The residence was set out perfectly for our group. Really nice communal kitchen/diner. Location was excellent.

The house was very close to the seafront and in an ideal location for all our hen do activities. The house was the perfect space for the number of guests. Everyone had a fun time and a good night’s sleep!

Mark was an amazing host! The area of the townhouse was amazing to go to the beach and there were so many restaurants and pubs around to be able to have an amazing time. I would recommend this to anyone.

We had such an amazing time in The Bathhouse for a group trip away. We had an excellent time. We would definitely recommend and come again. The pictures don't quite do the space justice, The Bathhouse will really take your breath away! There is something to see around every corner and you certainly can't get bored. The location is also good, about a 40 min walk to Hastings Old town. We took 4 cars down, and although street parking, no one had trouble finding a space! The only slight negative is some of the sleeping space. The bunk room is loads of fun, but not a huge amount of space to put your bags -- there were 6 of us in there and it was tight at bedtime. The mattresses in there seem to have seen better days, you can definitely feel the springs, so the people in that room didn't get as much rest as those in the proper bedrooms. It didn't hinder our fun or enjoyment, but for some people it might. It is the most unique place we have ever stayed and hope to return one day!

Great house for a half term break for our family of nine. It was clean, very spacious and comfortable with room for us all to be together or have own space too. The kids had lots of fun playing hide and seek! The location is ideal being so close to the beach and pier with lots to do. Parking was easy for us all. We had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend the house.

Definitely one of our favourite Airbnbs we have stayed in. The house was stunning and spotlessly clean. The views were amazing. There are lots of lovely walks from the property. Sitting on the balcony enjoying the view and listening to the waves was so relaxing. There are plenty of shops and takeaways close by. It was also only a short drive into Brighton or you could walk as our teenagers decided to do one day! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone and I hope to visit again in the future 😍

All around great experience at Kittiwakes. Quick and friendly communication throughout the stay. Easy check in process and the house is well stocked with all essentials required for the stay. The place looks exactly like the photos and is very clean and well maintained. Location is also amazing with the sea at walking distance. Would highly recommend it.

We stayed in Camber with the hope to explore Camber, Rye and Hastings, however the February weather was against us! It turned out to be just what we needed, quiet relaxation and a couple of walks on the beach and according to my FitBit, the best sleep I ever had! If you are planning on staying out of season and are on foot, I advise you to stock up on supplies as the local shops may well be closed as we discovered!

Tim was a friendly host, chatting if you wanted too, But also gave you own space. Very clean house. Close by places to eat and few mins walk to the cliffs. Would highly recommend.

Really lovely caravan. Has great homely touches and lots of luxury items. You can tell lots of thought has gone into the furnishings. As soon as we walked in from a cold windy day it was so lovely and warm with a gorgeous smell. The park dean site is a bonus if you’re with kids. On site restaurant (with soft play) and entertainment every night. It is right next to the beach as well although it’s the stoney part (sandy part is a short drive). The site also has swimming and an entertainment each night - we got guest passes for £18 per person for a 3 night stay. We had such a brilliant relaxing time away and the sun shone every day. Hoping to come back soon.

When I booked I did not realise it was Pride weekend. Great vibe in Brighton, but was relieved to be slightly outside the hustle and bustle. The apartment worked well for us. We love to play tennis and utilised the public tennis court across the road. The busses into Brighton is frequent and 24 hours. A freshly baked vegan banana bread with butter and almond milk was waiting for us on Check in and a lovely red wine. Communicating with Susan was so easy - answered within minutes. Will stay here again.

We have had the most wonderful summer in The White House. Everything was as described or better! Jason was the most wonderful host, anticipating our every need. Even bringing over extra fans during the hot weather. The only thing that wasn't as expected was the pool - Because it was about four times as big as we thought it would be. What a delightful surprise!!! The cinema is brilliant, the house and gardens are beautiful and the location has been perfect for us this summer. A huge thank you to Jason. We will be back!

Es war toll bei Linsey zu übernachten. Wir wurden herzlich und freundlich empfangen. Linsey ist eine sehr sympathische und nette Person, wir haben uns gerne mit ihr unterhalten. Sie hat uns auch paar Tipps gegeben für Orte zum besichtigen. Das Haus war schön mit Terrasse, wo man morgens seinen Kaffee trinken kann. Kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür vorhanden. Das Zimmer und private Badezimmer waren sehr sauber und das Bett sehr bequem. Wir würden wieder bei Linsey übernachten, wenn wir wieder in der Gegend sind. Danke für deine Gastfreundschaft und alles Gute fürs neue Jahr🍀😄

Mike's place is THE perfect beach home away from home for a family. It has everything you need to include and epic movie theatre and sauna. Perfectly located within walking distance to the beach, grocery stores, and several excellent restaurants/pubs. Mike was extremely attentive and had great recommendations for things to do/places to eat. My family and I highly recommend Mike's place for a relaxing stay in Seaford.

Lovely relaxing weekend at the coast out of season. Very cosy place. Very short walk to the beautiful beach. Lots of thoughtful touches and very clear and helpful instructions prior to arrival. Sunshine even came out for us too!

Flor and Niall's house was exactly as described. It was extremely clean on arrival. We all slept well as the beds were very comfy. The proximity to the beach was brilliant! One minute walk away means you can go to and from the beach several times a day, to swim, play or go for a walk. We found a nearby playground and also football goals, a basketball court and skate ramps at Johnson's Field. We really appreciated the Welcome Information sent by the hosts before our trip and enjoyed the loop walks highlighted. Also, round the corner, was one of the host's recommendations, Rye Bay Bar & Grill, which was really relaxing and friendly with great food.

One of the best Airbnb we have stayed in. Tony the hose was great from the moment we booked it. Lots of great walks around & within a 10 minute drive. Nice pubs in Seaford & cafes along the sea front. Would definitely recommend and will visit again.
