What's special about this place? EVERYTHING!! 1. Hospitality: to be honest ...it didn't feel like we were away from home for even once. The owners are very warm hearted, loving and take care of everything without even leaving anything to complain about. They even invited us in for traditional drink - Tongba (I am sorry, if i have murdered the spelling). It was really inspiring to see how they have preserved their traditional values like this. 2. Location: This place little bit off the main road which leads to the most amazing feature of this place - serenity. You will listen to the rooster at 4 in the morning, the moment sun rises , birds starts chirping. The impeccable view of sunrays falling on the kanchenjunga peak is beyond explanation. And the lush green surroundings with Rhododendrons all over the place will make you fall in love with this place. 3. Food: They cook the food with lot of love and nutrients. Although, sikkim is an organic state but their food quality will make you lick your fingers everytime you take a bite. Cleanliness: Sparkling clean!! That's all I want to say. I just want to give one example about how they took care of every teenie tiny thing when we were there: "They put one pair of scissors for cutting the coffee sachets in the room. " I have never seen such gesture anywhere. I just loved this place .

The Airbnb apartment is at the best possible locations in Gangtok, 1 min walk to MG Marg. The apartment just feels like home with good set of amenities. Will highly recommend it if visiting with family and friends.

I personally loved the peacefulness of the place. Nima being such a warm host just makes it more enjoyable. Location is good, house is clean, cosy and stuffed with all required amenities. Hospitality is even better, credit to the all efforts Nima puts in. If you are looking for a peaceful stay with a local cultural vibe, this worth every penny. Highly recommended for family and sane people.

If you like to spend your vacation away from the city's hustle and bustle and like to be in the nature lap where birds sound will give you a morning alarm, then this is the perfect place for you. The host was very helpful. Shreya's brother Suraj and his wife were there. When we reached the place, they served us an awesome homemade lunch and tea and then gave us a nature walk around the property. Their very friendly dog was a special attraction for our daughter. Suraj sir has even explained how they pluck tea leaves and dry them to make tea to our daughter. Even on the day of check out, we had to leave early morning, around 6 am, but Suraj sir was kind that he even brought tea on that morning without even mentioning it. It really felt like home. We even saw the sunrise from our cottage view was literally awesome. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place. The only thing is you need to hike a little to enter the cottage, but they will definitely help you with your luggage.

We had a very comfortable great stay here. It was a very well maintained property and the hosts are really accompanting. They even serve homely breakfast which is delicious. Mr. Tenzing and Mr. Chedup are extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Gangtok.

Location was the best thing. Just accross the Start of the MGRoad. You could see both serene views of the valley and hustle bustle of MG road. ❤️ Property was huge, clean well maintained. We were family of Four, But it can easily host more people than that. We absolutely loved our stay!!🤩 Nina was amazing host. Always very responsive. The caretaker, Eljina was also very well mannered and she came to pick us up from our drop point on the other side of the road as we were new and had absolutely no idea about the area. They both took care of every need of ours. 😊 Highly recommended Airbnb in Gangtok!!!

Michele's place wasn't just clean; it was the kind of squeaky clean and aesthetic that made me question my own cleaning habits. Somehow defying the laws of photography, the actual place looked better than the pictures! Speaking of standards, the cleanliness and hygiene here were on a whole other level – think operating theatre chic, but cozy. Michele has officially raised the bar for Airbnbs in India so high, I suspect future hosts will be sending her thank you notes (and possibly hiring her cleaning crew). Communication with Michele and her husband was smoother than the butter on a hot paratha that they served for breakfast. They were super communicative and responsive, which is always a huge plus when you're navigating a new place. Their guidebook and local recommendations elevated our trip from ‘nice’ to ‘i’m never leaving!’ Staying here felt like visiting incredibly welcoming (and exceptionally tidy) friends.

I booked for my mother a nd aunt . According to them inside ambience is clean . As senior citizen to take the stairs is not comfortable. inside the washroom anemities should be added according to price per day kitchen area : tea and coffee ☕ and dry snacks arrange should be more elaborate. Heaters are working effectively during this chiill weather . Nice cosy inside and neat Alll over Nice !!!

Sangay is an amazing host, he made us feel like home in no time. He is very warm to people and very responsive. Always have a great smile on his face. The place is very spacious and cozy. Basic amenities like wifi, geyser, refrigerator, water purifier, room heater etc are available. One can easily come and relax or work from mountains. The 2bhk can easily accommodate 6-8 people.

It was lovely, I booked it for a family short vacation. Well equipped, spacious, clutter free, and clean. It is the best for family or big groups. Location is safe and reachable for services like zomato etc. Host is friendly and responsive, I got all the details proactively. Overall Positive from all POVs.

We had a wonderful stay at Khagesh’s Airbnb property in Gangtok, located right in the heart of MG Marg. The location couldn’t be more perfect—everything is within walking distance. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Khagesh was an exceptional host. He called us in advance to ensure a smooth check-in and even arranged a porter to help with our luggage. When one of our group members fell ill, he personally accompanied us to a local physician, showing genuine care and concern. He also provided groceries so we could prepare a simple meal and even went the extra mile by making delicious idli and sambhar for the unwell member. For anyone planning a trip to Gangtok, especially in a group of four or more, this property is an ideal choice. We had a peaceful and comfortable stay at this 4BHK. The place was quiet and perfect for a relaxing trip. A special mention to Sujika and Mamta, who cooked delicious food for us and were incredibly helpful with local recommendations. During our stay, my mom fell sick, and they took great care of her, ensuring she had the right food and medicines on time. Ashish, the host, was also amazing—he helped us with local sightseeing and travel since he had his own vehicle, making our trip much smoother. The only thing to note is that the washrooms in two rooms were quite small, which might be an issue if you’re very tall. But overall, it was a great stay with warm hospitality. Would definitely recommend it!
