We had a wonderful stay at this impeccably clean and inviting home. Nestled in the peaceful countryside, it offers the perfect isolated escape for relaxation. Communication with the hosts was seamless, ensuring a smooth experience. Do plan ahead for supplies, as it’s a bit far from shopping centers. We highly recommend this serene haven and would gladly return!

Lovely and typical Yorkshire cottage, very well furnished and equipped. The real log burning stove plenty of wood survive was a real bonus. We would highly recommend Joy’s cottage.

Great experience for a real life in quiet and beautiful countryside of Yorkshire. Very clean and cosy room, easy check in and easy communication with Louise.

Semi-rural. No pub or shops near the village where the accommodation is - but within 10 minutes drive of Selby and York Outlet . Long country road to the house but adds to the journey - lovely drive through some woods and fields. Quiet. Judy is very helpful, funny and a warm friendly person. If you need advice on local area she is very approachable.

Booked last minute and the host, Caroline, was very quick to respond and help me. We had a 50th birthday celebration, the house was great for a large number of guests and the lodge was excellent for our party. We especially liked the hot tub. We had a great stay, thank you.

Would 100% recommend to friends and would love to come back. Loved our stay at Dale Farm, beautiful surroundings and perfect for coastal days out.

We stayed as a family and the kids loved feeding the birds outside the caravan and meeting the sheep with Amanda. We loved watching and listening to nature around the reedbed, the highlights being the booming bittern at dawn and dusk, listening to owls and watching the marsh harrier. The place is well located for both getting out in nature and visiting nearby Hull. Thank you for the warm welcome and sharing your lovely place with us.

We had such a wonderful stay! Ella was absolutely lovely—so responsive and welcoming, and no request was too much trouble. We felt very safe in the area, which made our stay even more relaxing. Our puppy was spoiled with treats, and the fenced garden was perfect for him to run around freely, giving us complete peace of mind. The house itself was spotless, tidy, and had beautiful finishing touches that made it feel extra special. We also really appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and the generous supply of logs for the fire, which made for some cosy evenings. Would absolutely recommend this place and would love to return!

The whole place was beautiful. It was so peaceful and surrounded by stunning gardens and cute wildlife. As we were approaching the property we saw two small rabbits which set scene right from the start. The cottage is homely, clean, spacious and filled with all the amenities you would need for a lovely stay. We cooked dinner one night and had everything we needed. The host Fiona was very welcoming, relaxed and accommodating. We wish our stay was longer! We visited for the weekend in October as we were at a special wedding nearby. We would love to return in the summer and see the surroundings in the sun. Thanks Fiona, what a lovely place x

Fantastic property in a really easy to get to location with great access to York. The house is lovely with an amazing outside space for socialising. Great property and stay. Would definitely stay again.

Had an amazing stay. Neil was really helpful, beautiful cabin with everything you could need and more, beautiful location, the hosts really have thought of every little detail to make the stay extra special. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and will most definitely visit again 😄

Perfect stay. obviously we were fortunate in that these cottages have been recently done but the location is great for York and near the A1, the places have been decked out immaculately and to a high finish. They are well equipped... and for us it was handy that there's a decent EV charger at the petrol station round the corner. Jane is super friendly and proactive, setting the beds up how we needed them and providing welcome goodies... and she's right round the corner. If we're organised enough, we would definitely stay again. Strongly recommended.

Absolutely amazing stay, we stayed at the partridge cottage and was definitely a really nice place to stay. The cleanliness was up to a high standard and also smelt really nice, Becky was an amazing host and very helpful when needed!

We stayed at spring Barn Farm for 3 nights over new year. The barn is fantastic with a lot of character. The Aga keeps the kitchen nice and warm. We used the log burner that is in the living-room which made it feel really homely. The location is in a small hamlet that is really peaceful. Bridlington is a 15 minute drive away. The hot tub was a massive hit with the kids as it was up to temperature when we arrived. We enjoyed the little touches of chocolates and biscuits. We would definitely be back. Thanks for a relaxing stay.

This cottage fully deserves a 5 star rating and is very well equipped. It was warm, comfortable and clean The location is beautiful. We will definitely re book.

An absolute gem! The places was immaculate and had everything you need and you can tell that care and attention goes into maintaining the lovely place. The lodge was in a great location to be able to travel to different places in Yorkshire and it was so peaceful. I will definitely be visiting again it’s like a home away from home.

We have had a fabulous stay at this gorgeous house (family of 7 with a 1 year old). Liz was an excellent host, so responsive and friendly. The house was spotless and had everything we could need. Beautiful rooms & bathrooms and a lovely garden with a hot tub, which was perfect for star gazing. Beverley is only a 10 minute drive away with lots of shops, pubs & restaurants. Just got home from a fabulous weekend. 11 of us stayed together for a hen party, the house is immaculate and just what we needed. Hot tub is an added bonus, huge kitchen & lounge spaces were great for socialising. Large bedrooms meant we didn’t feel like we were on top of eachother. Beautiful surroundings and so peaceful! We had the best weekend. Charlotte was helpful, kind and friendly, we had a slight issue with hot water (11 of us getting showers) she responded almost immediately and the issue was rectified perfectly. I would 100% recommend a stay here it’s been a fabulous weekend. Thank you so much for trusting us with your lovely home.

We had a fab weekend here! Simon went above and beyond to help us and was so kind and welcoming! Loads of space for 12 of us and enough room for groups to separate if people wanted to do different things. Lovely and clean too!

Great cottage in a quiet location. Plenty of places to visit close at hand. Ideal for people that like to do a bit of rambling. Lots of great pubs only a short drive away. Would definitely stay there again.

We had an amazing weekend away at Leanne’s cottage. Unfortunately the weather was horrible but the cottage was so lovely and homely that we stayed in and still had such an amazing and relaxing time away. :)
