Great little house! Great host!

This was such a great house… absolutely loved the space and the location and it was a great set up. The only thing that wasn’t great was the mattresses on the bed. They were extremely firm and wasn’t comfortable at all but other than that it was perfect

I traveled alone to Memphis with my two dogs, so I wanted to make sure I was in a decent neighborhood. Theresa and Russ assured me that this was safe, and I also confirmed the neighborhood with someone in the trip advisor forum. I’m so glad I stayed here! First of all, the place is just cute as it can be and so tastefully decorated. Everything was carefully arranged, well thought out and clean. And the back yard was so wonderful for both the dogs and I. They loved chasing the squirrels and birds and I loved the Edison bulb patio lights and patio. The yard was large and fenced in. The hiuse was just a few blocks from Overton park/the zoo/college of art/Memphis museum of art, also Overton Square and Coopers Young area for dining. It was also only about five miles to downtown. Finally, Theresa and Russ were so kind and left hostess gifts for my dogs and I. The dog scarves are a keepsake. They gave recommendations on where we could dine together and were patient in answering my questi

Absolutely beautiful place. Logan was super responsive and helpful throughout the whole stay. Was able to easily accommodate our large group. Wouldn’t mind coming back to this place for another stay.

This place is the definition of a hidden gem and masterpiece. The hosts are so thoughtful with every detail of the until. From the fresh baked bread to the book detailing the restoration process, this place is special. The unit has everything one would need and is extremely cozy while being easy to find. I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone traveling to or through Memphis.

We had a wonderful stay at Don's place, and couldn't ask for a nicer host! We were in town for a basketball game at FedEx and the house was convenient to downtown and everything we needed. It's the best decorated Airbnb I've stayed in, with antiques and art, and the beds are comfortable too. They are very animal friendly. Check in and checkout was super easy, and Don is a really nice guy to talk to.

We had a peaceful stay. Everyone in the area were friendly. It even snowed a bit. Highly recommend if you need an extended stay.

I truly can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay was as well as how friendly and accommodating Stephanie is! Our needs were exceeded by her willingness and ability to help during a stressful time! Thank you so much Stephanie!!!! Her place is well organized, clean, safe, quiet and most of all comfortable! The bed is Amazing! I haven’t slept that well in some time! The house is central to downtown and all attractions that Memphis has to offer… The stay is highly recommended and worth every dollar spent! The neighborhood is peaceful and secure while grocery shopping is a short couple minute drive. Great vacation stay!

Very beautiful and clean home. Nice and peaceful, exactly as described. The owners are so nice and very responsive. The airport lost my luggage and the host was very helpful with making sure I had my personal needs so I can still shower and get fresh. I will definitely only choose this place when returning to Memphis!

JR'S place exceeded expectations! The condo was super clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved how close everything was and that we literally parked our car when we got there and didn't need it again until we left town. We loved our stay and hope to be back!

Very clean, quiet and roomy space. Spent two nights, we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The location is great, right next to the National Civil Rights Museum. Christopher was very responsive, and provided clear instructions. Would highly recommend.

This was my second stay.... And I love it! .... It's like my home away from home! This will be my spot every time I come back to my hometown of Memphis. I LOVE IT... I would like to ask that Andrew add a cherry on top of stay and add a floor length mirror so I could see my fashion ensembles when getting dressed...lol

The apartment was large and spacious. It had virtually everything we needed although as Europeans a kettle would have been nice. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment was tastefully decorated. We heard footsteps in the upstairs apartment both mornings, and although it didn't bother us, the soundproofing wasn't great. The location is easily walkable to Beale Street and there are lovely restaurants within a stone's throw of the place. We would have no hesitation in recommending this to anyone looking for a central Memphis location.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is within walking distance to Beale Street, FedEx Forum, the Orpheum, the Civil Rights museum and more. The apartment was very cute and clean and our hosts were super responsive, friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

I had an amazing time in Memphis during my stay, and this reservation made it better! I was near the FedEx Forum, Beale Street, and everything else that I needed access to. Andrew communicated effectively and promptly while hosting ; and I appreciate him for that also. I would EASILY reserve this location on my next stay in Memphis.

It was wonderful to be in the heart of Downtown Memphis. Close to restaurants and the huge river park. Because i travel for work and i have photography equipment, it was a plus that the parking spot is gated. I loved everything.

We enjoyed our stay, the house was very clean, the brewery and restaurant across the street had the best bar food by far on our trip (bbq nachos) Jason was responsive when the fire alarm chirped. We’d stay again. Keep in mind both bedrooms are upstairs
