East Memphis : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

This place is in Central Gardens, a historic neighborhood in Midtown. We felt like the neighborhood was safe. This home is close to restaurants, and grocery stores, and is easily accessible to local sights such as Sun Records, The Civil Rights Museum, Beale Street, Mud Island, and various Memphis BBQ restaurants. We found the place to be well-decorated. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which was a plus. There is also a half bath on the first floor. We also appreciated the garage where we could park two cars inside (with a little work). Other pluses were the fenced and private backyard and the responsiveness of Mac and Zach.

Great place, very clean. It had everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked with all pots and pans and storage containers. Appliances are all new and worked perfectly. Location is in a residential area, but very close to restaurants and shopping. Beds were new and comfortable.

We selected this beautiful home because of its size and proximity to relatives in the neighborhood. We were not disappointed! It was comfortable, roomy, and a short walk to my sister’s home. Parking was easy, as was access to the property. The only glitch came two weeks before our stay when our host informed us the home had been double booked. He offered us an alternate location, which we opted not to take. After much back and forth communication, Gabe honored our original reservation and left us a thoughtful welcome gift. We would definitely stay at this lovely home again!

This was our third time staying at Michelle and Randy's place. It was just as inviting and comfortable as it was before. We were there during Christmas, as we were last year, and having the place so beautifully decorated was a big plus. The location is perfect for us. Grocery stores and restaurants are a short drive or within walking distance. We attended the Liberty Bowl game, and the stadium is only 2 miles away. And after a long day it was nice to have the hot tub in the back yard.

This was a great home base for our visit to Memphis. It was quiet, safe and clean. The kitchen was very well stocked with lots of extras. Alfred was great - very responsive and proactively helpful. We’ll stay here again!

Our stay was wonderful. The guest house was perfect for what we needed.

We loved celebrating my daughter’s birthday at Sean’s beautiful home. The house is so nice and open, with large rooms, tall ceilings and windows. Our girls had a blast singing karaoke and having their slumber party all upstairs while the moms hung out and slept in the nice bedrooms downstairs. Highly recommend this rental for a girl’s weekend.

Great overall experience! We liked the off street parking, the local recommendation, and the space was as shown. We did have a minor issue but Stephanie was quick to respond and had a solution ready to go. There was a grocery store and pub in walking distance that we liked. Easy to get around to other places as well. Thanks!

Don was incredibly friendly and sweet. The place had a lovely old chime that you hardly come across these days. This Airbnb was basically and upstairs condo. It had 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen and living room. Overall great place and if Iam ever back in town, I would stay here again 100%.

The place was beautiful. It was like walking into an antique. The place was beautifully and tastefully decorated with a beautiful Holiday theme (but not religious, if that matters to anyone), and came with a record player and some old LP’s. It was very clean and it feels like Julie thought of every amenity possible. Julie was very accessible and responded to any questions that I had very promptly. We came for the Liberty Bowl and the house was located next to everything that I wanted to do. It was only a few minutes drive to the Liberty Bowl stadium, the Bass Pro pyramid and Beale St. I would love to return to Memphis for next year’s Liberty Bowl and stay here again!

Place was great! Used this unit for a month with no issues. Definitely will keep in mind when staying around that area again.

Amit was incredibly kind throughout our stay. He allowed us to check in early without us even sending him a message about it first. Complimentary waters and snacks were provided. Lastly, Amit went above and beyond to be available. All you have to do is send a message and he’s on it. Would recommend this place to anyone and will be back!

We were in town for my daughter's cheer competition, and everything was perfect. We felt right at home in the quiet neighborhood and would definitely book Halsey Flat again. My daughter loved the cats 🐈! Super cute place to stay!🫶🏽

unique Memphis location. close to Hotel Lorraine, Beale street and downtown beautiful place with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. only drawback is the stairs to access the living area a little hard for older people.

This was an extremely new and well designed condo. It was close to Beall and everything going on in downtown.

Mallory and Tripp are excellent hosts. They were very responsive to our questions and the place was absolutely perfect!

Can’t beat the location of this condo! Right in the heart of downtown and walking distance to a ton of great restaurants/bars. The space is perfect for 1-2 people! The entrance to the unit from the street has an additional digital lock that requires a separate code provided by the host. It definitely makes the space extra secure and comfortable for guests. As always, It was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the condo was equipped with anything I needed during my stay. 10/10 🌟

Great place to stay if your visiting Memphis for vacation or business.

This is a beautiful condo. When you get in, you will feel right at home. The hostesses were very responsive. I recommend this location for anyone coming to Memphis. It is close to everything (shopping centers, the regional mall, and restaurants). AND it is unbelievably quiet.

This condo was beautiful! It had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. It was an easy walk to Beale and FedEx Forum. Christopher provided detailed instructions for every step of check-in, check-out and parking. The private, gated parking was a fantastic bonus! It was a great visit!
