proportions of the home. The location was central to a diverse range of restaurants (recommend Lilo Indonesian Comfort Food & the Italian Restaurant); medical/pharmacy; "corner" store; and walking/scooter distance from Seminyak shopping district, the beach and Potato Heads. The Villa staff, Arie, Made, Yulis, Made and Ketut allowed us to easily enjoy what Bali had to offer and made our stay so memorable. We cannot thank them enough for all they did for us. It was very difficult to leave such an incredible country and people.

Good place to stay. Pros: private and quiet area. Private pool with good size, responsive hosts, clean place, full kitchen amenities, not too far from Ubud market. Cons: Very small sized water heater hence it meant that although the place had a hot tub but it took 4 hours to fill that with the small heater which ultimately cooled then hence couldn’t enjoy it. A lot of insects due to place of the house. Had to ask for housekeeping services. Overall I would recommend staying here

Kadek en Ketut zijn fantastische hosts. Ze reageerde altijd, maakte 2 keer per week schoon en waren ontzettend vriendelijk. Ze regelde onmiddellijk scooter verhuur bij aankomst. Wat erg prettig is, want de weg naar het centrum is niet heel relaxt om te lopen. Ketut heeft ons een aantal keer gebracht naar een locatie, hij rijdt ook als taxi. Hij is erg prettig in de omgang en hij heeft ontzettend veel humor. De ruimte is zoals op de foto’s. Alleen wat niet op de foto’s staat is de enorme raampartij aan de zijkant van het huis van Kadek en Ketut. Bij binnenkomst schrokken we hier een beetje van, maar de gordijnen zijn altijd dicht en je voelt je niet bekeken. Het zwembad is heerlijk en heeft schoon water en de tuin wordt goed onderhouden en is heerlijk groen. Het bed is comfortabel, de badkamer is fijn en de Wifi werkt goed. Bedankt Kadek en Ketut voor ons fijne verblijf! 🙏🏻

Great Stay at The Local entik entikan I recently stayed at The Local entik entikan and had a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic, with easy access to nearby waterfall. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering all the essentials for a pleasant stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. I also loved the ambiance of the place – it’s cozy yet modern, providing a perfect blend of comfort and style. Overall, I highly recommend The Local entik for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient place to stay. I will definitely come back on my next visit!

Staying at OkiOka Villa in Ubud was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, Oki and Oka welcomed us with such warmth and hospitality, making us feel right at home. Their kind gestures and attentiveness truly set this place apart. The villa itself was clean, well-maintained, and beautifully designed, providing the perfect balance of comfort and tranquility. Every morning, we enjoyed a freshly prepared breakfast, always served on time, which was a great way to start the day. One of the highlights was how communicative and responsive Oki and Oka were. Whenever we needed anything, they were always just a message away, ensuring our stay was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, OkiOka Villa is a fantastic place to stay in Ubud—highly recommended for those looking for a peaceful retreat with exceptional hospitality!

We had a great stay at Ketut's place. He is very responsive during our inquiry and even after we booked the place. We were greeted by Gusti during check in and made sure we had everything we need. We have an early pick up for our tours so they made us breakfast boxes. For or last day, we requested to have homemade Bali dinner and it didn' disappoint. They make delicious food at an affordable price. We suggest you also try it. Gusti also asked if we want a massage and made arrangement also at an affordable price. Thank you so much for a great Bali experience, we will consider this if we go back to Bali.

Had the best time at AIR. The apartment is so much bigger than expected and really comfortable. The location is great for the centre of Ubud while being out of the way enough to also be quiet. But by far the best thing was the interaction with other guests and the community vibe AIR has - breakfast conversations and evening hang outs (while feeling totally at ease being able to have my own space when needed). Whether you’re a creative or not, this place felt so welcoming.

Made was very welcoming from the start and communicative. He responds quickly to questions and offers transport/tour services which was helpful. The place is very clean and the pool was delightful. The aircon in the room was great to beat the humidity. Daily cleaning service were offered and extra towels. The location is close to Ubud centre via car and there are walkable eateries nearby. We would highly recommend.

This was a fantastic place in the center of Surabaya. During our stay this place was an amazing place to walk and go place to place. I would highly suggest staying here if anyone wants to stay in Surabaya.

We feel very lucky to have found Mariani's place. We only used it for a one night stopover, so I can't say much about the location and facilities. But the apartment was perfect: wonderful views, nicely decorated, a private lift and super clean. Oh, and very comfortable beds. The only minor issue we had is that we couldn't get the WiFi working, but I guess if we'd stayed longer, we would been able to work that out. All in all, highly recommended!

Awesome host. Great communication with fast response. Place is above the mall, what else can you ask for. Everything you need is there Place is clean with Beds are big with a bunk bed in another room. Would easily book again if and when in Surabaya

Glad to find bali duta apartment from the list. Great location close to the airport and kuta beach, malls, restaurants, banks, pharmacies. The apartment itself clean and comfortable. Recommend !!

Sehr schöne und geräumige Unterkunft. Wie auf den Bildern zu sehen gibt es 2 große Schlafzimmer mit je eigenem Bad, eine offene Küche mit Essbereich und einem tollen Pool in der Mitte. Alles ist sehr neuwertig, blitzsauber und geschmackvoll gehalten, so dass wir uns von Anfang an direkt wohl gefühlt haben. Auch die Gastgeber waren sehr offen und freundlich und haben uns nett empfangen. Auf unsere Nachfrage hin haben sie uns bei der Organisation einiger Touren (wie zB zum Mt. Batur) unterstützt. Wir können die Unterkunft jedem weiterempfehlen und würden sehr gerne selbst wiederkommen!

Loved our stay in Devi’s Place. The villa and gardens were absolutely stunning and the private pool was bliss. All the staff were so nice and helpful! Couldn’t fault it at all. A bit of advice for future guests - we didn’t get a scooter as we weren’t confident enough and thought there was lots nearby based on Google maps but soon found that Bali is not walkable as there aren’t any pavements and it’s very dark at night. We just got Gojeks but one to consider if you want to be very close to lots of bars and restaurants.

Villa Papiya exceeded all expectations it’s even more beautiful than the photos! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making us feel right at home. They prepared a lovely breakfast each morning and went above and beyond to arrange transportation for our stay in Bali, making everything seamless. The villa itself was stunning, well maintained, and the perfect retreat. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing stay.

What an amazing stay! Bima was brilliant, such a responsive host, allowed us to check in early so we could escape a nightmare of an AirBnb we showed up to. Be booked and within 45 minutes we were there. The home is magic! The pool is amazing and it's truly a villa, we've been to bali 8 times, been in some "villas" that are more like apartments. This is everything you want, if you're a kiwi, you'll love the manu platform off the second floor where the master bedroom is!. It has everything you need, two TV's, Bluetooth sound system. It's away from all of the traffic and hustle and bustle. Absolutely wish we stayed the full 11 nights at the villa. The staff were amazing, there is even a fire pit! Will be booking again in 6 months. Thank you Bima!

We LOVED staying at Agus' place! whilst it's not walking distance to Ubud city, this is better because you can experience local eateries which are 10x better and the staff are more friendly! everyone in the street was nice, helpful and friendly and Agus & his family are so welcoming. their dog Cinta is so adorable!!!! and very friendly!!!! Our favourite restaurant was Tini's Coconut Kitchen just 10 min walk away!

What a wonderful stay at Villa Baia! You will love it! The villa was gorgeous!!! Set in the middle of rice fields - we truly felt that Ubud charm! Villa was more than enough for our family of 9. Billiards, swimming pool, in home chef, floating breakfast, in home massages, outstanding host — everything you need for a relaxing, fun filled and memorable vacation!!!! Short walk from main road but we believe once construction is done - vehicle can easily drop you off and pick up from gate - already looking forward to when we can come back with family. Our host Mr Surya and his staff were absolutely outstanding! From our requests for things we needed (water, coffee etc) to their daily housekeeping - everything was extremely well taken care of!!! Excellent communication! Mr Surya and his staff truly an asset to Bali superhost and we won’t hesitate booking with Bali superhost in the future as well as we will recommend to all our family and friends!!!! Thank you Bali and til we meet again!

We had a beautiful stay at Govinda Villas. For us the location was perfect to explore north Bali on our road bikes such as Kintamani, Taro and surrounding villages. The family who run Govinda were helpful and took good care of us. We used their drivers Dono and Krisma and would recommend them both highly!

Our stay at the villa was fantastic from start to finish. Made and his lovely wife Desak collected us from the airport and had a cold drink waiting for us. They could not do enough for us, Made drove us wherever we needed to go for a very good price, arranged laundry collection and even dropped us to our next destination at 6am. The hosts were so friendly and we got to meet their family and pets. The space was beautiful, extremely clean and a very comfortable bed with excellent air conditioning. The pool was lovely on a hot day. As it is mostly outdoors there is wildlife but we loved seeing the lizards and butterflies around and there were never any bugs in the room. Highly recommend this stay and Made is an incredible host.
