Claudia’s place was exactly as described. A warm, relaxing and peaceful spot! The host was extremely welcoming and gave excellent recommendations. The breakfast at the onsite cafe was also a brilliant way to start your day.

The log cabin was amazing!! It was the perfect place to stay with my family for my dad's 80th birthday weekend. The cabin is decorated so lovely, and super cosy with the log burner! Andrew the host is very helpful and always got back to me very quickly to answer my questions. We loved the little birthday gifts and decorations that were left for my dad It was really special! Thank you. we will definitely be back to stay again!

Mike’s place is utterly charming. Extremely comfortable and cosy with all amenities needed. Highly recommend. Especially good location if visiting local castles.

The place was peaceful and much bigger than we expected. The jacuzzi was the cherry on the cake, and we loved every minute. Even though there was a slight issue with an unexpected security deposit once we checked with AirB&B the hosts didn’t try to ask for it in the end anyway and everyone was friendly and left us to our privacy. Had a lovely Christmas at Casa-Van. The lodge was warm & cosy and we felt very at home there. We were particularly impressed by the size of the lounge and kitchen/dining room. The enclosed secure garden was great for the dog. Very nearby is a fantastic indian restaurant and the great steam railway. Would recommend Casa-Van to anyone wanting to stay in the area.

I'll be coming back here for another weekend of Rye Harbour birdwatching. It's ideally located to just walk through the car park and into the reserve. The hut is in a quiet and private location and the hosts are helpful, responsive and friendly.

Lovely place with beautiful surroundings. Perfectly peaceful, which is what we really wanted. The cabin had everything we needed and more! We loved the little extras. It really was perfect. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We spent two nights at K226. Finding the chalet within the Park Dean Resort was not easy. There are no signs to guide you to the right area or to work out which chalet is yours (having said that, this is not Georgina’s fault). When we arrived I have to say the outside of the chalet looked run down but luckily this did not reflect the inside. When we walked in the chalet smelt amazing, it was very clean, tidy and cosy. It is clearly a place the owners are fond of and look after well. It has everything you need; lovely towels, the beds are very cosy and the water pressure is surprisingly good and hot! The sofa is comfortable and there are good amenities in the kitchenette. The area the chalet is in was very quiet at night so we were not disturb by any noise or bright lights. Personally, the resort was not a place I would like to stay again but I would definitely stay in the chalet again if it was elsewhere - my two girls loved it!!

A perfect quiet spot to do some work and some gorgeous walking. Everything I needed was there and as described. Great communication from hosts too. I’ll be back for sure

Jonathan’s place is everything it’s represented to be. Having a morning brew on the deck in the sun was lovely. The place was clean and comfortable. Maybe publishing the What3Words location would make locating it easier but we didn’t really have an issue. My daughters stole some ice cream (for breakfast), sorry Jonathan, hopefully the replacement was ok? :)

We had an amazing couple of days away at this beautiful cabin, tucked away with gorgeous walks on the doorstep for the dog. Didn’t miss having a TV, wifi was top notch! Without doubt the nicest quality fixtures and fittings of any small space we have stayed. Thanks so much, hopefully we will be back!

Spacious accommodation. Easy check in. Clear map to locate the Lodge on the Holiday Park. Access to the full facilities in the Reception, restaurant and indoor pool is included. Direct access to the expansive beach.

Prachtig verblijf met een fantastisch uitzicht. Bedden opgemaakt bij aankomst, handdoeken lagen klaar en het verblijf is van alle gemakken voorzien zoals 2 badkamers. Op het park een restaurant en een binnen zwembad. Genoeg te zien en te doen in omgeving en vanuit park loop je zo de natuur in. Bij vragen is Simon snel te bereiken en hij antwoord snel op vragen. Zeker de moeite waard om te verblijven.

Beautiful, serene location. Big bright double-wide trailer-style holiday property in a community of holiday owns and lets. There is a restaurant open in the summer and a bar open year round. The view from the balcony is gorgeous day and night, and if it's chilly you can curl up on a window seat. Comfy clean furnishings. The kitchen is huge and amazing! Don't be a tool like me - read the description and bring along towels and soap/shampoo. The check-in process was smooth and the staff on-site were very friendly and helpful even though we rented privately via Airbnb instead of through the holiday company.

Very pleasant. Bit difficult to find your way around the one-way system to begin with - practice makes perfect. Lovely spacious accommodation with all mod cons. Highly recommended.

Friendly welcome from Alex as we met on the shared driveway. Great communication during our stay for minor questions we had. The cabin is on the edge of a public access 1000 acre woodland. Amazing bird song and dark skies for star gazing. The cabin is very cosy, great mattress and bedding, a happy place to be and to rest. The bath is wonderful! Local pubs and restaurants recommended by Alex were fantastic. About 35 minutes away; Rye Harbour Nature Reserve and Rye were wonderful places to spend time.

Our second visit to Ross' place and didnt dissapoint same high standards as before. Easy to communicate with Ross if needs be. Accommodation is very comfortable and clean with all the appliances and utensils you need for your stay. Highly recommend.
