Flat was absolutely flawless! Tastefully decorated, warm and thoroughly cleaned before we checked in. Host was very friendly, easy to reach, had great recommendations, gave us clear instructions on how to check in and out and allowed us to drop off our luggage before check in. Definitely recommend choosing Goodramgate for your next visit.

Great accommodation in an amazing location within York. Fittingly describable as a hidden gem.

A really perfect location, less than a ten minute walk to anything we wanted to do in York the second time staying with this host and can't fault them. Rooms are clean warm and as described, very cosy very much worth every penny.

This place is great. Me and some friends came on a trip to York for the weekend, the flat was lovely and clean and it was a great location to the city centre. Overall a really amazing weekend, and a really amazing place to stay, would reccomd.

Very nice flat. Comfortable and warm. Rather short of cooking implements and pans etc! And only 4 cups and plates and things - a bit on the light side there. Apart from this, a very nice flat. Lovely bathroom.

Came here with my adult autistic son for a mini break. The property was very well equipped and clean and as it was situated away from the main streets, it was quiet, safe and very private. The check in was easy and all info was sent over to us in a timely manner allowing us the enter the property a little earlier. It's so handy for the centre of York and literally a 5 min walk to the station so ideal for exploring. The only thing I could fault, was that the propety was quite cold until the electric heaters got up to temperature, however saying that, it was minus 2 on our first night. We would definitely come back to stay, so it's not a major issue, just remember to pack your slippers in the winter! Thank you Su your little place is in a perfect spot and we were quite at ease visiting!

This is an amazing stay! It’s super close to the train station, and you’re always a 6-10min walk from most places in the city center. The place was clean, has a lot of utensils for cooking and it’s very peaceful. I’d recommend using the washing machine in the mornings to not disturb neighbors since it’s quite noisy, other than that the place was amazing, would 100% recommend

Had an issue with our original choice of accommodation but the hosts were amazing and put us up in this location which was one of their their alternative. Right in the city centre, but still felt private and was able to get a great, peaceful night sleep in the most comfy bed. Pictures don't do it justice, very spacious and the underfloor heating in the bathroom and ensuite was a nice added touch! Would definitely return, and use the hosts again! Thank you!

The apartment is very cozy and welcoming. We had a lovely stay there. The view from the apartment was beautiful and it is a short walk over a bridge into the heart of York. There was a booklet of information and tips about the apartment, appliances and the local area. We also enjoyed the reclining chairs after long days on our feet! The apartment was well set up and we felt very well taken care of. The lift was very handy for my mother, who has limited mobility. We had a lovely experience in the apartment and would heartily recommend it.

Cozy, Clean and Modern! It has everything you need and the host Rene replies super quickly and she very accommodating! I would highly recommend this cute home to anyone and will 100% be booking again when I am back in town!
