Very well equipped house, amazing backyard with pool and hot tub, definitely the highlight of the house. The washer wasn't working but Stephen was a great host, very communicative and offered to get our clothes washed if needed (we didn't need it). Would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay at the cottage. The lake is beautiful. We saw a lot of cool birds around the lake. The cottage is very cozy and we felt right at home. The house had everything we and our dogs needed to be comfortable. Fishing gear was provided. The hot tub was in great condition. Everything was labled well such as lighting, heating, and dishing washer instructions. Wood was provided for the wood stove though we did not use it. There is so much to do in the area: hiking, go karts, beaches, wineries, casinos, shopping, great restaurants, and so much more all within a 20 minute drive. If you don't want to go out, the house is well stocked with indoor and outdoor games, firepits, and many kayaks/ canoes. We will definitely be back. Our dogs can't wait for warmer weather to swim in the nice clear lake.

Amazing stay this weekend at Leann’s place!! Felt right at home & the place was fully stocked with literally everything we could need, she even left us some eggs in the fridge for breakfast! Perfect location, easy to follow instructions, very clean, super responsive! First time stay in RI was everything we could’ve needed for winter wellness weekend. Hope to be back in summer!

From the minute we pulled into the driveway, our family was highly impressed with the views from Kristen's home. We ended our 2023 summer with a bang. This beautiful home had everything you could ever need on vacation. We enjoyed the backyard with nightly fires. Our teen daughter rarely left the bunk house. We loved the fact that our own private beach was just a few steps away & the public beach was less than ten minutes away. The kids and adults enjoyed the beach trampoline. Kristen was delightful to deal with. She was a SUPER host. So many little details and extras she puts into her beach home. Already thinking of our next visit.

The house was beautiful! Quaint and updated interior with spectacular views. The deck and hot tub overlooking the water were particularly stunning and peaceful. Beaches and restaurants in walking distance made the location ideal as well. We loved watching the ducks on the water each morning while we drank our coffee and spending time by the picture window overlooking the water. Our host was responsive and kind. All amenities we needed were provided and the kitchen was one of the best equipped we have seen in rentals. Overall, a perfect week in a lovely home that we would absolutely want to enjoy again! Highly recommend.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at Sheila’s cottage. It’s always a pleasant experience. Sheila is very responsive, and I’m highly satisfied with the cottage. It’s exactly as described, and everything worked flawlessly. I could not recommend this more highly.

We found the cottage to be spotless and had everything we needed for our 5-day stay. Our hosts were friendly and so very considerate. It is a sweet, cozy cottage- perfect for our visit!

What an incredible stay at the schoolhouse! It was clean, comfortable, and within walking distance of so many places! We loved the view of the water nearby and the cute decor. The host was very responsive. Will be coming back for sure!

We had a wonderful stay— adorable cottage just at the end of a short sandy path to the beach. Easily fit our family of 3 kids and 2 adults. Excellent location near ferry and restaurants and the included breakfasts and happy hours at the Blue Dory were delicious and much appreciated! Highly recommend!

We knew we weren't going to be on the beach but we wanted to be near the beaches and we were. The cottage was a little Gem in a secluded area off a main road with a private neighborhood behind. The landscaping was so adorable with Adirondack chairs and a fire pit w/ outdoor bbq & seating area. It was cutely decorated with a newer kitchen & ALL the things needed for your stay! The loft bedroom was so cool & games in the L.R.! Our family had a wonderful gathering and fun stay. The beaches were beautiful and we got to bring our dog, Freedom along for the fun! We'd stay here again!

My daughter and I stayed at John’s place for a week and it was wonderful. The space was clean and perfectly appointed. The proximity to the beach was great, too. John was an extremely responsive host. I would absolutely stay here again. Barrington is a great town. If you’re a coffee drinker you have to try Borealis in Riverside. The Blue Kangaroo and The Black Pear are great breakfast/lunch spots as well. We loved Barrington Books - great spot for great gifts.

Fly Fishers Cottage was the perfect choice for my visit home for the holidays. The cottage is exactly as described, spotless, super cozy, and it was even decorated for Christmas! It was the exact amount of space I needed and felt like a home away from home. It is ideally located to get to Jamestown and Newport, as well as to other parts of RI and MA where I was visiting family. Clare is a wonderful host, very responsive, and flexible with check in/out which I hugely appreciated. She also made sure outside was cleared and gritted after some snow - it seems like a small thing, but made me feel welcome and taken care of. I really hope to stay at the cottage again on my upcoming summer visit - thank you Clare!

This property is the perfect combination of privacy and public. A quick easy walk to the beaches/tourist area but since it's located on a quiet street, the space itself is very private. The home is beautifully maintained and quite comfortable. The hosts kindly provided coffee and bottled water, plus toiletry items that one of our guests had forgotten to bring. we would happily stay there again and love every minute of our visit.

We wanted a place to stay in Barrington while visiting our young grandchildren. Donna's place was 7 minutes away from our daughters house which madfe it perfect for us. Donna reached out to me several times. She let us know we could arrive early if needed, she showed us around her home, she even put salt down on the walkway as the weather predicted icy conditions. The bedding was comfortable, all amenities that one could need were provided. Her home was clean and welcoming. We hope to be able to stay here again on our next trip to Rhode Island.

Windsurfers Cove was exactly as pictured and described. The house was immaculate, extremely cozy and had everything we needed. The location and scenery was perfect! Absolutely peaceful! The host Jonas was very prompt with responding prior to and during our stay. We look forward to returning.

New England Perfection - My husband and I were in town for a wedding. The cottage on the water was adorable/clean and had everything we needed. The view and the seating out by the pond were perfect for coffee, wine and and just taking in the scenery and nature. Loved the extra touches like coffee, cream, bottled water and COOKIES! ;-) Would love to return!

This was our third year staying here, and once again it did not disappoint! The house is recently renovated and attractively furnished and has everything we could need. We especially appreciate having access to all the beach stuff- towels, chairs, boogie boards, etc. The location on a very quiet street within walking distance to the beach is also a big plus. Richard responds quickly and is easy to communicate with. We will be back next summer if they'll have us again!

The cottage was clean and comfortable and the location/neighborhood was terrific. Air conditioning would have been great to deal with the dampness at times but the fans kept the place comfortable enough. We will return next vacation! Loved the area as well and the guide book that Norm provided was a great help/addition.

Great little bungalow in a wonderful location. We stayed in January but I imagine it to be a bustling little community in the summer season! We can’t wait to checking it out then! The space is very clean with all that is needed for a comfortable stay. Kathy was very kind and communicated extremely well prior to and during our stay. Highly recommend staying here!
