The cottage was very clean and comfortable, perfect for two. Great value for money. Very convenient being on the ground floor as difficulty with stairs. The welcome pack of bread, butter, milk, tea and coffee was much appreciated The cottage is very near to pubs and fish & chip shops and a co-op supermarket. Highly recommend Chequers.

Wonderful property in such a fabulous location. A minutes walk from the beach was just brilliant. Lots of space for our entire party to spread out and enjoy Thoroughly reccomend

Fantastic apartment within easy walking distance to York city. Richard met us on our first day, and we were able to check in sooner too. Excellent off street secure private parking. Apartment was spotless, just and advised and was warm and welcoming. Would most definitely recommend! Thank you Richard!

Helen was a fantastic host and she has clearly put a lot of thought and hard work into designing this apartment. She was in touch to give clear instructions for checking in and checking out. The attention to detail was really impressive and the apartment had a real luxury feel - from designer kitchen gadgets, alexa and even the smell - Jo Malone 😍 The location of the apartment is excellent - its right beside the cathedral and just a few minutes walk from the city centre. I cannot recommend this place enough, you will not be disappointed. We will be back!

Stayed here for a work break and it was the perfect location. The flat is super quiet, which made it ideal for online meetings on Zoom and Teams – the internet connection was reliable throughout my stay. Since I spent a lot of time indoors, I really appreciated how cosy and comfortable it was, making it an excellent base. The cleanliness was outstanding – I was so impressed, I even hoovered a few times myself to keep it spotless! York is a lovely city that I visit a couple of times a year, and this flat definitely made my stay even more enjoyable. I also felt quite safe as a woman on my own there and walking around in the local area. I highly recommend this flat!

Extremely pleased with apartment-exactly as shown and described on the web-site. Very tastefully furnished. So easy to walk into the city. Cannot fault in any way. Amanda has an apartment to be very proud of. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to York.

A lovely, location. Close to everything we wanted to visit. Quite, clean, warm and well equipped. Beds comfy, living and dining area fab and well appointed. Bath room spacious and shower fab. would definitely recommend and would 100% stay again.

Our first Air B&B stay and we were really impressed! Well equipped, clean, comfortable apartment 5 minute taxi ride into York City Centre. You could definitely walk this too if you wanted. Parking no trouble, we parked right outside. Sainsburys a very short walk round the corner. Host was quick to reply if we needed anything but the instructions were very thorough on how to use everything. Heating / shower etc. 10/10 would highly recommend. Thank you!

We had a brilliant 1 night stay here! Really clean and spacious, lovely garden area and the pool table in the room was great! We will be booking again soon!

Excellent weekend stay, apartment was super clean and tidy. We loved the fact it was dog friendly! The apartment is easily accessible and situated above a row of shops, I expected a little noise however it was very peaceful and quiet the whole weekend. The large bed was a little too soft for us to sleep on (but that is personal preference). There were snacks & milk left out for us which was great. Would stay again!

Everything about the flat was perfect. Wonderful decor and furnishings and the little courtyard was a bonus as we were able to sit outside in the morning sun. My daughter is disabled and e everything was totally accessible for her. Clearly a lot of thought has gone into this.Well done Jason. Have already booked again.

The biggest plus with the property is the location and the private parking space. It is a short walk from the centre of York and all the attractions. The accommodation is clean and has everything that is required.

What a lovely spacious apartment with lots of natural light coming through the large windows. Spotlessly clean throughout and only a pleasant 10-min walk to the heart of York (Tip: Throughout the day you can cut through the Museum Gardens to get to the centre of town). The host Lisa was very friendly and responsive and we would definitely love to stay again. The city has lots to offer, with many nice pubs and restaurants. Many thanks Lisa!

Jodie did everything she could to ensure we had a great stay, which we did. The flat is as described and very central in Beverley. Having a private parking space is a real bonus in a town centre with no free parking nearby. Very comfortable accommodation and the shower was great with excellent water pressure! Great value for money for a solo or couple looking to explore the town for a few nights.

This beautiful apartment is just a short walk from the heart of York. We will definitely be staying again.

i stay at many places, all over the UK, and this one by far, is one of the best value for money Studios, it has everything you need, and is spacious and smart. have now booked it for the remainder of my stay here. absolutely fantastic.

We had a lovely New Year at Victoria's house. we managed to squeeze our 2 cars on the private parking which was great - and they arnt small. The house is close to York city centre if you wish to walk 25 mins or get a taxi it's only about £6-8. Her home is spacious and homely, great to have tvs in most bedrooms to please everyone, especially the kids! Hot tub was fabulous 👌 a great hit at the end of the day. Thankyou again, definitely recommend.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Rebecca's Airbnb! The space was lovely, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean, making our trip truly special. Rebecca was an exceptional host—kind, responsive, and incredibly accommodating. She graciously allowed us a late checkout, which made our departure so much more relaxed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend staying with her!

Jayden was the most helpful, wonderful host. The apartment was amazing. We asked a few days before we arrived if there was a clothes airer at the apartment and Jayden said there wasn’t but he could get one for us. When we arrived a brand new airer was there! Jayden was mega responsive and proactive when we asked anything. The apartment was just like the photos and all the listed items were there. We I’ll definitely be booking to stay again next time we are going to the area. Thank you for a fabulous stay!
