We had a beautiful, relaxing weekend in this tree top home. I appreciate the many hours spent on Janine and Henk's balcony at perfect rest. This home was exactly what my brother and I were looking for. Beach and coffee just down the road. A gas kitchen to cook our meals. Surround sound tv movie night. We are grateful. Greg. Canberra ACT

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The cottage is thoughtfully set out with a kitchen that has everything you could possibly need, lovely ceramics and good quality pans, fresh flowers from the garden, as well as locally made sourdough bread, honey, butter, milk and eggs from local hens - such a treat. The surrounding gardens are wonderfully peaceful. Alex and David were great hosts, warm and friendly. This is a lovely place to stay when you need a break from the city.

Birdsong Cottage was a lovely spot to relax over summer. Easy walk to the beach and great location. The beds were super comfortable and house had lots of character with Jan’s trinkets and mementos. Jan was a great host and very responsive.

Great compact apartment with incomparable pool views in Darlinghurst! Super close to Sydney CBD with a bus stop right out front. We loved the cafe next door, the wine bar across the road, and the Waratah Restaurant round the corner for a more fine dining experience.

Wow what a beautiful house and the location was amazing. Sam has been the host with the most. He has been so responsive with all our questions and nothing has been a problem. The house and location were perfect for my daughter’s birthday. The bedrooms were enormous and the views breathtaking from the balcony. We had the markets at our doorstep Sat and Sunday which was a bonus . I can’t recommend this place enough. None of us were on top of each other as it is 4 stories. Our weekend in Bensville couldn’t have gone better. House was perfect, exactly what we had hoped for. So good in fact, we barely left the property at all ! Would highly recommend this place for a relaxing stay. Close enough to all the beaches, but also feels like you’re out in nature all on your own. Very well managed by Lane, seamless. Would love to get back here in the future.

We had a lovely stay in this fabulous apartment over Christmas and New Year. The apartment is spotless, bright and spacious, and beautifully furnished. It is in a great location, a short walk to the beach in Newport and close to good coffee shops and restaurants. Mia is an excellent host, very responsive to any queries we had and gave us clear and detailed information about check-in process and local amenities. Lots of free parking spaces in streets so parking is no problem. I would highly recommend staying here and hope to be back next year for another two week stay.

The house was beautiful, clean, spacious and well furnished. The views from the balcony were stunning. The hosts were very friendly and easy to communicate with. The house was very easy to access and it was well stocked. We had a fantastic time in the house, the facilities and amenities were great quality. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back. Thank you
