My group really enjoyed the stay, easy access to the shopping mall with lots of food choices. The house fits us all and so much love for the city view from Edmund’s home 💯

Great 3 bedroom apartment, easy access to suburban Kuching if that's what you're looking for. You *will* need a car or people with cars to get around - the only downside is that this isn't a walkable location, but that's Kuching for you. Great amount of space, decent food court downstairs. Just be aware that the 100 Ringgit depsite requires access to Malaysian banking, so if you're a foreigner (like me), have a chat to Tan ahead of time about that to discuss expectations. This listing is skewed towards the needs of the local market, which is fair, but meant we had to have some discussions about how that would work. Building facilities are good, and it was really nice having air conditioned space over the CNY period. Overall, would consider booking again.

Comfy and clean place to stay. Both agent and owner respond very fast and they’re very polite as well. Easy to find food and go shopping downstairs. Highly recommended 👍🏻

Sangat bersih, peralatan lengkap, restoran di bawah, seperti rumah sendiri, super nyaman, recomended. tuan rumah sangat baik dan ramah. Pasti menginap disini lagi jika ke kuching👍👍👍

Location is great, close to shopping mall. Staff is friendly and helpful. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff although it was late. Acceptable cleanliness and tidy place. The unit were well maintained, spacious and comfortable. I would definitely want to come back and recommend this to others.

Great place. Ideal location, clean and right above small shopping centre, full of great restaurants and across the road from the AEON shopping Centre. The location is a short ride to waterfront area which is where many tourists are. We spent most mornings and evenings in the podium precinct the ground floor food bazaar has an awesome collection of different foods all reasonably priced. On the second floor is soul Street which is a crane restaurant and very popular with such great food the top level swimming pool is great however we didn’t have very nice weather so we only used the pool ones but used the gym most mornings. If we come back to Kuching will no doubt stay at the same place. Check-in is also very easy with clear instructions.

saya sangat senang menginap di tempat ini, karena fasilitas nya lengkap, ruangan yang bersih dan rapi membuat saya merasa nyaman untuk tinggal lama di apart ini, jika saya ke kuching maka saya akan memilih apart ini untuk saya bermalam, serta tuan rumah(pemilik) sangat-sangat ramah dan baik, kita akan diberikan petunjuk yang sangat jelas tentang bagaimana cara mengakses apartment dan kita dapat parkiran khusus( tentunya aman, jangan khawatir) apart ini juga dibawah nya ada jual makan, mudah dan dekat untuk berbelanja. Ayo pilih apart ini untuk bermalam di kuching, jangan ragu-ragu, apart ini luar biasa saya sangat suka🤩🤩🤩🥰.
