We had a very enjoyable short (post New Year) 3 night stay. The only problem being an issue with bedroom tv system. Amy tried to get this resolved promptly and it wasn't a real priority for us. Other than that, everything was fine. She always responded promptly to any queries and was able to allow some flexibility regarding check-in/departure times, which was appreciated.

Vanessa was very friendly gave clear and detailed directions to get to the property and instructions to get inside. the property was immaculate and felt so homely and comfortable. little touches are made to make you feel welcome. I would definitely recommend staying at Vanessa's place we can't wait to stay again

Laura’s place was lovely and she provided essentials like milk, cereal, shower gel and such, which we really appreciated as we arrived late due to traffic and didn’t have time to stop for milk on the way. There was a load of games and toys for the kids to play with in the cupboards as well. It’s a short walk to the main area with the pool and restaurant and entertainment which is great with small children. Laura was an amazing host, super friendly, super attentive and quick to reply. And we had a really lovely weekend . Thank you Laura! See you again soon I’m sure!

Had a lovely couple of nights here, spacious and clean, had everything you need. Bonus it had 2 toilets! Jo was so helpful on the run up to our arrival, even looking up local electric car charging points for us. We had a slight issue with electrics which was sorted within 10 mins. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

A lovely stay in this caravan. Lots of amenities within easy reach and great for families with kids. Sea views are priceless. Dog loved the beach walks and I enjoyed the train back up the cliff from the beach. Without it I think I'd still be there! Highly recommended

Quiet out of season weekend away. Caravan clean and as described. Lots to do for those that need it. But we were happy to take the dog to the beach.

Fabulous garden and location. Beautiful view from the sun room. Great pool, perfect temperature and very comfortable bed. All round lovely clean and quiet place.

Really lovely place to stay! Immaculate house with very tasteful decor. The kids loved the pool too. The surrounding area was beautiful. Lucy was on hand very promptly for any queries we had. Very well equipped house and had everything we needed. Also so cosy & warm for the cooler weather. We will definitely visit again!

Just Beachy is a fantastic place and Gillian is amazing. The caravan is perfectly located to be private but very close to the showbar and entertainment and a park just across from the caravan for any kids. The caravan is absolutely pristine inside and out. Gillian gave some very good local recommendations as well as very clear instructions for both check in and out. I would and will recommend just beachy to all, a relaxing break for couples or a fun family holiday. Thank you Gillian, we will be booking again
