comfortable to stay, near town & easy to deal with owner..

We had an exceptional experience staying at this wonderful place and had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The highlight of the stay was the host’s amazing hospitality. She was incredibly responsive, answering all of my questions almost immediately, and her helpfulness truly made a difference.

Good location, downstairs is imago shopping mall. But only 1 thing is the Bathroom ceiling wall need to repair.

整个住宿体验都很好，房间很安静，能够睡很多人，只是洗衣机坏了，但是房东非常积极的在解决，要退我们洗衣费，虽然不多，直至我回国都在沟通，很负责。

숙소 매우 만족해요! 두번째 코타키나발루 여행인만큼 어디에 묵어야 좋은지 알고 있었는데 역시나 야시장도 가깝고 근처 맛집도 걸어서 10분이내 모두 갈 수 있을 정도였고 가까운몰, 제셀톤하고도 걸어서 15분 거리였어요! 물놀이하고선 젖은 옷으로는 택시 안태워준다고 해서 갈때는 택시 올때는 걸어왔는데 충분히 걸어올만한 거리더라구요! 아 그리고 호스트분이 친절하시고 레이트 체크아웃도 진행해주셔서 정말 편안하게 밤 비행기인데도 묵고 갈 수 있었어요! 더쇼어가 화장실에서 냄새가 난다는 말이있던데 처음에 입실할때 좀 냄새가 나긴했어요! 근데 3박 묵으면서 다음날부터는 괜찮았어요! 아마 사용을 하지 않으면 냄새가 더 올라오는것 같더라구요! 아그리고 또 좋았던점! 발코니가 신의 한수입니다! 지나가는 비행기 발코니에 앉아서 보면서 인사도 하고 밑에 수영장도 바로 보여서 수영장에 사람많은지 보고 수영장가기도 하고 발코니에 앉아서 커피 마시고 하기도 좋았어요~! 부모님도 만족한 숙소였습니당!

The place is wonderful and loving the vibe inside exactly like pictured. Although the pool is a bit loud at times especially morning if you are a late morning person. We are just delighted that the place is very new and clean. However the toilet drain is not a valve drain and the gas from the drain can be a bit smelly. Suggest that this needs to be rectify and change. Overall I still give a 5 star for the place because it really worth that rating. Will stay again with Queenie.

Teo tuan rumah yang sangat baik dan membantu kami setiap saat. Setiap saya menemukan kesulitan dia akan sangat cepat membalas pesan saya. Membantu kita check in walau pun hampir tengah malam, apartemen bersih dan dapur yang luas serta kamar dengan interior yg nyaman. Akan kembali kesini setiap datang ke kuching.

Yo-Yo прекрасная хозяйка, всегда была готова нам помочь и помогала. Квартира прекрасно расположена над торговым центром, в котором есть огромное количество магазинов (включая магазин продуктов), кафе и ресторанов. Про самолёты, которые летают над домом тут уже писали, но, нам они совершенно не мешали. Наоборот, было интересно на них посмотреть и сделать отличные фото. Сама квартира просторная и очень уютная, нам там очень понравилось. В 15 минутах пешком от квартиры есть рынок фруктов и морепродуктов, что тоже было удобно.

Definitely recommend this place. Free parking, accessible and lots of good place to visit around. it's also in the middle of the city with least traffic which is a good thing

房子装修得很漂亮 出乎我意料 不像出租房 比较像自住 因为有精心设计和装修 各方面都很干净 厨房也提供非常多厨具很方便 电视很大 沙发很好躺 唯一不喜欢就是擦脚地垫 会掉黑色的毛 与洁白的地板格格不入 个人眼睛洁癖 其它真的很不错 非常推荐 与同房源对比 也相对比较便宜 性价比高👍

The owner is pretty friendly with that super fast response for our demands and great trouble shooting even if we have some question during our vocation. The environment is clean and suitable for our choice which we have 3 kids. The surprised desserts for us is intimate just like treat us as their family or important guest. We like this feeling. It’s easy to get into famous and popular points in Sabah city by walking. We definitely will recommend this homestay to my family and friends.

The owner is pretty friendly and quick to response if we have any questions, especially he tried his best to meet some small demands. We have a nice experience in this homestay during our Kuching trip. See you next time and thank you.

My first Airbnb experience and it was great because of Ivan. He is always there and is very patient with all my queries and calls. Ivan was helpful and understanding as we needed to end our holidays. Regardless without Ivans recommendations and advises and his great patience, this trip would not be as great. Please take note if you have elderly with you, only 1 room is suitable but the mattress will be on the floor.

나의 가족들은 5일동안 여기 집에서 지냈습니다. 집은 사진과 같이 깨끗하고 잘 정돈되어 있었으며 필요한 모든 물건과 집기들이 충분히 있었습니다. 숙소에 들어온 순간 나쁜냄새가 없었으며 에어컨은 모두 잘 작동되었고 간단한 요리를 해서 먹기에도 문제 없었습니다. 영화를 보며 휴식을 취했고 아름다운 인피니티 수영장에서 수영도 하였습니다. 1층에는 24시간 편의점이 있고 많은 음식점들이 있어 선택의 폭이 넓습니다. 호스트님은 친절하십니다. 우리의 비행기가 딜레이 되었을때 우리는 9시간을 집에서 더 머물 필요가 있었고 호스트님은 절반의 금액으로 머물게 해 주었습니다.

a good and pleasant place to stay fr my family

Grateful to find an Airbnb at Kozi Square during peak season - New Year’s Eve in Kuching at an affordable price. The studio has a beautiful view, brightly lit, well-equipped and clean. Check-in and check-out was also hassle-free. The owner was also responsive. Thank you!

地方清整，冷氣夠涼，沙發坐得很舒服，睡床瞓覺非常舒適，樓下有很多食店，對面就是 Aeon Mall買東西很方便，下次來會再入住，屋主可以用中文溝通，她很好人。

From the first moment I drove into the parking lot,I was amazed with the security and I told myself that it's gonna me an awesome place to stay for the holiday with my family and I was totally right. The moment I opened the door,the thing that I noticed first is how clean the floor was. It was spotless and the furniture are really arrange according to the pictures shown. Then, while we were unpacking our things,I was wondering about where I would sleep coz there are 5 of us and there's only 2 queen beds but then I found a folding mattress on one of the cupboard and it was one of the comfiest folding mattress that I've ever slept on. I got no trouble going to sleep on the folding mattress coz my youngest son is sleeping with my wife. And the amenities that the owner provide like the iron, washing machine, microwave oven, the filter for the water and the aircond were working wonderfully. The best thing about the place is the shower. I'm blessed to have found this place to stay. Thank you

We absolutely loved the apartment!! Very clean and came with all the necessary amenities. Hosts were very responsive and kind. The location deserves a 10/10 stars!!!! We will definitely be back
