This house is in a quiet safe neighborhood, 30 mins from Montauk Beach and half the cost for 5 guests. Overall we loved it! The host recommended restaurants which is helpful. When we-reported a problem, someone was there to fix it the next morning. Kitchen well stocked, plenty of outdoor seating, comfy couches. Strange full bathroom cotton curtains a bit long and no liner, difficult to dry. The bath off the master bedroom the floor floods because curtain in there is lined but a bit short. Gotta keep a towel down. Garage is wonderful, laundry in basement handy. Decks off bedroom and patio off dining room both lovely. are beautiful lovely place to stay.

The house was very cozy, incredibly clean. View of the river was fantastic. Ned and Sharyn also had helpful notes and labels throughout the house, which I thought was quite kind and helpful!

This home is beautiful and so spacious! Proximity to East Hampton and Springs, yet very private and peaceful. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Had a great stay at Andrew’s Air Bnb. It was very close to numerous wineries, breweries, and restaurants. It was the perfect location for a weekend get away, with a house that would’ve been worth it in the middle of nowhere! We will be back!

The Farmhouse was very cozy and clean. Communication was great and Chelsea was very accommodating, as I was traveling with two small children and the schedules can be tricky. The property was beautiful and the house had everything we needed. The only thing that could be improved would be curtains in the bedrooms. As soon as the sun came up you are up. Very bright. But overall I would stay here again.

We had an amazing time here! The home is very charming, in a great location on the North Fork close to our favorite vineyards and restaurants. Paul was kind enough to offer us an early check in so that we may accommodate our guests traveling to visit! We really enjoyed our stay & made great memories.

I had a wonderful stay at Katie's place in West Hartford! The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. It was spotless and well-maintained, making it a great place to relax after a day of exploring. The location was perfect—close to the town with plenty of shops, restaurants, and parks nearby. Check-in was a breeze, and Katie was incredibly responsive, making the whole experience seamless. I would absolutely love to stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Lakisha's apartment was as aesthetically pleasing, spacious, and comfortable as described. The kitchen alone is the size of a comfortable apartment. While the jacuzzi tub took a while to fill, it was worth the wait! Lakisha herself was very responsive, addressing my difficulty logging into the wifi promptly and was eager to make things right. She worked with us during checkout. I would recommend this place for travelers and locals seeking a staycation!

We loved it ! It’s beautiful ! The kids had a great time . It’s clean .. the bathrooms are beautiful both of them . It’s right off the highway and we had no complaints what’s so ever ! place was great and was walkable to alot of resturants/ shops. the group loved the place inside, it was beautiful just like the photos. we had a group of 4 which worked well in the space giving us enough room.

My wife and I absolutely loved this cottage. It far exceeded our expectations. I felt so much at home, I almost went out and picked up the mail!There were so many supplies in the kitchen, a thoughtfully laid out living room and bedroom, a heavenly soaking tub in the bathroom, and serene surroundings. Everything was thought of from tasteful decor to plenty of firewood for the wood-burning fireplace and even an unopened toothbrush and other toiletries in the bathroom (including 2-ply!! ) It raised my standard for future rentals. We are lucky enough to travel several times a year. When we do, we almost exclusively stay at Airbnb‘s. This one was by far the most comfortable we’ve stayed at in many years. Ada's place was cozy and very comfy, especially the bed! The location was perfect for a concert at Mohegan Sun casino. We highly recommend it!

George was an excellent Air BnB host!!!! His responses were prompt and answered any questions we had. The location was ideal in Greenport as everything was walking distance. We had an amazing time!

Natalie is a TEN STAR HOST! Her communication throughout the entire process was second to none. We went to her villa to celebrate my 60th birthday and it had to be one of the best vacations I've ever had. The photos on the website did not do the place justice. When we arrived we were blown away by the scenery and the house was beyond emaculate. The living room with the fireplace was so cozy. I would go back to Natalie's place in a heartbeat! We had a great stay at Richard’s place. The space is clean, roomy and comfortable. They had a minor plumbing issue during our stay but it wasn’t a problem and Richard was very proactive in communicating the issue and resolution. It was a convenient location for our stay. was a very cute place. well maintined and clean. originally i booked it for the pool, but the pool was closed. but it was so quiet and peaceful, it was still enjoyable.
