υπέροχο χώρος δεν του λείπει τπτ πραγματικά νιώθεις ότι βρίσκεσαι σε ένα ζεστό και όμορφο περιβάλλον με όλες τις ανέσεις, η οικοδέσποινα πάρα πολύ επικοινωνιακός άνθρωπος και πολύ φιλικός, το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!!!

Staying at Vasiliki's Spacious apartment was a wonderful experience for the whole family! The apartment was sparkling clean and cosy. The pine trees around the house make you feel like in a fairytale, and the mountain view that opens from the backyard is stunning! We had everything needed for our stay and for a coffee-lover like me the two coffee machines - one for Swartz coffee and one for capsules was a delight :) Vasiliki was super responsive and made sure we had everything during our stay. 3 minutes walking is the distance to the fantastic Golden beach 🏖️ where you can enjoy the sun and the crystal clear turquoise waters of the North Aegean sea. The beach is not noisy and in a close distance there is an attraction (a sea castle) which the kids liked a lot. I highly recommend this place! Thank you very much Viki, for the amazing stay! We look forward visiting you again next summer!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at these apartments, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! The space was impeccably clean, well-designed, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, close to key attractions and amenities, yet quiet enough to feel like a peaceful retreat. The host was incredibly accommodating, responsive, and thoughtful, ensuring every detail was taken care of. I especially loved the cozy ambiance and attention to detail, which made me feel right at home. If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, convenience, and excellent service, these apartments are an excellent choice. I would gladly stay here again on my next visit!

Πανέμορφο σπίτι,πεντακάθαρο και με εκπληκτική θέα. Ηοικοδεσπότης γλυκήτατη και εξυπηρετική. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

Vaso‘s place is very clean, the kitchen is small but has everything you will need for basic meals. The surroundings are very pretty and close to a small village. Vaso was really helpful and responded fast whenever we needed something. I would definitely return and can recommend this accomodation :)

Να μια πρόταση για την κριτική σου: Εξαιρετική διαμονή! Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο και πολύ άνετο. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν φιλικός, απαντούσε γρήγορα στα μηνύματα και ήταν ιδιαίτερα εξυπηρετικός. Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική, πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο της Καβάλας, και το ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ ήταν μεγάλη διευκόλυνση. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!!

Ο χώρος ήταν πεντακάθαρος, υπερσύγχρονος, φουλ εξοπλισμένος και εξαιρετικός. Είναι ακριβώς δίπλα από την κεντρική πλατεία ωστόσο το διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ ήσυχο. Ο οικοδεσπότης είναι πολύ φιλικός, ευγενικός και συνεννοήσιμος. Οποτεδήποτε του τηλεφώνησα για διάφορες πληροφορίες απάντησε αμέσως και με προθυμία. Σίγουρα θα επιλέξω το ίδιο κατάλυμα όταν ξαναβρεθώ στην Κομοτηνή.

it was a n8ce flat in the old town. difficult to reach if you have a big car, but that's normal and has nothing to do with the house. they have their own parking space and the check-in was really easy, we even could move in earlier.

Όλα ήταν τέλεια!το σπίτι ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες πεντακάθαρο και είχε τα πάντα!αν και δεν έχει πάρκινγκ παρκαμε στο δρόμο εύκολα και κοντά στο σπίτι. θα το ξαναπροτιμησουμε σίγουρα

The location of the apartment is very good. 2 minutes walk to main street and most of the restaurants are very close. The rooms are very spacious and two balconies are very pleasant to drink something. It has everything we needed and we will stay again on our next visit to Alexandroupoli.

Anna'nın evinde tam bir ay yaşadık. Gerçekten evimizdeymişiz gibi rahat ve huzurluyduk. Geniş ve ışık dolu bir daireydi. Aurası yüksekti. Merkezi bir konumda olduğumuz için pozitif anlamda yoğun, canlı bir çevredeydik. Buna rağmen hiç rahatsızlık yaşamadık. Cafe, restoran, market, fırın, balıkçı... Her şey elimizin altındaydı. Samimi bir "mahalle ortamı" vardı. Güzel anılarla tatilden evimize döndük. Bahsetmeden geçemeyeceğim, internet süperdi. Anna da çok iyi bir kadın. İletişime açık. İyi bir ev sahibi. Tavsiye eder miyim? EVET! (Duygularımı daha doğru aktarabilmek için bu yorumu özellikle anadilimde yazdım.)

Δεν έχω λόγια! Εξαιρετικός οικοδεσπότης, σαφέστατες οδηγίες άφιξης, εξυπηρέτηση με οποιαδήποτε παροχή, πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει στα ζητήματα της πόλης. Το σπίτι είναι ακριβώς αυτό που βλέπετε, καθαρό, πρακτικό, ήσυχο. Αν θέλετε να μείνετε κάπου στην Κομοτηνή, δε θα το μετανιώσετε.

Çok teşekkür ederiz!! Daire çok çok güzel 👍 Ev sahibi çok yardımsever, inanılmaz konuksever. Pazar pazar bile kızımız hasta olduğu eczane gezdi bizimle. Şehirde nerede,nereye her şey anlattı. Bizim şansımıza hava çok yağmurlu, bahçe keyfi ckaramadık . Şemsiye ☔️ bile hazırladılar bizim için!!bir gece bile daha kalmak isterdik ama melesef hemen doluyor. Bizim planda sadece bir gece vardı…Ama bir daha geliriz!! Güzel hediyeler için ayrıca cooook teşekkür ederiz 🥹

What can I say. the apartment was great. Truly an incredible view to wake up to. Friendly and responsive host. great for our family. Easy to find, easy street parking. Food in the area was great. greek vanilla pastry is the best.. we would rate the place very highly. The only thing is the carrying of luggage up the stairs, but it's worth it. thank you for the great stay.

Great place, near to the beach and with nice neighbors I suggest to visit it.

Το κατάλυμα ήταν ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες ήταν καθαρό και κοντά στο κέντρο εύκολο parkin και καλή επικοινωνία με την ιδιοκτήτρια

Το σπιτι υπεροχο με την ωραιοτερη θεα στην Καβαλα!!! πληρως εξοπλισμενο με ασανσερ και παρκινγκ! οσο για την οικοσεσποινα, ευγενεστατη, εξυπηρετικοτατη και αμεσα ανταποκρινομενη!!! θα το επισκεπτομασταν ξανα σιγουρα και το συστηνουμε ανεπιφυλακτα!!

Къщата се намира на чудесно място, близо до плажа и до всички заведения. Двете спални бяха достатъчно големи. Банята е доста малка. Всекидневната също е малка, но това се компенсира от наличието на много приятна и просторна веранда. Дворът е чудесен. Домакините бяха много гостоприемни и отзивчиви.

Tertemiz ve hijyenikti. Bizi kahve ile karşıladı. Çok güler yüzlü ve dost canlısı. Herkese tavsiye ederim.
