Booked the place as read many reviews about the dogs and yes they are very adorable and friendly to guests. There's 1 doggy always guard in front our room entrance, super sweet behaves. The host main house located at ground floor, and the room we stayed in need few step staircases down to reach, independent access door, washing machine outside the room. Surrounded with trees, birds etc.. windy and chill. Dining table, Fridge, mini oven, microwave, rice cooker and water dispenser all handy and convenient. Huge and clean bathroom. 2 queen size beds both comfy to sleep in. Overall super nice staycation we had. Doggies are bonus attraction for us.

host are so helpful and responsive, place are also perfectly described by them. clean, feel peaceful place and privately secure and safe with a nice sea view city of the place. definitely will coming back to this place next future. recomend for those who wanted to find a family suited private place whoever want to come sandakan.

The house is spacious and generally clean. Feels at home. Highly recommended for big group of friends or family.

there is not much to say about this house, it’s perfect in all aspect. feels like home and very clean. for improvements maybe the host can provide “real” towel not the disposable one for guest stay 3 nights/longer and add more cutlery and glass since it has very view of them. nice stay 👍🏼👍🏼 hope to stay again next trip to kuching

Recommended 💯 , the house is very quiet and beautiful as in the picture, the owner of the house is very clean and very responsive.

We were warmly welcomed to stay at this Santubong property for two days. First off, the house is beautiful and designed such that we were spoilt for choice of a view. From the main balcony, one gets to see the South China Sea, and from all other windows, one can see the Santubong hill covered in gorgeous forest. We had a great time just hanging out at the balcony, staring at the rain approaching from the sea. We also had access to the apartment pool, which we made full use of! 5E Santubong Suites truly was a home away from home.

Very comfy, clean, safe and perfect for short and long term stay. Water pressure is superb. Only wait for few seconds to get the water supply heated. stayed there for 4 nights.. bonus to have 1 free parking lot which also pretty safe. The unit is suprisingly quite from traffic noise considering the Emporium is facing busy road. No issue even at night. Easy to get food with all the restaurants available plus there is supermarket just at the door steps. Brian as a host is very professional. He shared the guide to check in and out clearly and very responsive. Highly recommended.
