I told Craig that I have heavy bags and he kindly offered to help me since there’s a few steps up to the apartment. He even came by and helped me with my heavy bags again and took me to the train station. The place fits two perfectly and it was very cozy and warm. Craig always answered my questions and replied to my emails. The neighbourhood was quiet and safe and I like that it’s away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Almost everything is close by; restaurants, groceries, shopping, etc. Thank you so much Craig.

Ideal for a short stay whilst working in the area. The host was welcoming, friendly and helpful. The accommodation had all that was needed and felt homely and well equipped.

A perfect place for us as my daughter’s flat is 5 mins away in the car. Loved the enclosed garden for the dogs and the private off street parking. Spotlessly clean and lovely and warm. For us it was ideal and we intend to come back however it would not be suitable for everyone. There is a lot of noise from the upstairs flat which didn’t bother us too much but would have been impossible eg with a small child. We came to the conclusion that there just isn’t any insulation between the upstairs and downstairs. We loved it so thank you x

Pete's house was incredibly peaceful. We made wonderful memories with my family. We unwound from the day's fatigue on the feather pillows and duvets. The house has many board games and a cozy atmosphere. I will come back again and will rent Pete's house again. The location is very close to bus stops, and you can reach the city center in 25-30 minutes on foot or 10 minutes by bus. Tesco is 10 minutes away, Starbucks 15 minutes, Lidl 15 minutes, and Pizza Hut 15 minutes. Thank you so much again, Pete.

Beautiful little apartment great value for money my second stay

Thank you for the stay, lovely home in the perfect location, just off Mill Road with a variety of choices. They were kind to allow an early checkin and communication was lovely, responding to any enquiries needed. Thank again for a wonderful stay and a chance to wind down in Cambridge.

The property met our requirements which was within walking distance to my daughter's. A very comfortable property with the space that we needed. Alison was a great host and would certainly stay here again.

This was a return visit to this spacious, well kept, tidy, clean home. Really pretty garden. Very easy to access from A1. Fiona is very helpful, welcoming and responsive.

We had a fantastic stay at this spacious house in Peterborough. The property was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s the perfect alternative to staying at a hotel—offering much more space and a homey atmosphere. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, ensuring our stay was smooth from start to finish. The place was great valued, in good area walkable to train station and pretty much all shops/restaurants. Well cleaned and felt very homely. Probably the best Airbnb for the price you’ll find in Nottingham. Also the host is very responsive and very helpful, gives straightforward clear instructions. Highly recommend 10/10

An amazing place with an exceptionally attentive and responsive host who went above and beyond to accommodate our early check-in. The space is beautifully decorated, spacious, and filled with thoughtful personal touches that make it feel like home. I stayed at this beautiful flat for 4 weeks. It was very comfortable, secure,warm and in an ideal location.The host Kate was lovely and could not have been more helpful and friendly.

A lovely apartment, in a nice and quiet area. The apartment was spotless on arrival, even with towels, coffee, tea, milk and biscuits. Fast WiFi and cable TV. The host's direction were perfect. Car parking seems secure. Shops and pubs were only a short walk away and the city centre is only a short drive away. The whole process of booking, check in and check out went very smoothly. Highly recommended. Thank you for making our stay very easy and enjoyable.

This might be my favorite stay ever. Perfect location for our purposes. The condo was immaculate and beyond well stocked. Definitely the most comfortable bed (firm) I’ve ever had in an Airbnb.

Really lovely stay, the place was immaculate and Dave/Debbie were really helpful. Really liked the little touches like milk in the fridge and some snacks as well. Was a really nice comfortable home away from home. Really enjoyed our stay, thanks guys!
