East Lake : locations de vacances dans des cottages

We stayed 4 nights in this amazing lake house. What a house! The design is perfect. The lake was completely frozen and it was such a heavenly view. We saw a wolf (or maybe a coyote) running across on the frozen lake, a beautiful fox running by but stopped to check us out, and a whole family of turkeys walking nearby into the woods. This is way more than we expected. Such a fantastic area with wonderful wild life! I cannot imagine what it’s like in other seasons when the lake isn’t frozen. I guess only one way to find out— we will be back soon, in the summer.

The place was very clean and week equipped. The bottle of wine and snacks left for us was a nice touch. The lot tub was definitely the highlight!

This spot was great! It was the perfect refuge for a snowstorm. The kitchen was large, the bedrooms were very comfortable and the bathroom was pristine when we arrived. It's a very quiet area in close proximity to Campbellford and loads of conservation areas. My girlfriend and I enjoyed the surrounding forested area, the jacuzzi in very cold weather and cozied up in the living room with Netflix and food when the weather was too cold to venture outside. Parul was a great host, she even went as far as calling a snowplow to clear the driveway for us before we left. She was always ready to answer any questions we might've had and gave clear instructions regarding check-in, check-out and any issues regarding the property. Two big thumbs up! Thank you Parul!

Me and a group of girlfriends had a great weekend away! We stayed for two nights and the hosts check in to make sure we had everything we needed😊 . It is very close to many wineries. The beds were also very comfortable! Thank you for a great stay!

We had an amazing stay! From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcome thanks to Casey and Moose who went out of their way to create a warm, inviting vibe. The place was spotless and had everything we needed to feel right at home. It was peaceful and private, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The little touches, like cozy blankets, fully equipped kitchen, and thoughtful amenities such as multiple streaming options and games, really made the stay easy and enjoyable.

Brett is a one of a kind host - responsive, helpful, caring, and proactive. He didn’t hesitate or delay in answering our questions leading up to our trip and while we were at the property. His property is immaculately maintained, with all the small touches that make it feel like home for all guests. We encountered a weather emergency during our stay, and he proactively reached out to provide us with contingency plans, which took us by complete surprise. He truly wants every guest to have a perfect visit, and he should be proud of the experience he provides. Wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again.

East Shores Resort was a cute little community of cottages that sleep 4-6ppl. Everyday they had a calendar of events or activities. You could walk or ride your bike down to the beach for any non motorized boat use (Kayak, canoe, paddle boards). The resort had a family and an adult only pool, playground and family area, tennis and basketball courts. We had lots of fun trying pickle ball. Sandbanks Provincial Park was just a short 10 mins drive you have to reserve 5 days in advance. Addy provides you with the yearly pass so its free to go which is a added bonus. Sandbanks PP has three large beaches and all great for kids. Fluffy cloud sand. The cottage was well equipped with a full kitchen, BBQ and linens. We enjoyed a fire pit dinner on our last night at the communial fire pit for our block of 6 cottages. Great spot for any occasion. Everyone was very welcoming and the pool was nicely heated!

Location is perfect for a relaxing visit. Nazmul was a great host and made our stay easy and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this location to others and our group is planning to stay again. Thanks Nazmul!

A great place to stay. Very clean and had everything you could need ready to go. The area is also great with the Sandbanks in close proximity as well as a few smaller conservation areas to hike. Will definitely be back.

Brenda’s place was in a wonderfully secluded and picturesque area of PEC yet a quick 5-12 min drive to wonderful Parks, shopping, and restos. Host was super helpful with some great local suggestions for events. If you are looking for a great location for a special meal don’t hesitate to try the Flame and Smith in Bloomfield. Will definitely be back to Brenda’s place.

Had an amazing stay here. Place is very well stocked with a great view and the host was really helpful. Highly recommend!

We had such a great time at Ken's place! The three kids had so much fun exploring a big beautiful house. The space was so nice and accommodating to our needs. Ken was super helpful sending recommendations and was great to communicate with. We really enjoyed our time here!

We had a great stay, the location was very quiet (apart from the occasional train), and property was very nice. It was a great escape from living in the GTA! The cottage was very clean, and Georgia and Doreen were very responsive to our questions.

Was a great spot for us working nearby, staying for a third week it was so good!!

The pictures don’t do it justice, it’s even better than expected! Hope to return again.

A big shout out to Terry and Becky for being such wonderful hosts. The cottage was was cozy, had all the required amenities and is placed in a mesmerizing location in the lap of nature. The hosts were very responsive, respectful, gave good local recommendations and when we checked out they invited us to visit their lovely horse collection. This is a must visit.

We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary a little early to catch the fall colours. We could not have been happier with this choice. The setting was beautiful and peaceful. Leo the dog was the perfect greeter. Tony could not have been a better host. His restaurant recommendations were spot on! We will definitely go back there! Leslie & Jim

We had such a great stay at Chamalee & Andrei’s place. The decorations were awesome, truly Santa’s little home off the water. We were super impressed with the abundance of games and DVD’s there were, as well as how tidy and organized (labeled) everything was. There really wasn’t a detail missed. The recommendations were super helpful and we appreciated their friendly and quick responsiveness.

We had a fantastic stay at Amanda’s place! The place was very clean, with nice bedrooms and incredibly comfortable beds. The kitchen was well-stocked, making it easy to cook meals during our stay. What truly stood out was the host's kindness and responsiveness. After a heavy snowstorm, they offered to come over early in the morning before our checkout to shovel the snow, ensuring we could drive out safely. They also generously offered a late checkout, which we really appreciated. Overall, a great experience—I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

C’est un endroit parfait pour une familles ou des amies. Les lits sont super confortables, la cuisine est bien équipée! Le garage où il y a la table de ping-pong et le jeu de dart est plus que parfait pour occuper nos soirées!

This cottage is amazing and my friends and I will be returning next year. Indoors: The bedrooms all had comfortable beds/pillows and the rooms all seemed equal, perfect for splitting with a group. The kitchen has a lot of counter space and is well stocked, we had everything we needed + coffee maker and dishwasher are big pluses. There are two bathrooms which is nice with a big group. Both have a shower, one of which is massive! There is a big table, plenty of space for a big group to eat/play games. There was also lots of comfortable indoor seating and a big TV. Everything was super clean inside and the Wi-Fi was good. Outdoors: There's a ton of outdoor space for lawn games. There's a big BBQ and lots of comfortable outside seating for eating or hanging out. There is a fire pit with lots of chairs. The water is gradual and not weedy near the dock. There are a couple kayaks and a SUP we used which was fun. It's a 5 min drive to town if you forget something. Overall just a great place

We had a lovely time at yadira's cottage, the location was perfect for a week-end getaway. We were right between PEC and the tousand islands! The offer mentions sulfur perfumed tap water, a situation which resolved itself after a little while. Bedrooms were perfect for our needs, would recommend.

Mindy’s place was the perfect long weekend getaway for me and my friends. It has a very cute, rustic charm inside with a peaceful backyard overlooking the water. A private beach is a very short walk away as well. The place is very spacious with lots of big windows and surrounded by nature. Mindy is very quick to respond to any questions we had and thorough with instructions. Would definitely stay here again!

There was an issue at check in as the bunkie was locked but the host was very responsive and handled everything quickly and effectively. After that we enjoyed the beautiful property. Caught some fish right off the dock!
