The property met our requirements which was within walking distance to my daughter's. A very comfortable property with the space that we needed. Alison was a great host and would certainly stay here again.

I went to Cygnet Cottage with my three friends. We chose this home because we love places that are obviously cared for and quirky and Charles’ home surpassed our expectations. It’s right to say that the photos are accurate but they don’t fully capture the charm beauty and interest that we found. There is a lovely garden in front and at the back and some beautiful sparkly lights which added some more magic. We will be back! Communication was excellent and we had a lovely relaxing break.

We stayed as a group of 6 (2 kids, a couple, a set of grandparents.... and a small pup). The house coped well for a 4 night Xmas break away. There was just about enough room for the 6 of us. The house was well equipped, and beds were comfortable. We had a small issue with the boiler (the electrics had reset after a storm earlier in the week), and we notified the host and it was sorted within the hour. The owner came by and fixed it for us. We ate dinner one night in the Wheatsheaf (next door), it was great value, the food was tasty and the service was good. We did book, not sure about walk ins. We sampled 2 other pubs in the village during our stay (about a 10 min walk) - The Pear Tree and the Curzon Arms. Both lovely, good menus, and a nice bar area if you just fancy a drink. We didn't use the hot tub as it was empty when we arrived, and nobody had the will or patience to sort it out. The house is perfect for a quiet getaway in the countryside.

Cherie’s place was beautiful. Clearly renovated to a high standard it was classy and upmarket and was perfect for a group of friends to explore Cambridge. Roomy enough to spend a night in and close enough to town to enjoy the city centre. The house has everything you’d want and super comfy beds! We’ll def be coming back here!

This house is beautiful and perfect for our uni reunion. The kitchen is well stocked which we really appreciate and the garden is secure if you are bringing dogs. Love the “adult” living room - beautiful taste

Wonderful stay and brilliant location for what we wanted. Nice touch to provide picture guide of a nearby walk. A well looked after family home and all bedrooms were very large. Definitely would recommend

Place was exactly as advertised. Easy access and host communication great. Right on a bus stop or walkable to town centre. All in all great stay

I stayed here while doing research at Cambridge. The apartment was good for my needs, more spacious than the pictures make it seem. The host was very friendly and helped when needed. It's about a 30 minute walk from Cambridge but there is a bus stop right in front of the house and a large grocery right across the street which was great.

Lovely house, big rooms, comfy bed, gorgeous little doggo - what's not to like? Amanda was a great host, very welcoming and helpful. Also appreciate how dog friendly it was for our pooch. The flat is on the top floor of Amanda's b&b with its own kitchen and (huge!) bathroom. Great stay, thanks so much. If you're relying on the parking there, I'd recommend you talk to the host before you arrive to ensure there's space. We parked on the street which was no problem for us as free on the weekends. The breakfast smelled great - we'll be sure to book for bed and breakfast next time! Thanks again.

Adeola was very kind and respectful from the start and the house itself was amazing. It looks exactly like the picture and it was a very clean space. Everything worked as expected and the area around it is beautiful. There’s a Sainsbury’s a short walk away and a variety of shops that are a 7 minute drive away. This was my first time using the airbnb app so I was unsure about how check in would work but Adeola’s instructions were clear and perfect. Both my and my boyfriend really loved the stay and will be using the place again if we need it in the future. I would recommend this place for anyone who’s looking for a nice place to stay in a quiet environment. Thanks Adeola!!!

A beautiful apartment in the center of town, spotlessly clean with a perigrin falcon occasionally visible from the gorgeous afternoon suntrap of a balcony. I'm very happy to have found this spot so close to where some of my family live, I hope to be a repeat customer.

Very comfortable stay in Northampton

Lovely lodge in an excellent location. The lodge was much bigger than we were expecting. The bedrooms are a great size and had so much wardrobe space. Upstairs the kitchen was big and has everything you need for cooking and has a great variety of utensils. Lovely big comfy sofas and table and chairs in the living room. The lodge would fit a big family or two families comfortably. The site is lovely with a golf course, lake and good dog walking trail. There is also a pool and spa facilities that looked lovely but they were not open when we stayed. We will definitely come back here in the summer as it’s such a lovely location/site and it would be great to use the outside balcony/patio area and BBQ facilities. Marc is a great host and sent through lots of information before the stay and was very responsive to messages. We had friends staying at the site at the same time who had a smaller lodge, they loved ours and are also going to book in the summer. Would definitely recommend booking.

We had a lovely time at Sam's home. Myself and partner stayed with our 11 month baby, 2 year old, and 3 other family members. We all agreed that the good aspects of this home were VERY good and enabled us to have a brilliant time. The garden, pool and outdoor shower were the definite highlights of the stay. Inside the house was clean and the layout and space worked well for all 7 of us. As stated above, certain features of the stay were outstanding which is why we gave it 5 stars but there are a few aspects we felt could really take it to the next level. Not being able to flush toilet paper, electric bin not working, big crack in top landing window, bizarre food left in fridge, freezer and cupboards (beetroot in fridge, cat food in cupboards), door handle broken in downstairs bedroom leading to garden, dishwasher full on arrival, blinds not rolling down/up properly etc All things that are easily sorted and would ensure the same high standard throughout.

Me and my family had a lovely stay at David’s place for the weekend. A great spot in the heart of Loughborough but still on a quiet road. David was very responsive and helpful.

We had a great time here, a lovely cosy house with lots of character. Our guests loved the space which we used to have a musical gathering. Joy was very helpful with our questions about the house as we needed to ensure the space fitted our needs. Thank you 💛

Mr. Rocky was very responsive. We had a friendly host who is always keen to give clear instructions. The villa was neat and clean and exactly matches with the photos based on the listing. The villa is located in a peaceful area. I recommend this villa for those who want to enjoy a peaceful environment and homely feeling.
