My family and I were back up north for the holidays and Suzanne's place was exactly what we were looking for. Great location - her residence is quiet and peaceful area, but very close walk to Washington St and all the restaurants and amenities that Hoboken has to offer. Also, very spacious apartment. More than enough room for my wife and I and our two young children. Suzanne was an accommodating host and quite responsive. Very lovely home and we would gladly stay there again.

Staying at Camila’s place was an absolute delight! The home is spotless, well-equipped, and located in a safe, quiet neighborhood – everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Camila is a fantastic host – super responsive, friendly, and full of great local tips and recommendations that made our trip even better. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Home was on a quiet street no noises to be heard other than the bells from the nearby church. home was dusty and seemed to need a good deep clean of vents and areas often overlooked. great value and location

We were looking for a place in Bergen County for a family of 5 for a few weeks. The house was perfect for us, with big rooms, equipped kitchen and clean bathrooms. It is in a nice neighborhood, quiet but close to everything we needed. The place felt like home. Ossi was very responsive and easy to communicate. She was very accommodating and was a great help. We highly recommend.

Gabriel was a fantastic host. Very responsive, friendly and proactive! I found myself tired after traveling and wasn’t looking forward to a grocery store run to grab some water, but was very pleased to find water bottles waiting in the fridge for me. It’s the little things such as this. This property had everything I needed and Gabriel made sure to include what was necessary to be comfortable.

Absolutely gorgeous Airbnb that is exactly as described! I am a clean freak and I have to stay this place was spotless, fresh, and clean! I have honestly never stayed in a Airbnb where I felt I could use the kitchen utensils/plates without washing them first until we stayed here. Also, the sheets were crisp white and fresh like a super nice hotel. Bottles of water, coffee, tea, and some candy were available when we arrived. To top it all off this place was dog friendly which made it feel even more like home. This place was a 10/10 for our NYC Half Marathon trip!!!! The only tiny downside was that it was a 18 min walk from the metro (3,4 lines) into manhattan, which was a little farther than we hoped. However, the nightly rate was great, it was homey, pet friendly, the host was accommodating/friendly/responsive/, the area was quiet, and the entire place was sparkling clean so the 18 mins walk was not a big deal at all for us. Highly recommend!!!!

This stay was one of the most peaceful stays I have ever had. It was clean easy to navigate and overall comfortable. My daughter had a great time and I didn’t have to worry about anything being in her way. She had plenty of space to spread out and enjoy space to herself. We will definitely be booking again.

What a great spot! We were so comfortable and relaxed in this quiet, pristine apartment in a Brooklyn brownstone. We appreciated the attention to detail and all of the thoughtful touches that ensured we had everything we could possibly need for a home away from home over the holidays. Greg was super responsive and gave us some helpful tips for getting around as well as some stellar restaurant recommendations! All in all, we had a phenomenal experience and can't wait to come back. Emily's place was perfect. Great location and Hoboken is a very cool city. Walkable, friendly area with easy access to PATH & NYC. Emily was an exceptional host. We got in town earlier than expected & she responded immediately to our text. She allowed us to drop off our luggage so we could explore while the place was being cleaned. We will definitely visit again!

Stayed for six nights, about an hour public commute to anywhere we planned to go with minimal walking. We had a couple issues but Brooke was very attentive and helpful and went above and beyond to help solve these! Pretty chilly but there was a space heater provided. Water pressure wasn’t great in the shower. Lots of decor and anything we would need in the unit! Parking was easy but they come through with the street sweeper so be prepared to move or take the ticket. Overall a great stay!!

We had a a great time in NJ. Jose is an amazing host. Nice patio and BBQ! Close to bus stop and nice restaurants. We had a car and so did the suite downstairs. This made it tricky at times to use the tandem garage. The noise from the downstairs renters could easily be heard as well. Thanks for having us Jose!

Dina & Ed have a really nice one bedroom apartment. It’s spacious, clean and has all you need for a short or long term stay. The kitchen is fully stocked as well with all you need. Thank you.

Stayed 4 days at Cecia’s place and it was wonderful! She was very helpful with the whole process! The place had everything you need ! Her husband came out and helped me with the parking pass and gave me great recommendations and clear instructions on how to catch the bus to head to manhattan. For anyone looking for a place to stay while visiting New York this is the perfect spot away from the hectic city but close and convenient enough to get to with the bus stop being about 3 minutes walking distance! Definitely will be booking Cecia’s home again if available next time I visit!

Peter met my son at the door upon arrival. Responsive to all texts. Allowed us to move in as early as possible. Very good location. Walked to Prospect Park, easy to walk to subway to Manhattan, safe neighborhood, cute coffee shop just down the block. Great to feel like we’re living in Broomkyn for the weeken!

My family & I enjoyed our stay at David’s! Getting into the building was very easy due to the clear instructions we were provided. The place was clean and provided the essentials. It was a quick 10 minute walk to the HBLR station to get in to NYC. We hope to be back soon!!

We had a wonderful stay! Plenty of room to unwind after a long day in the city. Everything was clean was absolutely gorgeous. My 8 year old used the word “spiffy” when we walked in. Anthony was very friend and a great communicator. We have a lovely time!!

Michael was an amazing host. Super responsive and helpful! Also, the space itself was fantastic. Had such a great stay at his place, very clean, well stocked and so close to everything.

My family and I had a blast staying at Erika’s place! It looked even better in person. This was my families first time experiencing New Jersey. Transportation is only down the street at walking distance and local markets are easy to get to. She also provided some games such as Uno, connect four, and Jenga for those rainy days we decided to stay in. I would love to come back again!

This place is exactly as described. Lovely lower floor apartment in great condition with all the essentials. The host always responded to our questions and accommodated our unusual check-in and checkout. Location wise, it's only a 5 minute walk to the Danforth light rail station. From there you within 5-6 stops to World Trade Center and every other subway connection. If I could give this place a 4.99 out of 5 I would. There is a residence above the property that we guess worked shifts as they were up and about every morning at 4am. It wasn't an unreasonable amount of noise but it was noticable at times. Also, at times the furnace would kick in. I think this was also for the upstairs but it's located downstairs and can be a little noisy at times. Again, this wasn't unreasonable and it wouldn't stop me returning but it might be worth mentioning to other guests. Overall, a gem of a property, perfectly located for anyone looking for easy access to NYC

Ann was super responsive! We needed a location within walking distance of the Nike Indoor Track & Field Armory and this was a great location. There are restaurants, diners, and stores within blocks. The place was clean, had coffee, great bathroom products, and we felt safe. The patio was an added bonus. Would recommend! If we have an opportunity to come back, we would book again. Thanks, Ann

I booked this Airbnb for my Fiance’s surprise bachelor weekend in Jersey City/New York. It was very spacious to accommodate 6 men and they each had their own space as well. They loved the rooftop balcony and how conveniently located the property was to all the places they were going to that weekend. Parking was a bit to figure out but nothing a little patience and short walk can’t handle. Highly Recommend!!
