The house was perfect-great location and large enough for the 4 of us. Jaison got back to us right away if we had any questions. Super easy to find and check in to. Again, the location was perfect for quick uber rides to Broadway and many other places!!

Great place. New build and spacious. Great layout. The rooftop hangout with hot tub was a nice touch. The host was great and reached out several times during our stay to make sure everything was good and to let us know he was there if we needed anything. The house is a little under 2 miles from downtown so ubers were needed to get where we needed to go but was never a problem. When we come back to nashville someday, i would definately stay here again.

This was our third visit to this home and it has never disappointed. It’s a great place for a large family with plenty of room for all. The host is attentive and communicates often. Looking forward to returning!

The home is huge, well equipped and in a great location in East Nashville.

We had a very nice time on this trip; the home was perfect for our family get-together. Our host was available, responsive, and pleasant to deal with. The accommodations were clean and spacious. I would definitely recommend this home and hope to stay here again.

Was the perfect place for a quick February getaway. 3 blocks from Broadway and 2 from the Hall of Fame. The unit had everything we needed.

Randy + Diane truly had the loveliest place in a great location. Me, my boyfriend and our two friends had the best stay and it was the perfect space for the four of us. The place itself is great and honestly looked better than the photos! If you're planning on spending a lot of time downtown, the distance does cause the cost of ride shares to really add up. But if you want more of a retreat and plan to mostly stay in the room (or have a car), it's a great option!

We absolutely loved this place, and will be back! Bekah was great at responding, gave us a couple recommendations, and check in/check out was as smooth as could be. Would recommend this place to anyone traveling to Nashville!

Un gran lugar! No tuvimos ningún inconveniente! Una zona espectacular, tranquila y un departamento ideal para una familia! Todo funcionando muy bien y con calefacción necesaria en invierno! Los dos baños dan privacidad y tener espacio con 2 recámaras y un sofá cama nos ayudó mucho con dos hijos adolescentes que quieren tener su espacio. La zona universitaria también es un extra que nos dejó muy contentos. El centro de la ciudad a unos minutos al igual que las arenas y estadios deportivos. Nuestros anfitriones excelentes!

Great location, convenient to the stadiums and downtown activities. The host was responsive to our communication and the condo had everything we needed for our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this cute and cozy condo with its beautiful view of the river. Close to everything we wanted to do but away from the hustle and bustle. We felt right at home!

Stayed on my own for a few days over New Years. House was clean and very comfortable. I very much like the space and the view. Had everything I needed. Bed was comfy. The location was great. More of an up-and-coming area of town, so not super populated with other visitors, but I found it easy to hop on my bike and navigate around to Broadway or Bicentennial Park. The area is quiet and well-lit for the most part, so I felt safe. Loved having a designated off-street parking spot within sight of the condo. Would definitely stay again! Thank you.
