A lovely cottage with everything you need and some lovely additional extras including a grocery package, robes in each bedroom and of course the hot tub. The technology was great as was the record player with all the LP's.

I had a fantastic stay at this charming cottage! The setting was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The highlight was definitely the hot tub—soaking under the stars was an unforgettable experience. The cottage itself was cozy, well-equipped, and spotless. The horses and chickens added to the feeling of a countryside retreat. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a tranquil getaway!

The property is most definitely worth the money we had a lovely time in rose cottage it was comfortable clean and very easy to stay in our dogs loved it and so did we the hot tub and welcome hamper was lovely Tony was on hand through out the holiday thank you it was lovely we will be back if you will have us 🥰

We had a lovely 3 day stay at the lampost, we was greeted at the door with a warm and welcome host, that had set up a welcome basket with goodies and some special birthday gifts as a lovely touch. There was everything you could think or ask for whilst we was there, local shops, bars and restaurants with a short drive or bus journey away. The lampost was beautiful, peaceful and relaxing place that we would highly recommend! ***** 5 star Luxury

An absolute gem! We’re a bit fussy, but can honestly say this place was our favourite Airbnb ever. Charming village and surrounds and the cottage was exceptional. The little luxe touches (nice Champagne, for one thing) rounded out the perfection.

We had a wonderful time, there is so much to do and the cottage is lovely. We all remarked how big the place is because the pictures just did not do it justice. We'll definitely be coming back!!

Me and my girlfriend stayed here recently and we had a lovely relaxing stay. The cottage is set in a beautiful location with amazing views and lovely decor. The hot tub and the wood burner were lovely touches and made our stay very comfortable and cosy! It's situated in a great place if you're planning to explore the nearby towns and cities too. Thank you for a beautiful stay, hope to stay here again in the future!

We stayed in Groom’s cottage for the weekend and couldn’t fault it. The cottage was immaculate and Elley and her family were lovely hosts. She greeted us on arrival and explained everything to us. We had everything we needed and the welcome hamper was such a lovely touch. Elley even went the extra mile for us and provided baby items that made our stay so much easier. We would highly recommend this beautiful cottage to anyone. Perfect place to explore the local village and felt so homely. We took our fox red Labrador with us who loved the garden area to play in and the surrounding circular walks. We can’t wait to go back! X

Beautiful cottage, very spacious and extremely well set up. Everything we could have needed was there from games and puzzles, to dishwasher tablets, dog bowls and herbs and spices! Comfortable beds, good showers, warm and cosy rooms - nothing not to like! Would definitely stay again and wished we were staying for longer. Angela was also really helpful and responsive and the whole check-in/out process was as easy as could be. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful time at Charlie’s Barn. It is in a perfect location to explore lots of areas across Yorkshire. Homely space and Liesa was really helpful and friendly. Fantastic recommendations for local dog friendly pubs too, that serve delicious food! We hope to revisit Charlie’s Barn in the future.

Fantastic place. Everything thought out for our stay including good directions to get there. Fabulous facilities. Spotlessly clean. Great parking Lovely building surroundings and great to have a fab cafe in the plant nursery next door Handy for exploring N Yorkshire. Will stay again and would recommend!

We had a great couple of nights in Lindsey's cottage. The downstairs bedroom and bathroom was great for anyone with mobility issues as the stairs are really steep. We had everything we needed. There's a lovely walk from the door through the fields to the beach (about 15 mins) or you can walk down the road through the holiday park to the beach (about 10 mins). The pub next door was handy and there is a games room that the kids enjoyed. There are no shops within walking distance apart from a farm on the way in which has a vending machine where you can buy meat, milk and eggs so bring supplies with you. Easy 10 minute drive into Bridlington. Very dog friendly with nice garden.

We had a lovely weekend break at primrose cottage! So clean and had everything we needed. The beach and restaurant recommendations from Sam were really helpful! Would definitely recommend this place.

We stayed at Fairfax Cottage for Christmas and it was just perfect. We had a lovely time and enjoyed good walks. A great location for meeting up with friends and family in North Yorks.

I have stayed in this delightful cottage on numerous occasions whilst visiting family in the area. It is my favourite place to stay on Airbnb. I look forward to returning soon.

An absolute GEM of a place! Copper cottage is immaculately clean! Peggy has extensive knowledge of all the needs of differently abled people and there is plenty of room to move around with a wheelchair or walking stick in the cottage. The Christmas tree field was a bonus to view and walk around - really magical. Our dog loved the local walks and there are great dog friendly cafes etc, nearby. The garden is huge and my daughter enjoyed the swing! My only complaint is that I didn't book it for longer! Do not hesitate to book!

Fantastic place to stay , Louise was welcoming and couldnt do enough for us. Nice location in the countryside and quiet.

This was a fantastic property and was crisp and clean. We were only in the area for a day and it more or less suited our needs. The check in was easy and Kate, from the shop, very pleasant. There was a nice breakfast basket waiting for us and it was lovely and warm. The 2 bedrooms and en suites are almost identical - I didn’t find the pillows very comfortable as they were a bit thin. It was disappointing there wasn’t a walk from the door where we could take the dogs as the main road was too busy. Some lovely walks nearby though so I wouldn’t entertain paying the £5 to hire a fenced field, that was offered.

Well Cottage is an absolute sanctuary and we feel very lucky to have stayed there and met the wonderful hosts and family. Everything was completely flawless, from the helpful instruction video before we arrived, the welcome pack of fresh eggs, apple juice and sourdough bread, to the impeccably decorated home with everything we could have possibly needed for a perfect stay. The family have created something truly special for guests to enjoy and it is evident that it has been a real labour of love. We were made to feel so welcome by Guy, Tracey and all the family and we didn't want to leave! Thank you so much and we will definitely be back. Misty and Craig xXx

We had a wonderful stay at Vanessa’s home in Bishopthorpe. It was such a comfortable and homely stay for the week; such an open and spacious cottage with a pretty garden in view. Everything was thought of by Vanessa to make our stay memorable. She was helpful and responsive to our questions, the cottage was clean, the beds very comfortable and she made local recommendations for our stay. The Kit Kats, bread, local milk, coffee and tea were a special treat. We’d love to come back one day!
