Väldigt trevlig stuga och bra bemötande i en väldigt trevlig omgivning på landet. En skön värmande bra och bra sociala utrymmen på nedervåningen. Den lilla hallen med möjlighet att hänga av sig ytterkläder uppskattades mycket. Allt som allt en mycket bra vistelse😊

We had a little getaway from the Lake District for two nights. Great little cosy place in a great location, surrounded by walks and not far from the beach’s. We visited the local pud and had a great meal. Melanie was very welcoming and gave us lots of ideas on what to do and where to visit. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely to be able to walk round the farm to see the animals. Great host!

A scheduled and stunning getaway set in beautiful and private grounds. Incredibly quiet and peaceful and the space was very large and comfortable

we've stayed for a fee days at Claires AirBnB and we loved it! It was cozy, idyllic and just fest like home. The fresh Eggs, the Homemade Bread, Tea and Coffee and the Cereals were just an amazing extra! We would love to come back again! :)

Great place to stay. Lovely surroundings, friendly working farm, my kids loved seeing the piglets and feeding them. A walk into Lincoln in just over an hour, through the fields, brilliant. Super helpful and friendly host. Great hot tub with privacy, accommodation had everything needed for a great stay. Would highly recommend and happily stay again. Thanks Fen Farm

excellent location which is a short drive from city centre. Host was very helpful and replied in good time with any enquiry. Beautifull accommodation and surroundings. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely beautiful we were a bit worried 16 of us sharing but it was so spacious and the rooms were spread out. The kids also loved the park and feeding the animals in a morning

The little Barn was so beautiful and so much better than the pictures. What made it really special was that Rebecca had decorated the living and kitchen area with a Christmas tree, fairy lights and a door wreath. We even had a little goody hamper left on the side for us. Myself and my daughter had a fantastic stay and would 100% recommend it to anyone wanting a peaceful getaway. I will definitely be returning next year 🥰

Had the most peaceful and lovely stay at Camilla’s cottage. Really private, cottage is directly onto a public footpath and access to their paddock so ideal for the dogs. Cottage was exactly as advertised, super clean and tidy and had everything you could need and the Breakfast supplies were amazing. 100% recommend and will 100% return 🤍

Am lost for words this place is out this world!! What a beautiful place to stay been working around the area for last 12+ weeks this the best one I have stayed at so peaceful! Credit to sue so friendly and helpful thanks you!!

Lindsey’s place is fantastic, we were staying whilst attending dog training locally. The space was exactly as described and the property was finished to a high standard. All the amenities and services were as described. The location is beautiful and peaceful, we even added an extra night just to hide away with our dogs in cosy country comfort. Highly recommend.

Casey gave clear instructions and was a responsive host meaning he was always on hand to answer any questions. My friends and I visited for my 30th birthday and it was the perfect getaway, the hot tub was my favourite part! We were able to have our own private space and with so much to do, we left feeling like we wanted to stay an extra night. Definitely recommend!

Terry’s place was fantastic for my hen weekend. It is a lovely place in a fantastic location which was exactly what we were looking for as we wanted a chilled weekend to spend time with friends. The hot tub was also great with towels being provided. Terry popped in throughout our stay to check how we were getting on. She was very attentive and close at hand if we needed anything.

Lucinda was a fantastic host and the property was beautiful! Even down to the finest details, we had everything to hand and couldn’t have possibly needed anything else, the surrounding area was so peaceful and beautiful, we will definitely be returning here! The host even helped us when we had car trouble, going above and beyond to support us!

Heathers place is so beautiful just love the accommodation and surroundings. Heather is super friendly and helpful with thoughtful touches like the welcome goodies which were a lovely surprise! We will be back and we happily recommend to friends and family too!

We stayed in Oak Cottage at Elms Farm Cottages and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. Carol was a fantastic host - very communicative, flexible and helpful and the cottage was perfect - very comfortable and with excellent amenities - all the small things taken care of. We would highly recommend staying here and would love to come back one day.

We’re regular AirBnB users, at least 3 or 4 per year for over 15 years, as early adopters of the app. This is by far our favourite place, and everything it should be - by which I mean distinct from hotels and B&Bs: interesting, unique, and with diligent hosts who care. This was our 2nd time staying at Edward and Liz’s delightful cottage, liking it so much last time that we brought more of the family back this trip. It’s a lovely, characterful farmhouse with everything you’d need for a comfortable break, beautifully maintained gardens and all of this set in lovely fields with cows coming to say hello to the kids after breakfast. Our children love the separate games room in the barn, and being able to wander freely in the countryside. This time with our larger party we also took advantage of the annexe, with two vintage caravans set in a grassy courtyard with its own bathroom and well-appointed dining areas, inside and out. Highly recommended.

Stayed one night , absolutely perfect for my requirements , in that I have dogs and there was a private area for them to mooch round in , as well as plenty of on leash space to walk them. The ‘Military Vehicle’ hut was a cosy more than adequate place to stay. I will most definitely use again and more than happy to recommend to friends 👍

Booked a couple of nights away for my wife’s birthday we wanted somewhere to just relax and get away from it all. Pleased to say that is exactly what we did. The hayloft has been restored beautifully and we wished we could have stayed in it for longer! We had our 2 miniature dachshunds with us and it’s perfect for dog owners too. We went on a couple of nice long walks in the beautiful surroundings. Quite a cold time of year but once back inside and the wood burning stove heats up along with the spa bath (which steals the show) you heat up in no time. There are a couple of pubs nearby one of which is the penny farthing, we had lunch at one of the days which was also very good with friendly staff. All in all a great trip hosted by the lovely Sherry who made us feel at home straight away and she has done a lovely job of restoring the building with so much thought and little details.

Little Walk Cottage is perfect for a relaxing break. The views from the conservatory are lovely. The house is warm and cosy even on the coldest nights. The bedrooms are spacious. The lounge and kitchen are well equipped and comfortable. Very highly recommended.

Antler’s retreat is a beautiful barn conversion with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The location is fabulous, with local walks and the Rose and Crown and the Old Store are walkable and an absolute must do. It’s also near enough to explore the coast, Brancaster beach was amazing and the trip to. Cromer was worth it for the fish and chips. We particularly liked the three rooms in the main house which are all en-suite, the space and the kitchen had lots of pots, pans and utensils to cook, the Co op in the village is well stocked and Lidl is not far away (in the car) The Deer Park is on the door step and lovely and we were lucky enough to feed some lambs !

Such a beautiful place, offering plenty of walks and being conveniently close to the coast. Highly recommend!
