Lovely home in quiet neighborhood that is easily walkable to the city center, supermarket and parks Host was welcoming and gave a tour of the property when we arrived Clean and comfortable for us, our two young adult kids and two friends Highly recommend!

Family really enjoyed our stay and we are looking forward to do it again and again

I stayed at this wonderful property for a few days right after getting married, kicking off my honeymoon while also showing my new in-laws some of the best parts of the UK. The entire family had a great time here—it’s clean, very spacious, and truly felt like home. We did run into a minor issue with a bathroom leak (a bit of bad luck on my part, I suppose), but the host was incredibly responsive and did everything they could to resolve it quickly. I really appreciate how it was handled and am grateful for the prompt attention. Overall, I highly recommend this lovely property. If I’m ever in Edinburgh again with family or friends, I’d definitely check if this place is available before considering other options in the Old Town area. A big thank you to the superhosts for your kindness, patience, and excellent communication in making sure everything went smoothly during our stay. 🙏🙏♥️

J avais hésité à m éloigner un peu de la vieille ville ! Je ne regrette pas du tout mon choix ! Le temps était avec nous et nous avons pu profiter du jardin et de la terrasse de Usman ! La maison est très agréable, au calme !!! 3 chambres spacieuses, 2 salle de bain , 3 toilettes ! Cuisine indépendante et salon ! Usman est très disponible et super réactif !!! Nous sommes arrivés tard ! Notre premier petit déjeuner nous attendait… La maison est à 2 minutes à pied d un petit supermarché et très bien desservie en bus !!! Il en passe toutes les 5 min pour la vieille ville et on y est entre 20 et 40 min selon les heures et les bus …

Jamie is an absolutely lovely host and the flat is beautiful and spotless. The bus stop right outside is very handy, also the Co Op just around the corner. Not the most salubrious area but nice and quiet. Would definitely stay there again, an ideal base for exploring Edinburgh.

The apartment was easy to find, it is not in the city centre but there are bus stops nearby. We needed to take a bus very early in the morning to the airport and it was easy. The apartment is comfortable and large enough for four people. It is well furnished to have meals in the house. We enjoyed the welcome pack in the fridge. The conservatory and the rear garden are lovely. Enjoy your stay there!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property - it has so much more to offer than a typical property! We loved the games room, the sauna and hot tub. We stayed here for a couple of nights but we could’ve stayed so much longer. The accommodation is perfect for a large group, each room is well equipped and there are plenty of bathrooms. The living areas are spacious and beautifully decorated. We really loved this property! We are already thinking of reasons to go back! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

What a wonderful host! Jon was super helpful and communicative, as well as laid back and made sure we were right at home. The place was lovely. Clean sheets and super comfy beds, as well as cozy and warm. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials for cooking. He also has the nicest shower I’ve EVER had! It’s on a private, quiet street with lots of cafes and pubs nearby and as described in terms of distance to the city centre/castle etc. We walked there and it didn’t feel too long. 10/10 would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a lovely, home away from home, in one of the most beautiful cities in the world! Lovely stay at Sam’s beautiful apartment! 4 adults and a dog and it still felt spacious and comfortable! The flat is beautifully decorated, with everything you could need, and having the private garden to sit out and enjoy the sunshine was lovely. Really couldn’t recommend Sam’s apartment more, perfect location for walking to Pittenweem harbour/centre and a short drive to other beautiful spots along the coast. We will definitely be back!

We had a great stay in Jays house. Everything at hand for anything that you need to make a great stay. We found the bed very comfortable gave us a great nights sleep. Location was excellent plenty of bars & cafes within minutes walk and we were in the heart of the city within 20 minutes. Very close to ULEZ so make sure you plan your journey and skirt around it I otherwise it’s a £60/30 fine.

Excellent layout and location. Very clean and well appointed. Communication was very straightforward to access the apartment and for Wi-Fi, etc. Our family of four was very satisfied and would highly recommend. Walking distance to everything.

Very satisfied. Lovely little place in a great spot. Lots of parking on the streets around the property - took us a moment to work out we could just diagonal park right on the high street. Just a few doors down from an excellent fish and chip shop, and a short walk to the Crail Pottery. Comfy bed and good facilities.

We had a wonderful weekend with friends at Sally’s place. Absolutely superb location, very central to everything we had booked. Cosy, clean and comfortable. Sally was quick to respond when I contacted her during our stay, thanks.

The host was very helpful and the apartment was great and as described. Quiet neighborhood, playground/park area by the beach 5 mins away from the flat - it was perfect for us. also great transport connection for Edinburgh

Amazing property In a perfect location, just a 10 minute walk from the city centre. The flat had everything we needed for a weekend get away. very well priced and worth every penny, the place is immaculate and the beds are heavenly. Samantha is an outstanding host, very kind and wonderful to talk to, we foolishly locked ourselves out of the apartment at 4am, Samantha instantly picked up the phone and helped us !

Anne and Guy’s home was very clean and in a picturesque location! Our favorite part was the river view and seating area in the back garden. We could not have asked for a better spot perfectly located near St Andrews and Dundee. Street parking can be a challenge with road construction nearby, but we were able to easily find a spot right outside the home. They were very responsive to any questions we had throughout our stay.

Miramar was homely, clean and stylishly presented and just like photos. Several outside seating areas so you can always catch the sun and in a very peaceful area. The apartment has off-street parking. Very accessible with the beach, shop, pub, cafe and restaurant all within a short walk. Karen is very friendly and helpful and provided just about everything you could need. Thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay and would definitely recommend to others.

Great location and nice place for a small family. Like the other reviews mention, a bit noisy at night due to restaurants and pubs below and a good number of stairs up to the apartment but neither was really a problem.

We enjoyed staying at Brian's for a few nights while in Edinburgh. The place was very clean, neat, with lovely bathroom, kitchen organised with everything you need, big living rooms, and dining space. It was very easy to park and the instructions we received were very clear, the place easy to find and the bus station that took us to the centre just 2 minutes away. Brian was communicative, friendly and our stay was so nice that we think we'll return there again when you we back to Edinburgh. Thank you very much. A real pleasure!! 5 stars!!

We were so happy to have stayed here. A cosy and pretty house, very small but has exactly everything you need on a holiday! Location was also great, just in between Edinburgh old Town, and Leith. Both walkable and on the way to either loads of nice shops and restaurants and pubs too! We had a lovely time!
