A perfect spot! We loved using the kayaks to explore the river. While relaxing in the Adirondack chairs we saw so much wildlife, including dolphins. We ate breakfast outside every day while watching the sunrise. We thoroughly explored the area beaches and restaurants each day, but we equally enjoyed returning back to this little piece of paradise.

Loved my stay! John was incredibly friendly and super responsive. The place was cozy, private and had such a charming vibe. I especially enjoy sitting outside by the river and relaxing by the fire pit.

great stocked kitchen. thanks for the extra garbage bags and plenty of paper towel and dish detergent. didn't end up using the dishwasher. beautiful view of the water with the side window and front window. saw dolphins several times and saw about 10 green parakeets flying over. difficult for seniors. no table to eat on or play cards. king bed a bit high. twin beds a bit too soft. nice being next to Publix. thanks. we had a beautiful stay.

The apartment is just as described in the listing: comfortable, pleasant, very well located and above all very clean. Upon arrival we found a welcome note accompanied by some sweets, which shows that NamPhong “Dawn” is truly a spectacular hostess, very kind and willing and who responds at all times to any concern. Both , she and Luis, her efficient handyman, were always attentive to any need that might arise. The property is really highly recommended, I cannot fail to mention its proximity to the beach and the beautiful view that can be seen from the family room, it has its own dock and you can see the boats sailing at all hours. You breathe peace and tranquility. I have no doubt that we will rent it again on our future vacations. Thank you Nam Phong “Dawn”!

Really nice place, comfortable beds, wonderful view out over the water from both inside and outside. Upstairs king bed and big bathroom with a small balcony; downstairs queen bed and tiny bathroom (but with a very nice large shower). Right across the street from the beach. We loved it!

This beautiful flat was the perfect little retreat during our Spring Training trip. Being right on the bay was just magical. We were frequently visited by pelicans and even saw dolphins by the dock at night, just a few feet from us! Although it was extremely walkable to many Clearwater shops and restaurants, it was so quiet and peaceful being tucked away on the bay. Some of the nearby places we enjoyed within blocks were Palm Pavilion for food and drinks, Caretta for fine dining, Soul Mediterranean, Bavaro’s for pizza, pasta, and wine, The Salty Crab, and several cute boutiques. Most importantly, the beach was a short, easy walk. The beach chairs and towels provided were so helpful. The condo itself looked brand new inside. Everything was extremely clean and pristine. The hosts quickly responded to every question we had. We’d definitely want to stay here again should we ever find ourselves back in Clearwater.

This place was just what we needed for the weekend! Don’t even need to leave property if you don’t want to! Beach and restaurants all on site. More local restaurants and shopping a short drive away! Definitely would like to be back next year!

We have stayed here 3 times and have never been disappointed. The amenities provided are above and beyond. The location, the views and the privacy is unmatched. The wonderful lady who is on site is a gem and is beyond accommodating. The unit is impeccable - always SO clean and has any amenity you can think of. This goes for bedding, cookware, bathroom essentials, private deck, marina views and honestly I could keep going but the property and those who run it are amazing! Only thing we missed were the string lights that used to surround the balcony but that is not a complaint, but they were great at night. Tons of restaurants, bars, shops, etc in walking distance yet the property is so peaceful and quiet. The only change I would recommend would to inform others they don’t have access to our private balcony patio. We had two guests walk up and we kindly let them know they cannot access. Possibly a gate at the bottom of the stairs may help! We’ll be back time and time again, we love it.

Ashley’s property is beautiful and well equipped. A beautiful access to the river ( with its own dock) , park, pool & game room/ patio - this property has it all. We could not have asked for a more comfortable and peaceful/ relaxing location. Conveniently located to New Port Richey and the surrounding communities, it offers everything you could ask for on a short or extended stay on the central sun coast. Highly recommended property and host.

Michael's home amazing from the moment we walked into the beautiful foyer! The home was spotless, had abundant natural lighting, all modern appliances and electronics, gorgeous décor, but still had a cozy at-home vibe. The pool and game room were just the icing on the cake! The beds were very comfortable, which is something I'm very particular about. We would definitely return to this air bnb! Michael was a wonderful, personable, and responsive Host, and did not hesitate to answer any questions I had about the property. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the pool was actually cleaned twice during our 9-day stay. My husband appreciated the workout area, and I enjoyed relaxing on the very comfortable patio furniture. Definitely 10/10.

Perfect place with enough rooms for our extended family and close by our destinations in Apollo Beach and Sun City. New, clean, home and amenities, including pool and recreation room.

Michael’s property was absolutely amazing! From cleanliness to the prime location, everything was 10/10. I would recommend this property to anyone coming to Tampa, Michael is very friendly and helpful.

This house was absolutely gorgeous, clean and such a beautiful place where you can just sit out near the pool and watch the fish fly into the air and flop back into the water! My family and I enjoyed the place a lot. It was very close to anything you would want to do, restaurants, parasailing, fishing, jet skiing and even souvenir shopping!! Mark was a great host and very timely responsive on anything that we might have questions on. It will stay with me as a very memorable family vacation. Thank you Mark😊

What a wonderful place. House had everything you could possible want or need. My wife and daughter spend hours sunbathing on what they call “the best sun loungers ever” and we all thoroughly enjoyed the pool (especially for a cool down after all that shopping). The dock was brilliant and fishing was unreal. All the rods the house provides worked great which was handy and helped catch lots of fish. Loved watching dolphins, manatees, eagles and many other birds. Deborah was a great host and more than helpful. It’s always a good sign when you don’t need to bug the host as it means everything was spot on but her but recommendations were great. Rusty bellies seafood restaurant was unreal (recommended by the neighbours who were also great I must add) the large fridge freezer meant we could use the kitchen and bbq and was like a home from home. My wife is still loving the mahoosive washer dryer too and Beds were so comfy!! Overall we will defo be back and highly recommend staying there.

The house is super spacious and the bottom room it's like a full apartment. Great set up to travel with friends and family and to have like an inlaw quarters for who ever wants more privacy. House very spacious. Best part are the mattress they were sooo comfortable. Only minor issue the toilets are hard to flush. Property over all fantastic. Will definitely recommend and go back.

We really enjoyed our stay, even though it was windy and rainy during the first couple of days. The panoramic views of the bay made it all the more scenic during that time. There was a minor issue with the AC that the host was very responsive and fast in dealing with. All rooms were clean and there was adequate utensils and cookware, larger sized refrigerator and all other required appliances. It was a relatively central location convenient to the beaches, sights, and downtime each within 15-20min. The immediate neighborhood was safe and the neighbors seemed nice. I would recommend using navigation to avoid getting off track when getting around, as some areas between the home and downtown or between the home and the beach did not appear as nice.

Chris was a fantastic host and the room and complex was great! Really appreciated the space, inside and out. Access to the pool and restaurant/bar was convenient and made it even more enjoyable. Easy commute to and from the airport as well!

The condo was nice and very well stocked. easy to find. Easy to get to all the beaches, everything is a very short drive 5-10 minutes to most beaches, restaurants, pier etc. we saw dolphins while sitting on the patio Everyone there ( locals) were very friendly. The only downfall was the bridge road noise certain times a day but it certainly did not effect our trip. Highly recommend host was very responsive and sweet. We will be back

We were in town for a wedding, had 7 adults in the place and fit perfectly! Great location to the venue and walkable to really anywhere we needed to go. The place was very clean and they offered many extra towels for beach and pool days which was appreciated. Jack & Shelly were very helpful and responsive. Would highly recommend staying at their property!

David was a great host! He was very responsive, helpful and a gracious host. The condo had beautiful views, and we especially enjoyed the heated pool by the ocean. Thank you for hosting us and helping us create fond memories of the sunny south.

We were a group of 5 women, we had a fabulous time! Plenty of amenities for 5 people except for beach chairs which were available to rent on the beach. We had an issue with the dryer not working so we weren't able to do any laundry which was a small issue. I reported it to Franca and she replied right away that she was going to schedule someone to come look at it but never heard anything back from her after that. To get to the beach from the condo you need to go through a gate that is locked at the pool and then through another gate to get to the beach. Otherwise you have to walk around the front and down the public beach access. There were only 2 keys so that was an issue, maybe a lock with a code would be more helpful? All in all the condo was everything that was advertised. Thank you Franca for sharing your home!

Kristin's place was great! The location could not have been better and had everything we needed for our family of 3.

David's place was absolutely amazing! We have never stayed in an AirBNB before, but the next one will definitely have big shoes to fill. David has everything you could want and more. The pictures matched exactly what we got. He had beach toys, beach towels, coolers. wagon, beach chairs. umbrella, and many other things. Kitchen had everything you would have at home. The only thing you will need to bring is clothes. Every time I contacted David before our vacation, he responded usually within a few hours. While we were there he answered almost immediately. I can't say enough good things about David's condo and him as an owner. Highly recommend! Watching the dolphins during breakfast was a plus! Thank you for everything David!

We loved our stay in Tampa! Rosana thought of everything, right down to the minor details. Beautiful location and sunset! We will be back!
