Lovely home in Acoaxet with great water views and an excellent host.

The location is great and the place was clean. Mitchell was very communicative.

Teri's place was as described and perfect for our large group of 11. It easily handled the parking and sleeping requirements we had. It was a short drive to tons of great restaurants and stores, and 10 minutes to the beach. It also had a nice "riverfront" beach in the neighborhood. It was clean and fully stocked. Teri is was on point with all communications. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

This place was so lovely! My mom and I had a lovely calm, relaxing vacation here! We cooked and ordered in and watched the boats on the water and took out the paddle board! Super easy to get it in the water and it was calm and easy to paddle up and down the river. I even saw a young sea turtle which was unbelievably special! Our host was communicative and accommodating and had great recommendations! I was able to walk to a local coffee shop that was excellent and very cute and another close by that have fun bubble teas and great breakfast food. Highly recommend!

Bill's place was pristine and just as described in the pictures. He was very responsive and accommodating; even suggesting places to see and hand-picked restaurants ! How thoughtful. Wonderful host !

Ashley's place in Narragansett was a dream! my friends and I were there for a wedding and the house was a perfect spot to hangout and be together for the long weekend. The space was very clean and spacious, and we were all comfortable in our rooms with our different environmental preferences. Would highly recommend a stay here!

Our family had a wonderful stay with Melanie! Her home is comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. She was always responsive and helpful from the time we made our reservation through checkout. Would stay here again and would definitely recommend.

Our second stay at Angela’s. This Airbnb never disappoints. A private and relaxing oasis. The cabin is comfortable and well maintained. Quality hosts that make you feel at home. The sauna was clean and always ready to go. Five star Airbnb. Looking forward to our next stay.

Home is pristine with beautiful views of the Ocean and surrounding area. Owner has thought of everything! Bed linens, bath and beach towels all provided. Loved the open floor plan on second floor for ALL of our family to enjoy. Even offers a tucked away lil den in case someone needed a moment to themselves for a call, convo or nap. Kitchen is large and well laid out for entertaining. All cookware and cutlery at your fingertips. We appreciated the pantry having a great offering of spices too. Bedrooms are thoughtful, comfortable and offer privacy and retreat. We were very appreciative of the multiple bathrooms. After a solid run, pool was a great cool off. Morning coffee on the deck with a cozy chair was welcomed too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would HIGHLY recommend!

We stayed for only 1 night. The description and reviews are accurate. The house was exactly what we needed. The location is great with an easy walk into town. Our son caught 3 fish off the dock. We loved our quick stay and would absolutely stay again.

Katie’s home was beautiful, immaculately kept and exactly as photographed and described. We rented the home for a family reunion and needed all 8 of the bedrooms that were available. Even though we were a very large group with many kids ages 10 and under, we never felt uncomfortable or on top of each other. The two living rooms and outdoor space made it so that we all could spread out but still spend time together. The large dining room table fit our family perfectly! Katie was responsive, thoughtful and so very kind! We are looking forward to our next stay at Katie’s beautiful home!

Thank you Chris for the Airbnb rental we had an amazing time. Everything in the rental was perfect. Amazing views great accommodations, great location, walking distance to restaurants, stores,trolley, boat cruises, ferries the beach is minutes away. The amenities from the sister hotel was awesome as well which was right across the street. Looking forward to coming back🫶🏻

Gary’s place was beautiful and serene. It was perfect for all us friends to gather together . There was everything we needed and the views made the trip a relaxing couple of days away. It was also in the middle of so many things , Newport/ Boston / Cale Cod. Gary was an exceptional host and was always responsive.

This place was fantastic! Loved the proximity to the beach, George’s, Block Island ferry and more!! Such a hidden gem and will definitely be back! Karen and Peter were excellent hosts and always responsive if we had any questions. The apartment was so cutely decorated too!

the home is a beautiful cottage with lots of updates. amazing view of the water, easy access from the house and use of a variety of surfboards, paddle boat.

Christine's place is a hidden gem. It is beautiful, modern and clean with waterfront views. The water and beach are just a few steps from the back door. You can have your coffee with the most spectacular view and see a few swans swimming in the water! The neighborhood is quite and private which adds to it's charm. It was a great place to stay for a weekend visiting Newport, with it only being a short drive away - I would return in a heartbeat! I did reach out to Christine during my trip and she responded within a minutes time. Overall a wonderful and charming place to stay. If you need a sign to book this beautiful home, here it is. You will not be disappointed.

We enjoyed the most perfect Thanksgiving in this beautiful home in Narragansett. The home is newly remodeled and in pristine condition with plenty of rooms and bathrooms for a family. There is even a bonus office/ playroom off the master bedroom. Stephen was a fantastic host and described the home perfectly with the floor plan and bedroom layout. He was extremely helpful with checking in a few hours early and making sure the heat and the lights were on and the house was ready. It’s a beautiful home and we thank you for sharing it with us this Thanksgiving.

I stayed at Kendra’s place for a wedding down the street at the Newport Beach House. This location could not be more perfect and fit all 10 of us nicely. 2 minute walk from the venue, 2 minute walk to the beach and a 8 minute drive to downtown. Kendra was super friendly and we would definitely love to stay here again. Thank you so much for a great stay!

Beautiful home! This was our first time staying in a house instead of a hotel and we were not disappointed! House is clean and comes with everything you could possibly need! Brenda is so nice! Would definitely stay here again!

We loved the lakehouse! The setting and house were more beautiful than the photos. Panoramic lake views abound from inside and outside the house. The kitchen has new appliances and the house was toasty on a few very cold days. Also, there is a nice fire pit, outdoor lounge area, and a new dock that is amazing at night to walk out onto and gaze up at the stars. The sunrises and sunsets are visible from the property and provide a bonus. It’s very peaceful and everyone in my group slept well. I hope to be back in the warmer weather to swim, kayak, and unwind.
