A lovely place in a peaceful, quiet pretty village. Katie was very helpful and communicative and the accomodation was set in their beautiful garden. Thoroughly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable, the location is perfect, quiet but within easy walk of the town centre. The garden was perfect for our little dog and a nice place to sit with a cuppa! Clare was a great host, very helpful and responsive and the milk, chocolate biscuits etc a very nice touch.

The accommodation was lovely and very homely. We felt very comfortable there and it was an ideal spot for walking into the city centre. The hosts were very helpful and proactive and enabled us to have a very pleasant experience.

Gill's place was a lovely comfy, well-equipped base for exploring the locality. I would have liked to have spent time in the garden and I imagine it is a lovely place to enjoy summer evenings. We cooked in both nights and the kitchen had everything we needed. My favourite part of the house was the main bedroom - so gorgeous with such a comfy bed - it was a wrench to get up in the morning x

Four of us stayed for a couple of nights. Check in was easy, a useful guide book was on the living room table, clear instructions were left. Grant was a great host and responded promptly to any questions. The location was lovely with a nature reserve nearby and walking distance from the city centre and station. We had a lovely time.

We had a wonderful long weekend in York with our family. The property was well located within walking distance from the centre of York and all it's shops, bars, restaurants and tourist attractions etc. The hosts where very responsive and the house was clean and well equipped. Had a lovely couple of nights here, spacious and clean, had everything you need. Bonus it had 2 toilets! Jo was so helpful on the run up to our arrival, even looking up local electric car charging points for us. We had a slight issue with electrics which was sorted within 10 mins. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Absolutely amazing static caravan, had everything in it for our stay. Even an air frier! Clean and cosy. The park itself was not too busy. Loads to do - coarse or sea fishing, long walks on the beach. It even has small swimming pool, which we didn't use, so can't give a comment about it. Second time at the park for us and for sure we will be back again 😊

Vanessa was very friendly gave clear and detailed directions to get to the property and instructions to get inside. the property was immaculate and felt so homely and comfortable. little touches are made to make you feel welcome. I would definitely recommend staying at Vanessa's place we can't wait to stay again

We had a comfortable and cozy break at Charlotte's Cottage. The grounds were the beautiful and perfect for our dog!

Beautiful caravan, very clean. Had absolutely no complaints at all. The host was very helpful, would definitely book here again.

A very pleasant stay, right on the coastline and so close to lots of beautiful places to visit.

Stayed at David's whilst visiting relatives in Hedon. Only a 10min drive door to door which was perfect. Open plan design was marvellous, lots of room for 4 adults. Had everything we needed for the time we spent in the property and pool table was a real bonus! All slept really well due to the wonderfully quiet location. Will definitely stay here again next time we visit! Thank you ☺️

Nickys Carvan was as explained in the listing. we meessaged later in the day to rent her spot and got a reply very quick. checking in should of been no later than 1900 however they were flexible with us as be turned up at 2100 nicky put bread milk eggs and cheese in the fridge was great as we arrived late and were hungry. we meet nicky the next evening and was such a pleasure highly recommend this place to anyone looking for somewere to spend a few days and the hosts wwere fantastic.

Irenes place is great plenty of outside space for summer months and because of its position very private and tucked away! Love the little snug for reading😀

Morgan Cottage is an exquisite, beautifully appointed cottage in tranquil, picturesque surroundings. From the moment I booked, the communication and facilities were flawless. Attention to detail 10 out of 10….and I’m not the easiest to please. We soaked in the spotlessly clean hot tub under the stars and cooking in the well equipped kitchen and rested in the comfiest bed ever! Simon and Lynne also personalised our stay recognising our birthdays and the personal events that were the reason for our holiday. Thank you from each member of our family of 5 and 2 dogs….we made precious memories to last a lifetime. Erica and family 😀

We had a wonderful stay at this impeccably clean and inviting home. Nestled in the peaceful countryside, it offers the perfect isolated escape for relaxation. Communication with the hosts was seamless, ensuring a smooth experience. Do plan ahead for supplies, as it’s a bit far from shopping centers. We highly recommend this serene haven and would gladly return!

We had a really lovely stay at this property. The house was clean and Francis had been so thoughtful and left us a little pressie under the tree! We didn’t want for anything while we stayed ☺️ We felt very much at home and enjoyed the music selection!!

We had a wonderful couple of nights at the Piggery. The hot tub was a great addition after a long day’s walk. We enjoyed the local Italian restaurant which was only 2 mins walk away. Andy was a great host and very responsive to any questions we had. We would love to return and would definitely recommend!

This was a wonderful stay with Mary and her partner who both made me feel welcome and at home. Both the peaceful aesthetic of the 'hut' combined with occasional appearance of some very well behaved and good natured animal companions made this stay unforgettable. I highly recommend the 'hut' to anyone looking for a pleasant experience in this quaint seaside getaway.
