The apartment was well maintained, beautifully decorated and clean. Apartment was exactly as described with so many personal touches. My husband and I were so happy with our stay, such a homey feel. Dagmara also gave excellent check in instructions and always quickly responded. I would definitely stay again.

The stay at this airbnb has to be one of my best stays thus far. the host was very rresponsive and the small attentions to detail in the home were what really made it worth staying. I can tell that the host care about going the extra mile on providing extra ammenities and comforts. such as welcoming packet in the kitchen, bottle of wine, small chocolates in the living room and additional toiletries that came in very useful. great host and home, we will definitely be back for sure.

I stayed for an extended period and was extremely happy with the home. Looked great in the photos and better when I arrived. The area was quiet with many restaurants and shopping nearby. Shawn was an excellent host. Great communication, responding very promptly when I had any concerns. I will absolutely stay there again.

This location is perfect - walking distances from tons of restaurant, park is nearby to see the beautiful NYC skyline, public transportation is also right there. Definitely will rent again

The place is beautiful specially for night city view . Quite place . House is very clean everything and host is very friendly and respectful and responsible. I recommend it’s best for summer because you can enjoy river view on board and fresh air . Winters it’s very cold for close to river for air . We had fun and we enjoyed. Pretty quiet place. Lovely . Great and clean place, exactly like the pictures, safe neighborhood, and right by the beach.

We attended a wedding in the area and loved having the whole family together under one roof instead of staying in a hotel. It made the experience even more special! We visited in February, and the house was warm, cozy, and gave us plenty of space to relax between all the wedding festivities. We can only imagine how wonderful this spot must be in the summer with the beach and boardwalk nearby! We’d definitely recommend this house.

This is our 2nd review Victoria’s properties and we just want to reiterate how special of a landlord Victoria is. The best. I cannot recommend her properties enough if you are in need of a Greenwich rental like we were.

Carmen’s place was great, very spacious, neat & clean and nicely decorated. Bathrooms were also all done up real nice. It was perfect for 4 families and the basement was perfect for the kids. The house was pretty close to everything and the street we were on was very quiet. Carmen and Louis were both very responsive to our needs and easy to work with. I would definitely stay there again. Nick's place is really special - clean, conveniently located and really well decorated as well. Nick himself was super responsive, proactive whenever anything came up and helpfu.l The family and I all had a fantastic time and it was as close as we could've imagined to being at our own house while visiting NYC.

If you are looking to explore New York for a few days or longer then Jay's place is great. Just a few minutes from the Long Beach station, Penn or Grand Central are about an hour away on a direct LIRR train. You will save $$$ by staying here compared with Manhattan. Long Beach is a safe, full of interesting shops. The 10km boardwalk is just a few minutes away. The apartment of character in a listed building full of charm. Loved the well stocked kitchen and would not hesitate to come back again.
